Stay far away from this business!! They do horrible work do not warrant what they do! Never pay them until you have inspection done. Insist they give you your old parts they remove if your forced to use them at all! This is the quality of their painting. They refuse to give receipts for parts and you can see why as there is broken glass in the shell of rear hatch but ironically I had no broken glass from collision. They have an F rating with BBB due to refusing to resolve or respond to customers they made money from!

I couldn t be happier and more appreciative of the entire staff at Rocco s. They made the entire process of getting my car repaired seamless. My car looks better than it did before the accident and they even washed/detailed it for me. Highly recommend, thanks Rocco s!

Twice now Rocco s has saved my life. Both times I was on my way to work and pulled into their parking lot in a panic. They have been so helpful and kind to me and I can not thank them enough. Today my splash pan was sliding against the road so I pulled in, they zip tied it on for me real quick and asked for nothing. You guys are the greatest thankyou!!!

This is my second time coming here and they are fabulous. They are all so nice, patient and go above and beyond. I even enjoyed chatting with Natalie anytime I called. Highly recommend

I actually had my car towed by them recently because of a car accident and unfortunate for me it was totaled but they were amazing. They actually help me guide through it with my insurance. My process ran smoothly. They kept everything in good hands and they work with you. They treat you like an actual human being no matter the case. If you have car tomorrow from any kind, give them a call. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Thanks you guys oh and Mrs. Melissa.

Rocco's is truly amazing. I got into my first accident ever about a week ago and Rocco and his crew have made this experience so much better. They have been so kind and professional, and they care so much about you as a customer. Rocco knew how much I wanted to fix my car rather than total it, so he made sure to let the estimator know that so my car wouldn't be totaled! My car is still in the process of being repaired but every interaction with them so far has been great. I am so thankful for Rocco's!

Rocco and his wife are just wonderful people! They got my wreaked car out of a tight spot and worked with me while I went through the insurance process. They made a tough time better, and I will always appreciate it.I rarely write reviews. That's how great they were. Everyone should know to turn to them.

I could not be more grateful for Rocco and Natalie for their help, from towing to repairs, to peace of mind during a difficult process. I cannot recommend them enough! I will be sure to return to Roccos for any auto needs in the future. Top notch!

Roccos is great. They recently fixed my friends Kia and they did a phenomenal job. It was pretty mangled and you absolutely couldn t tell afterward. I feel like they do an honest solid job. I highly recommend them if you re in need of some car repair or body work.

Rocco and his team are professionals at what they do. Had my car hit and didn t know if there was a chance the other insurance was going to pay to fix it. Rocco knows how to deal with greedy and pesky insurance companies to make sure they pay for what they should. Bottom line, insurance payed to fix my car and the work done to it was outstanding. Rocco is the man!!! This place Rocks, ive wrecked my car and Roccos was right there for me in my time of need. They did an outstanding job, were honest, timely and efficient to the max. I would and do recommend them to anybody, and everybody. Dont let no insurance company tell you where to go, just go see Rocco, family owned and operated, Thanks again to Rocco and the crew for taking such good care of me kudos.

What great service! In town to take my Mom to UPMC for surgery and car started to make a weird sound. I dropped off the car and Rocco and Jim could not have been nicer! Found the problem, fixed it, and had the car back the same afternoon! I would highly recommend them!

My car broke down on Penn Ave...I was blocking traffic bc unfortunately my control arm broke and was only on three tires. John the tow truck driver was quick to arrive and very nice and communicative. I had a garage that I was particular my car go there! Arrived safe n sound . Thanks to John through Rocvos collision. My wife was stranded at the family house while I was in the hospital. She bent the tire rim. The guys came right over and fixed it !! They were great !! I am so thankful for great people like the guys at Rocco's

My car got hit. I called roccos and got it fixed. They did good work upon first inspection. But the next day it was sunny outside and seen the body lines where not straight. The cars body lines did not line up. I called and called and called. The first call i got one of the guys who work there and he said just call back tomorrow. The second call i talk to the owner he said to bring it over and we will accommodate u. I explaned my work hours he said that fine i will be here to fix issue. I got there after work and no one was there. I called and left some messages but never got a call back. I hope no one else has to go thru this. They did got paint work but the fitting of the body lines are way off.

They re trying to take me to court because someone else totaled my car and he didn t have insurance. They don t care about you, they care about their bottom line.
