I've had two great recent experiences with the services team at this location--first in the fall of 2023, when they successfully helped with a longstanding problem that several other shops hadn't been able to fix, and again just a few weeks ago with the mobile service, which was a lifesaver when my car's battery died totally unexpectedly. Everyone I've interacted with has been really professional and nice to talk to, the appointments have been in a quick timeframe (I had a new car battery less than 24 hours from when I called to schedule the appointment), and the costs are extremely reasonable (getting the battery replaced with the mobile service ended up being $50 cheaper than the last time I had it replaced in-person at another shop). I will be taking my car here again in the future!

Can I bought four tires there a month ago. I paid 800 plus a dollar. Less than 30 days later a tire popped came off the rim I don't know. I was on 422 in the middle of traffic going 55 miles an hour. I was in the left lane with cars all around me. So I had to drive on the tire before I could get to the side of the road. When I went back to Schultz they said I have no warranty because I drove on it. These were Goodyear tires I had to spend another $300 to replace a tire that I feel should have had some kind of warranty there wasn't even 500 miles on this tire it was less than a month old. And no one tried to see if even part of it could be covered. I will never ever go there again and I will not recommend this dealer no matter what. All they had to do was seem like they cared even if they didn't it was too hard. Too bad I won't be buying my next car from them.

Fantastic quick lane service and also just discovered they do oil changes wherever you re at. Called and got an appointment literally two days later for them to come to my house

I needed help from the antibody shop. I found that they were very helpful and pleasant. They addressed my issue and I am completely satisfied.
