First off, they are SO patient with me. They have dealt with my hormonal pregnancy yelling and crying and still work on my car. We need it for traveling to all these historic spots, and they re the quickest in town. When I make an appointment, they honor the appointment. I appreciate that so much.Since we have a Highlander with over 250k miles on it, and our kids cry when we talk about getting rid of it like we re euthanizing a beloved pet or something, it needs repairs often, and I would rather my money go to a small family business. They re trustworthy and good people. Their work is solid.

Had our companies Transit 250 fleet vehicle inspected and ABS issue due to a bad toner ring and hub repaired. Service was quick, efficient, honest, and, more importantly, reasonable. They even went out of their way to drop the vehicle off at our shop upon completion. Thanks, guys.

Ron Snyder and his team are beyond excellent. I tried recharging my AC myself in a 2013 Ram and of course overfilled it. Ron and his team were fast and efficient at fixing my problem at a very fair price!!! Greatly appreciated the service and will definitely be returning here for future truck services. Thanks again Ron and team! It's not often you find good, honest service but you will definitely find that here.

My wife noticed her tire going flat on the parkway and pulled over and went to Snyders they were ready to leave for the day and stayed and tried to repair her tire. The plug wouldn't work so she had to leave the car and one of the snyder brothers lives close to us and rode her home. They repaired the tire next day and we are in good shape now. Outstanding customer service above and beyond what any one would expect many thanks to these guys!

Snyder Brothers are professional, and they do superb work. Everyone is treated like gold from the time you walk in the door to the time you exit. Their prices are very reasonable and quotes are accurate. I highly recommend Snyder brothers!

The Snyder brothers treat you like family. I work at a near by hotel my AC was not working they looked at it told me it was the compressor now I just have to save because I'm on a fixed income lost both my parents year ago. But I will definitely be back to have them fix my car so I have cold air.. thank you again for looking at my car.

Kind of high, 73 for a diagnostic on my AC. Quoted over 1k to fix ... Called originally to find out what's wrong with my ac, after telling them i have and run my own obd2 scanner and I have pressure in the line but still blow warm and no compressor runs, they assumed it was a recharge job. Paid 73 dollars for a specific part list and what I already knew. Not being a mechanic, I left it to the experts. Not upset, just not exactly happy. The ride to work was appreciated. Being told you won't install parts I purchase outside of the shop is a weird flag for me but I guess I get it? I can get a compressor for 230 on rock auto or cheaper, not your 499 shop price. Sorry, I hope that includes labor too

I highly recommend Snyder brothers for your vehicle repairs. I took my car in with a check engine light on. The staff was professional and courteous. The days of taking my car to the dealership are over. Snyder Brothers has reasonable prices and fast service.

The service at Snyder s is truly amazing! We had an emergency while on the way to a wedding and they were able to take us right away and fix the issue. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They saved my life...literally. But that's a story for another day.Snyder Brothers took good care of my car and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Olivia and Don are wonderful people who really take care of their customers. As do the mechanics, they do a top notch job. 5 stars! Bravo Snyder Brothers.

Thompson Safety is a newer business in the Robinson area with a growing fleet of service vehicles on the road! The one star that I gave is only for the person who drove me to my work! I had a misfire on my car and the alternator was bad according to AutoZone test, so I dropped my car to check if the alternator works fine or it needs to be replaced. Also, I left spark plugs and air filter to replace them all. It's corolla 4-Cylinder doesn't need any effort comparing to the other cars. The first call I received was inconvenient at all. The guy who works there called me and said your car is done and everything is fine. I asked if they replaced the air filter he said "it wasn't bad"! I already bought all needed parts and I know the air filter was so so so dirty and needs to be changed then I asked to double check with the mechanic if he has replaced it or not!!! He said the mechanic replaced for you..! Also, he first asked to pay $169 for replacing sparks plugs + air filter + fuel cleaner even though they didn't not give me a call or take my permission to put the fuel cleaner!!! What If I can't afford it?? Why don't you let the customer aware of the cost first!! I also was aware that the alternator belt was so bad and I wished them giving me a call to let me know about it especially when they were checking the alternator!!! Then I called the manager for the inconvenient service and the first question that I asked was how mach would you charge me?? He said $127!!! I have no idea why they had a different estimate!!! Then I felt that I can't talk anymore and I just need my car back. I'm unsatisfied with the service that given to me.. Will never come back!!

We have used Snyder s services since moving to the area 2017. Reasonable maintenance charges and location is convenient to our home. They go above and beyond services and will pick up vehicle to convenience the customer within mileage limits. Appointments are at customer convenience. Friendly people too. I can not say enough good things about Snyder Brothers! I moved to Pittsburgh recently and needed a new place to go. They are so wonderful at getting my car in and out quickly, extremely thorough, and honest. Been going here ever since I moved to Pittsburgh and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They're always friendly in person and on the phone and the mechanics will take time to explain repairs I personally don't understand with limited automotive knowledge. They helped me compare prices and really work to give you the best deal they can. 10/10 STARS!!! Thanks guys y all are awesome! I m from Texas and just passing thru Pittsburgh. Mass Airflow Sensor went bad on my car and these guys got me in and out within the hour. Price was $200 less than quoted at another shop. If I ever have car trouble in Pittsburgh I know exactly who I m taking it to. They even washed my car! A-1 service guys..1000%.

I have been a customer with Snyder Bros for 8 years now, and they have serviced 7 cars for me. They are a rare old-school business that believes in old time values like loyalty and respect. They are extremely fair and extremely thorough. It is a huge relief knowing I have a car repair shop I can trust fully. Always a tremendous job. Highly recommend!

They have a really cool old ford tow truck out front. It's inside the Marathon parking lot, call them because as good automotive tech shops go.. they are always busy.

This shop was awesome. My check engine light came on really late in the evening after I had suspected that the heat was going out. I called these guys first thing in the morning on a Friday and even though they were super busy, they fit me in and I m so thankful. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a very fair estimate, and fixed my heater in the same day. They are stellar.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It was a real mess to deal with the lady and the man(Not sure of their names) who have been handling the appointments in the front desk!On Monday(12/26/2022) the man scheduled my follow-up inspection appointment(Changing Brakes) and without any notice they shutdown their office on Monday and had no courtesy to inform me about this, I have to drive all the way to their place to find out this.On Tuesday(12/27/2022) the lady scheduled my appointment at 01:00 PM ET and because of the delay of 45 minutes from my end(Long road traffic due to vehicle crash in i376) they asked me to come again next day and the man promised to complete my inspection by 8 AM ET next day(12/28/2022). To confirm the appointment I called them in the same evening and was told by the lady that they don't have any appointments on Wednesday(12/28/2022).Thanks to both of them since I found a nice car service Center(MIDAS) to complete changing my brakes on time without any delays. MIDAS is very professional and they valued my time.Synder Brother's Automotive might be busy with lot of customers but again if you don't respect their time then you will start losing the customers!Last but one Feedback.. You could use online booking for scheduling appointments and not the scribble pads.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection
