Visited last month for inspection. Was told things are fine, but there s a small hole in my muffler, but that it won t need to be fixed until next inspection. I would ve asked them to fix it that day, but they had said my car is already finished and to come get it. When I arrived the person with me asked a few questions, the person working the desk was a bit rude and said he doesn t know as he didn t work on it and the mechanics are on lunch. Well.. I ve worked customer service, I would ve offered a call back when the mechanics were back in! It s simple stuff. But we were brushed off and went away.Within a month, my muffler completely fell off while I was driving. It could ve been a bad situation if I was going faster. I am disappointed because I was there that day, which was clearly busy, and was trying to find more information about what was wrong, and would ve gladly paid for it to be fixed that day. It was clearly very rotted and I should ve been told it was more serious than that. I truly believe they were busy that day, and found it easier to sell as many tires to walk ins rather than focus on repairs for appointments.I m disappointed in this service. I ve been there before for tires and they were very quick and a great price. I would return for tires but not for any services beyond that.

Usually quick turnaround installing tires. They have super competitive prices. The guys are all pretty cool. There's a basic waiting area when they work on your car. If you need tires, stop in any time and see if they can get you in and out quickly. There's a 90% chance they can.

Excellent work, and quick too. Had a puncture repaired in less than 30 minutes, and they were very reasonable on price and friendly too! I very much recommend them!

Love these guys.They treat women the same as men. Very funny and friendly.They have done minor stuff for free and never overcharge.

This place slaps. The people there are super nice, speedy, and helpful. Nobody tried to nickle and dime me or make me get more work done than needed. They got my car driving right again asap. Also if you like dogs, they have an adorable shop dog. It's a bit out of the way from me, but so worth it!! Highly recommend.I want to give a 6th star just to your dog because she deserves it.

I would recommend Ronnie's Tires to anyone!! We have been to them for repairs, inspections and tires. They are professional, friendly and go above & beyond mechanically!!!

I have come here for flat tires, and now this is my go to for state inspection and now I found out that they do oil changes! Honest service, nice environment, fair prices. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something that I don t need. They get to the root of the problem, solve it and you actually feel valued as a customer. I have mostly had interactions with Gary and Steve, but I want to say thank you to the whole staff. You were all wonderful, thanks for always providing good fast service and I m sure I ll be back in the future. I have also lived numerous places in Pittsburgh, and even when I moved further away I will still make the trip to this shop. Definitely recommend Ronnie s.

My dealership told me my tire would have to be replaced because they couldn t remove the nail in it; I took it to Ronnie s, where they removed the nail and repaired it in no time, at minimum cost. Very pleased with the great courteous service-fitting me in on a Saturday-and the work!

Very Polite and professional staff. The water pump went in my car while driving. I get my tires and inspection done here every year. I pulled into Ronnie's tire, without an appointment, they took my car and said it would be ready around 4:30 the next day. Around 3:00pm that same day they called me and said my car was done, if I wanted to come get it. I was so surprised! Now that's what I call GREAT service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ronnie's tire.

The guys down at Ronnie's Tire Service are the best. I've been coming here since 2000. I came in today to have all four tires checked for leaks. They found that two of my valve stems were bad, so i had them replace all four pluse a plug and patch due to a00 screw in one of them . The service is and alway has been super fast and the price is fair. Hands down the best in the BURGH.

Gary and Paul @ Ronnies Tire are the best. Great selection, service, and fair prices. Been going there since the 80's. I had a nail in my tire last fall and I went to 3 big box tire shops by my house and they all told me they couldn't touch it for 2 days. I aired it up and drove straight to Ronnies. I was fixed and on my way in 20 minutes. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Called ahead about getting 4 new tires for my girlfriend's 2013 Nissan Rogue. Gentleman informed me they had plenty in stock and I could stop in anytime to have them replaced. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Friendly service! I am skeptical of many shops and decided to check all lug nuts afterwards and was pleased they were all sufficiently tight.

