I had a great experience purchasing my new Cadillac Lyriq 2024 at Rohrich Cadillac and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. The entire staff is very friendly and approachable. I worked with Jon Thomas who was very professional, easily reachable throughout this process and very knowledgeable, updating us at every step and made the process super easy. He was very responsive over phone or text message and made sure we got the vehicle we loved. On the day of purchase, the process was quick and efficient.I really enjoyed doing business with them and would highly recommend them if anyone is looking to buy a Cadillac.

Very difficult to get the right person on the phone to handle a certain situation. After talking with John my sale person (whom I should have contacted first)he worked everything out for me. Being from out of state the sale experience over all was very good.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Where do I start. My mother and I drove to PA from Buffalo NY to look at a vehicle they had. She fell in love with it and purchased it. We dealt with Lou. That was October 3rd. Here it is Dec 11th, and she still does not have her plates that Lou and Tiffany who is supposedly a Manager swore up and down they would take care of. Multiple phone calls have gone ignored, until I spoke to the receptionist and mentioned my lawyer getting involved. Come to find out, they registered AND TITLED the car to someone else who we don't know. Not even sure how that even happens, but it did. My mother turned in her lease to them and put 20k down, just for them to make a colossal mistake. Over the past 4 days they have done nothing but lied about the situation and try to down play the issue. Now the insurance company reached out and is going to cancel the insurance because in NYS you cannot insure a vehicle that is registered and owned by someone else, which this vehicle technically is due to this dealerships negligence. Worse dealership experience EVER. Once they get your money, they could care less about what happens after that.

Very disappointing experience. My husband and I were in the market for a Cadillac and worked with a sales rep to find one matching our needs. We test drove 2 models and asked him to keep us informed if anything matching our needs ended up on the lot. Despite several models subsequently being listed on their website we did not receive any follow up calls. We had to make serval calls to the dealership before we got a call back to schedule a test drive. Once the sales rep finally called we scheduled a test drive. We arrived at the lot at our schedule time but he was busy with other customers so we were happy to wait. Eventually, he told the car would be out front waiting for us out front to drive but it was not there. Confused, we waited while he figured out where the car was. He returned and said it was up on the top lot and we walked up with him to get it only it was not there either. We walked back down and waited some more while he tried to locate the car. Finally, an hour after our scheduled test drive he told us the car was not available to drive and apologized that is was in the shop getting new tires. Frustrated and disappointed as we were we asked that he call us the following day to let us know when it would be available to test drive. Next day - no call from Rohrich. We called and spoke to Kevin hoping to get some kind of help but Kevin just looped us back to the same person. He relayed that the car was being sent to auction because it had been spray painted on the tailgate and it s now unavailable. To make the situation worse we called and spoke to another sales rep because the car was still listed as available on the website a week later and were informed that the car was actually sold and being delivered to the new owner that day. Poor customer service is one thing but being lied to is another. We spoke to Kevin the sales manager as a result and he told us the car had been sold in error and the sales rep that took the deposit lied to make the deal knowing the car had been damaged and they were not selling it. Obviously frustrated at this point I asked if this was a typical experience at their dealership. He said customer service is a matter of opinion and I will not justify or explain it to you. So buyer beware. Hopefully this saves at least one from having to deal with this the dismissive and deceptive dealership and it s staff. The mentality of if you don t like go somewhere else when dealing with such a big purchase is just bad business. Just as bad as lying and throwing your staff under the bus. We went to Rohrich Cadillac expecting exceptional customer service and a knowledgeable sales staff. We went expecting to buy a car we love from a reputable car company and dealership. Instead we were left disappointed by the entire process.

I've been getting my car serviced here for several years. Always professional and courteous service. I had an afternoon appointment, so it was not crazy busy, but comfortably occupied in the waiting area. Couch area played Fox, which is gross, so I ignored that and sat at a table in the cafe area. Much better atmosphere. I missed the muffins and biscotti, but enjoyed a smoothie. Has great beverage choices (waters, coffees/espresso drinks, sodas, milkshakes and smoothies) so that helps to pass the time.Service was efficient and as expected. I had an inspection and oil change, so both were done as needed. Washed my car at the end, so that is always nice.Good dealership and service department. Always friendly and courteous. I found my next car and will likely buy it from Rohrich too.

I was recently in for service on my SRX. The whole process is easy from scheduling to getting the car checked in to checking out. The staff is very friendly and although my wait time was longer than expected, the waiting area is comfortable and a nice environment. I love Cadillac and feel like my business is appreciated. The quality of service is top notch as well. This will be my reason for shopping a newer model sometime in the future. Thanks!

Jason was my service advisor and he assisted me with an emergency tire problem. I did not have a scheduled appointment but Jason worked me into the very busy tech schedule to resolve the issue. This is what makes Rohrich the BEST dealership - placing customer needs first and doing it right the first time!

