I have been getting cars here since 2019. I love the service. I never feel pressured into serilvices. They take time to listen. The video inspection post service is a great touch.Sales team is very good. Sean Kelly is top-notch to work with. The whole staff really knows the cars and features well. You get a low-pressure experience. The time and care the staff puts into the Sales and service makes you feel valued and understood.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. They also cleaned the exterior and sanitized the interior. Their service department is a huge added value for purchasing a vehicle from Rohrich. I won't go anywhere else for future vehicle purchases or service.

Traumatic experience with service and staff attitude. The manager was impolite and totally unwarranted, when I walked in his room to request for urgent pre-trip maintenance help. I can't be thankful enough to Rohrich Mazda and Mr. Obertance for all his help while shopping for a new car. I was looking to buy a car and I found one available a Rohrich Mazda. I contacted them and I had my reply within minutes in a very comprehensive way, video information included! Mr. Obertance was great to work with, very professional. I highly recommend this place.
