Completed the repair on our Lexus with results that look like the vehicle was never damaged. Tim Downing was our contact and assured us that the work would be performed to perfection. They matched our special white paint perfectly. Tim advocated for some other special repairs with the insurance company. We were treated with respect as well. No other place I would go for work on our Lexus though it is 2 hours away, even though this type of work can be performed by my local excellent body repair shop.

Frank is the best! My brand new car was hit just 3 weeks after I bought it. I had initial repairs done on my vehicle and was unhappy with the fit of the bumper. He went above and beyond to take care of this problem, they ended up replacing the bumper and now my car looks amazing! I am very happy with the repairs. He has been great with communication and has always responded in a timely manner when I have had additional questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone, you will not be disappointed! Frankie gets 6/5 stars in my book.My experience started off a bit rocky due to working with a former employee (my car sat untouched for a few weeks and this former employee was incredibly difficult to reach) but after Frankie took over my case everything ran super smoothly.He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. He's great with communication and made fixing my car post-accident a breeze. Once I got my car back it looked and drove like new and you'd never know it was in an accident.If you're looking for a place to take your car I suggest Rohrich and I HIGHLY recommend Frankie.Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

My RAV4 looks like new!! The work was done complete earlier than I expected and I picked it up yesterday. Frank was courteous and professional. He made the whole process painless. Great to work with! I know Collision repairs have a tendency to take a while, but car was done in less than a week (even with a terrible insurance company to work with for coverage)! I had an estimate on 6/10 and was told to call the following Tuesday and Tom Coffey said he would get me in likely that week or the next. I tried contacting him the rest of June and could not get ahold of him until I went through other employees. It s now a month and a half later and I still haven t been contacted. He said there were no loaners at the time even though we spoke in June and he said he anticipated some to come back. I find it hard to believe not a single one has been back in a month in a half. Going with another collision center that has better customer communication.

Working with your collision center has been the worst experience of my life. My car has been at your center since May 19 (its July 6, and I still dont know what is the status of my car). Ive been calling every other day since. Every time I call, I get transferred to Tom's answering machine (who is never there to pick up my call). I leave a message, practically begging him to call me back and update me on my car, and NO ONE ever calls me back. Ive left 15 to 20 messages to all your employee's at the collision center, and no-one had the decency to call me back once. I dont want to deal with Tom any further. Ive spoken to around 10 different people at your company, asking for an update on my car, and all give me the same response " we will call you back immediately with an update" and I get no call back. I've never been more disrespected in my entire life. Around 1 week ago, I called to place a complaint, and the operator tells me that I cant do that. When I ask to speak to a person from the customer service, she tells me there is no such thing and then placed me on a hold indefinitely (I was on hold for 38 mins before I shut). I am aggressively looking to sell my car so that I never have to deal with Mazda again.Service: Body & Trim

This is actually the worst service i've ever had. First, no one answers the phones. I called multiple times a day, for multiple days. If i ever got in touch with the help desk they would forward me to the same number i had been trying to contact for an estimate, only for it to eventually go unanswered. Second, i finally found out that you can make an appointment online, so i did. When i showed up no one was there surprisingly and the only person i could talk to told me i had to wait, with no real instruction. When i finally found one of the guys that can do the estimate he was oddly short and impatient with me, as if i was inconveniencing him. He redirects me to someone else, who barely looked at the damage to my front fender (it was mostly cosmetic/detached on the right side from hitting a deer carcass), and tells me i had to replace the entire thing, and quotes me 1200 dollars. Im handed a print out of my estimate. He does not contact my insurance agent himself for some reason. Then my insurance agent and myself both could not get in touch with anyone there, because no one would answer the phone. We both sent emails which went unanswered. After waiting for 2 months, i finally took this to my mechanic, who explained to me that there are small pins that hold the plastic cover to my fender in place. He replaced those pins for 10 dollars. So I dodged that 1200 dollar bullet. I will never go here again, and i would recommend that you don't either.Service: Body & Trim

I know multiple people who have unwittingly brought their cars here only for them to go MISSING for SIX MONTHS without any response from the company. every time you call they say they will call back and never do. I wouldn t bring my car here if it broke down outside their garage, I would gladly pay to have it towed to a more reliable business.

My accident occurred March 10 2022 and was just repaired. Oct 14 2022. Previous employees Tom and John continually lied to me saying the parts were not in.They we re in the whole time if it wasn t for Frankie I would still be waiting. I give him a 10!!! I wasted my time! They took almost 4 months to fix my car! Also they were supposed to only fix the door, but they broke it even more and send to the rohrich service center! They did not polish my car or blend the difference of new paint with my original one!

The whole experience was chaotic. I called the Rohrich Honda I purchased my car from and they told me to go here. She said she ordered the parts for my broken mirror and they d be here the next day. Ok cool. So we go the next day, and they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they would have to order the parts and I could come back in 4 days. Ok, not so happy but not a huge deal, especially since his estimate was cheaper. Then on my way home, the guy calls and says he found the parts that were ordered and asked if I wanted to go back, so I did. Then my estimate climbed another $50. Whatever, I just wanna get it over with at this point. Right before checking out, the guy tells me it s gonna be ANOTHER $40 because his associate broke the mirror casing when taking it off. First off, I shouldn t have to pay for something that THEY BROKE. Second off, if you can t take a mirror apart without breaking it, you should find another profession. Then when I got home, my boyfriend noticed the door panel wasn t put back on all the way, so now I have to go back again. All around, very poor experience and I would literally rather drive 30 minutes to go to a different collision center than go back to this one.

I went in for an estimate (said I would be getting estimates from different locations since I'm paying out of pocket). The guy was extremely rude and when I ask about some of the charges, he hurried with an explanation and proceeded to usher me out the door. I told him I had other questions and he quipped, 'I thought you had other estimates to get'. It's unfortunate for such a high end vehicle, you get low end employees. If you don't like working with the public, you should seek another profession. Lexus, learn something from unfavorable customer comments. Customers keep you in business.

Bait and Switch. Estimated way low until they get the car apart and then, OH, there is way more we need to look at... Confirmation when the lady at the check out counter said: "Oh, we did good on this one" when comparing the estimate to the invoice. Yep, they did! $1,200 more in their favor... My advice would be to go to a more reputable establishment because their lower price will turn into the same amount at the end of the transaction

The woman who handles the scheduling is a real piece of work. She was rude when scheduling and felt like she was annoyed as I tried to reconfirm details I was previously told. If you're going to interact with Rohrich, actually speak with an advisor. Jenn, or Jess, or whatever her name is sounds like she has a constant case of the Mondays and isn't a great indicator of the rest of the people that work there.Service: Body & Trim

Spoke and dealt with Darren. Got the nasty scratch that was in the paint of my Lexus right out. Did take a couple days longer than expected but I ve heard some other body shops taking weeks to service customers

Quoted price was very high as compared to other autobody shops and the estimation adviser was very rude when asked about the charges. Be sure to check other shops for comparison when paying out of pocket.

This place is the worst. They gave have had ny Cadillac for 45 plus days and I have yet to get an update. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Just ridiculous

I would not go hear again..they don't respond on time..you have to call them multiple times for any update and I had to go more than once to fix my car problems even after paying a huge amount for repairs

A great auto body shop