I bought a Cadillac xt5 in August 2021. When I picked it up on a Saturday, it had not been detailed and there was not a full tank of gas as is customary. My salesman told me I would receive a call from Service. They called and left a message. I called back 4 times and was directed to leave a message each time. No one ever called me back and I never received the detail or gas. When I bought the car, I was told by multiple people that they had pick up and drop off service for any service I needed. Today, I called to schedule my first "free" oil change and tire rotation. I was told pick up and drop off service was not available for a 1 hr. service like an oil change but I could come in and wait for the car. No Thanks! If you are promising services to a customer and they buy a car with consideration of those services, you should honor your commitment. 4/28/22. - they will be in touch with me. I still have not heard from anyone. I have an appointment to take my car somewhere else. Rohrich Cadillac- one and done! Walk your talk. 6/1/22 Still waiting for that call. 9/1/22 No word yet. I guess Amy lost my phone number.12/19/23. See Amy's response below. She has never been in touch with me in 1 1/2 years now. Rohrich Cadillac lies to customers because they are only looking for the sale.

I ve called 4 times in the last two weeks and no call back. I called again today to speak to a supervisor of service and the lady told me I couldn t he will take a message. Why would I leave another message and nobody is getting back to me. All I wanted was work done on my car.

I have never had such an unprofessional experience. Went to see a vehicle yesterday, but it was not at the lot yet apparently. So I put money down this morning to hold the vehicle. I wanted to purchase this afternoon which is when they said it would be there. They ran my card and took my money but 2 hours later called and told me they sold it. Im guessing I didnt fit the mold for what they consider a Cadillac owner.

Best experience buying a car ever! From start to finish, we were treated as if we were buying a million dollar vehicle! Our salesman was not pushy, gave us options and got us moving along very quickly. The manager was super personable, standing and chatting with us. The secretary was incredibly sweet and talked as if we had been there 50 times before. The financial gentleman got us the payment we expected along with some help of the manager and didn t let us walk away unhappy. I would go back a million times and recommend them to everyone. They truly made the experience incredible! Thank you Rohrich Cadillac for getting me back in my favorite vehicle!

What we liked most about the Rohrich experience in buying a vehicle was the professionalism and expertise from everyone we had contact with during our purchasing of the Cadillac XT5.Kevin was just the right person for us as a Sales Consultant. He went above and beyond making sure we knew everything about this SUV and why it was a perfect fit for us. He spend a huge amount of time with us and we certainly appreciated his knowledge and test drive and all the extras that showshe is the best in what he does at this dealership.Michael.. never dealt with a finer Finance Manager.Jim and Marc. Their extra communication to us was exceptional.Rohrich is about a cut above the rest. It shows from the minute you enter. Loaner vehicles would be great so working owners can leave their vehicle for service and still go to work. Or have Saturday service hrs. Neither of these are available at this dealership.

First off, best-in-class website with a ton of transparency and documents available. I have been window shopping new and used Cadillacs on the Rohrich Cadillac site for quite some time and finally pulled the trigger on one. This was a fantastic experience beginning to end: Very nice facility and Kevin M and Tiffany made my purchase an enjoyable one.

The service department at Rohrich returned my vehicle without making any attempt to correct the issue we'd discussed. Weeks later I found that the engine's dipstick was missing. Avoid this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We stopped by Rohrich without an appointment and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. The receptionist made the introduction to one of their salesman. Our salesman Michael Nista legitimately seemed interested in our vehicle needs and he went over the cars features and demo' d how they work. Both the car and the salesman impressed. We made the decision to buy and he assisted in getting us a car that met our needs. We had pre-arranged financing with our local bank but their finance manager Tiffany was able to provide better rates from the same bank we planned on using. This was the first time we've left a dealership where we thought the dealer had our best interest in mind. An overall great experience.

Great experience, great people! Leasing my new Cadillac was a seamless process with Rohrich. Everyone went above and beyond to earn my business and I couldn't be more impressed with the high level of customer service that was provided to me. Karen (Finance Manager) and Marc (Sales Manager) we're wonderful, they made the entire process so easy and took great care of me. Kevin Marn is without a doubt one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He is always available through phone call, text, or e-mail to answer any questions or assist wherever he can. He put zero pressure on me to make a decision and worked with me over the course of three months, before I made a decision. He took great care of me and literally got me everything I needed and requested before, during, and after the sale. Even after the sale, he has followed up and assisted my girlfriend with finding a new car at another Rohrich Dealership. Everyone at this dealership, especially Kevin, Marc, and Karen truly demonstrate great customer service and a high level of professionalism. I can't say enough good words about these people or this place. Thanks to Kevin, I will be a Rohrich customer for life and I will be looking forward to leasing the next car off of him! Kevin should be commended for a job well done!
