I found it really easy to work with Tim at the Collision Center. He struck me as honest and straightforward in our dealings. He coordinated with the Service Center to arrange for an oil change and another repair inside the vehicle while it was there for body work. And I really appreciated that my final bill lined up with his estimate (which was about $700 less than what another area dealership had quoted me for the same repair). Would definitely bring my vehicle here again if I m in need of another repair!

I had a really great experience here. The customer service representative Zach was incredibly kind and generous. He was really sweet to my daughter and made her a little origami frog. He was very patient in explaining everything to me when I didn't understand something.The only bad thing I have to say is that the service did take a long time. Other than that I have no complaints. They've always done a great job and treated me very nicely. Great place.

Talked to Elaine to set up appointment for oil change and tire rotation. This is my first time going there as just moved to Pittsburgh. She was polite and extremely helpful. Arrived for appointment greeted by Zach who took excellent care of me. Service done quickly and correctly. Wound up not needing rotation which saved me a bit. Will definitely go back for future service needs.

Great experience working with Curtis Wilson on the sales staff. He made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend. Never pushy, but always ready to move forward and answer any questions I had/take care of any issues. I can be a difficult customer and Curtis kept with me every step of the way. Highly recommend asking for him if you re looking to shop here, but other folks seemed kind and knowledgeable as well, so you can t go wrong. Do your research and know what you want and they ll make the process very easy.

Had an easy going experience buying my new Honda Civic. Anthony Thomas was an excellent salesman to deal with. Not only did he get me good deal, he didn t give me the haggling experience. Easygoing the way it should be. Choose Rohrich Honda for your next Honda purchase and ask for Anthony Thomas.

Purchased my 2024 Honda civic Ex from them. Buying process is hassle free if you negotiate early through email. I have directly asked OTD price and compared with other dealers. I liked they didn t want to push with extra materials. Marcus helped me in the process.

We received great service, as always, when we brought our Honda CRV in recently for oil change. In addition to the oil change, the team had the car washed and did an assessment for things like brakes and tires so that we had a heads up about when we might expect to have to replace those. Good work overall.

I ve bought multiple cars from this dealership. Always an enjoyable experience. They don t hard pressure you, they make sure you re educated yet comfortable with the process. Love my new Type R so far! Vicki makes it easy and fun! Best manager around!

Zach Ross was amazing. When there was an issue of my car not being able to be fully serviced, he took it upon himself to go back there and help and get me out in a reasonable time. He also took the time and patience to explain the issues and to teach me about my car!! He is awesome and I will always want him as my mechanic as long as I go to Honda. Thanks Ross!!

My paper work was lost. I spent six hours in the waiting room. Such things happen, and it was no one person s fault. Still, my inquiry after the first couple of hours should have alerted the staff that something was wrong. They did knock 7% off the bill. At all other visits, service has been prompt and thorough.

Acquiring a new lease was quick and efficient at Rohrich. I was comparison pricing before deciding whether to buyout my lease or not. After placing an inquiry online, I was contacted by the sales manager, whom provided a few hard copy scenarios. After realizing a deal with the dealership I ve previously worked with for well over 10+ years wasn t going to come to fruition, I decided to give Rohrich a look, especially since they had the vehicle I wanted. I was able to get positive trade value for the older leased vehicle even with damages and be comfortable with the new payment which includes tire insurance and lifetime oil/filter changes, free state inspections, and free loaner cars depending on repair time length. Mark Pritchard helped me make a decision without pressure but with much patience. Nate explained the financing efficiently and personally. Rocco closed the deal and got me on my way in a fraction of the time of traditional signings with that nifty electronic desktop. I spent a couple hours there mostly being indecisive. Rohrich Honda will be my new recommendation for anyone looking for a Honda.

After 2-hour waiting I found out that they misplaced my ticket and completely forgot about me. Apologies were not really offered; instead they suggested to reschedule- after all this waisted time! I insisted that they service me that afternoon and eventually they did. They left the driver's seat in the position convenient for them but not for me and didn't reset the service warning which are minor inconveniences, but add insult to injury and show how little they are concerned with their customers.

Best car buying experience to date. Anthony in sales is great to deal with. He hooked up the test drive and the financing and Rocco had us in and out with all the paperwork in 20 minutes. Very smooth and efficient process. I will recommend Rohrich Honda to everyone I know in the market for a new car.

Amazing service! Inquired about a car online, Vicki responded with great service to get me the car I wanted quickly and answered all my questions! Marcus provided an awesome warm welcome when I walked in the dealership! Justin was awesome in getting the car all sorted the day of and prepping the paperwork and answering my questions! Was in and out in 20-30 mins! Amazing experience! Will be back when it s time for a new day!

I took my CR-V nto Rohrich Honda's Bloomfield service center to refurbish the headlights. The service center team is super nice, friendly and they answered my numerous questions. The waiting area is clean with comfortable chairs and well-stocked vending machines. You can tell they care about their customers. One tip: check to see if they have any coupons before you go in. You might save a few bucks.

I ran into a problem with my pilot and didn t want to drive it until it was repaired so I stopped by Rohrich Honda and they accepted my car without an appointment and fixed the problem without question. I thanked them very much and everything has been great since.

I just bought my first new car and I had a great experience! Very kind and it was very quick. My salesman was Marcus he was great ! We were in and out of there it wasn t a long process at all. Overall great experience!

The service was fine but they tried to tell me that my tires needed to be rotated (of course for a charge). I just had brand new tires installed 2 weeks ago. Makes me question the trustworthiness of the service department.

I worked with sales associate, Marcus Williams, who was amazing start to finish. Marcus was super kind and very knowledgeable. Not once did he come off as pushy or overly salesy. The whole team was wonderful and helpful throughout. Would recommend Rohrich Honda 11 times out of 10!

I bought a used car, first time buying a used car. I drove it off the lot, and I noticed the windshield was cracked. I went back to show them. They said I would need to schedule a time to get it fixed and get a rental in the meantime. I went home to examine the car. There were multiple scratches (minor of the issues), my mirror cover was cracked and looked like it had been hit at some point, and the rim on one of the tires was extremely scratched. I took pictures and sent them. I asked if this was typical for a used car, as I had never bought one before. They said I guess it could ve been detailed a little better. When I took my car in for the windshield to be fixed, they said they would look at the other issues. It turned out I needed a new mirror cover ordered as it was more damaged than they thought it was. I would need to come back in and get another rental in order for the mirror and the rim to be fixed. It was not the service I expected coming from a dealership.

The people at the shop are nice. I went for inspection and emissions, had a 9:00 am appointment, I was told brakes needed changed to pass inspection, I don t know if this is normal, but it took 4.5 hours for me to leave the place. Nobody updated me, I had to keep asking when my car would be done.

Worked with Marcus. He was very courteous, professional, and offered to allow me to wait instead of returning later. My oil was changed quickly, and there was no attempt to upsell. I will be returning.

I have had mixed experiences with this place (service center), and I have felt brushed off by employees and that they were not taking me seriously. However, Zach Ross was excellent. He was very straightforward and took the time to listen to my concerns. I will be asking for Zach next time!

Got me in early and go the truck done like 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Quick and professional, would go to these guys again for the next round of maintenance.