10/10 would recommend. Fair price, nice guys, and in/out in <15 minutes for 4 tires. No appt necessary. And they have a puppy there!

Great place. My wife and I have been customers here for years. They are honest and fair, and especially good with Subarus. Ronnie's does our inspection, tires, and any repairs they don't feel we ought to take to the dealership. If I've ever had an issue with a repair, which has been extremely rare, Ronnie's Tire has consistently gone above and beyond to make it right. Definitely recommend.

Great tire shop. Had a flat over the weekend, took my car in first thing Monday morning. Steve got my tire patched and in and out in about 15m. Great prices, services. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Was traveling from out of state to home and got a flat tire. Being unfamiliar with the area I was in, my boyfriend called and they told us to come right on in. So we drove there on a spare and the service we received was pure, and transparent. The service prices were appropriate as well, no hidden costs. And within 20 mins of being there, my tire was patched and we were good to go home.

You wont find a better tire shop in Pittsburgh than Ronnie's Tire. Not only are the prices reasonable and service top notch, but these guys aren't looking to rip you off by pushing new tires on you if you don't need them. I had a situation recently that made me a customer for life. When I got out of work one day my new tire went flat and i drove on it for about 100 yds to get to a safe pull off down town. The AAA guy couldn't inflate the tire so he put my dummy tire on and i called the car dealer who rotated my tires the night before to have them check it out. They told me they couldn't fix the tire because i drove on it and it was destroyed. But low and behold they had a new one they could sell me for 215$. I was getting married that week and didn't have money to buy a new tire and the one that was damaged probably had less than 1000 miles on it. I took the tire to Ronnie's the next morning and after explaining the situation, they said to give them a few minutes to look it over to see what they can do. Within 10 minutes they treated the tire, said it was good to go, and wouldn't let me pay for anything besides the new lug nuts i needed since the dealer stripped them. I couldn't believe how generous and honest of a gesture this was and will never go anywhere for tires again. By the way that was in June and I the tire is still in perfect condition and it is almost Christmas. Thanks Ronnie's Tire and kudos for restoring my faith in the auto service industry!!!

Went in to get my tire patched. The staff was very friendly and efficient! Very reasonably priced and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Ronnie's Tire Service is on route 51 near Whited Street. It's very easy to miss the place so keep your eyes peeled. The place looks like they've been doing a lot of work there for an awful long time. The service was friendly but not real chatty. It was a Saturday and I expected them to be busy with people in a rush to get their winter treads on. It was not busy and they got me in immediately, though I only needed one tire.The prices are higher than what I'm use to but I didn't check around for a deal. Last time I got tires for my car they were around $50 each. I got one tire for $88 at Ronnie's - and I always ask for the cheapest option available. I had to get it fixed cause I hate driving around on a doughnut.Continental tires are sold. I also saw a rack of interstate batteries so I guess they deal in those too. I heard they are good batteries. Tires? I'm happy when they hold air.If they were just a little cheaper I would have gotten two, but that's the way it goes... here in Pittsburgh.I would recommend them but if it's not an emergency I'm going to do a little shopping around first.

These guys are super friendly! They picked me up when my car was done and researched the price of a used part before I even asked. They always answer their phone and are great at communicating updates. Great place, great mechanics!

Anyone who gives Ronnie s Tire a negative review has issues. Gary is the straightest shooter you will ever meet. They go out of their way to help you and to keep the costs down. Don t buy online. Give them the opportunity to take care of you and your family. I m in at least twice a year changing snow tires and my all seasons. I watch them take care of folks while my tires are being changed. They are aces!

The guys here have your best interest at heart. They're honest and know their stuff. The prices they charge are completely fair and service is quick.The only drawback is that the schedule can be packed for weeks, but the wait is worth it.

I am constantly pleased with Ronnie's Tire Service. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. The prices are fair in my opinion. They never push for things I don't need. My vehicles are always fixed with 100% satisfaction.
