Rob Jr. was great to work with! My car ended up being a total loss and Rob and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Rob took the time to explain everything and assist in any way that he could. Frequent communication and updates as well. I can t recommend enough taking your car here for auto work! Anytime I have any future car issues, I will definitely be a returning customer!

I asked my trusted auto mechanic which auto body shop he would recommend; he did not hesitate, and told me emphatically:"Rob Wagner Auto Body". In fact, that's where my mechanic takes his own personal cars for repair! I made an appointment that day, and I am glad I did because my experience with them was outstanding.On my initial visit, Rob Sr. spent at least 45 minutes explaining in detail the repair process and my options. He took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, Rob kept me updated throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond guiding me through the insurance process, and working with my insurance company to ensure the best possible outcome. He even drove me to the car rental company.A special note to women: Before finding Rob Wagner Auto Body,I had a bad experience with the owner of a competing auto body shop who was dismissive and patronizing. (I suspect that it may have been because I am a single woman) In contrast, Rob treated me with respect and as an equal.

Rob Sr. & Rob Jr. are fantastic to work with. When I was involved in a collision in January 2024, I was unsure of how to resolve my situation. Rob Wagner Auto Body walked me through every step of the process, being honest in the situation and providing clear communication and recommendations. When the vehicle was deemed a total loss by the insurer, the team continued to provide top-quality service to make sure our needs were taken care of. Can't recommend them enough.

I live Nextdoor to Mr.Wagners auto body and I must say every time I see a vehicle being towed in or damaged on his lot he and his employees go above and beyond to make the vehicle look brand new again I ve referred many people to do business with him and every time people tell me how grateful they are that I did so. The professionalism and attention to detail that he and his employees provide is rivaled by no one the honesty and politeness they provide is absolutely incredible. They aren t your average body shop to say the least so, if you re looking for a cheap fix I d look elsewhere because at this establishment you pay well to get the best work in the field. They have the right amount of integrity and knowledge to make you understand that your vehicle is in the right hands. I recommend to anyone who needs the work done right to Rob, his son,and his employees!!!

He provided several options for repair, communicated effectively about the pros and cons of each, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Prices were more than fair. First of all, I m nuts about my vehicles and keeping them in tip-top shape is very important to me. Rob Wagner Auto Body is my go-to place for all types of body repairs. The most recent visit to Rob Wagner was after a disappointing visit to my Cadillac dealer that failed to fix two small dents on my brand new car. I had other service tasks that brought me to the dealer and I asked them to look at the dents. They said it couldn t be fixed with a dent wizard type and required a $6000 repair.Rob Wagner disagreed. He used an expert in paintless dent repair (PDR) who figured out a way to eliminate any evidence of either dent. I m a perfectionist when it comes to my car and this outcome was perfect.This shop cares about satisfying their customers and being completely honest with the real issues that may arise. You really trust these people with all your repair work.

I'd love to write a couple pages of thanks and such, but to be as brief as possible, will just say, You Can Trust These Guys. They know the job, they know the insurance side of things, they will help you navigate the twists and turns of getting back on the road. Rob Jr helped me from beginning to end of the process, forewarning me of potential issues and stuff so that I never felt taken by surprise. Customer Service has gotten pretty bad these days, but that is NOT the case at Rob Wagner Auto. Trust is a big thing. You can trust this family-owned business. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, above Top-Notch all across the board.

Hands down the best in not only their line of work, but also as a small business overall. I have never dealt with a more honest, professional, and genuinely caring company. Rob Sr. And Jr. Will help you in anyway they can to work with insurance companies and get your car back to its best condition. It will look good and you will know it will be repaired correctly. I've been in the car business for a very long time and I won't take my car anywhere else. I work for a large automotive group with four body shops of our own and will only go to Rob and his staff. Honest and professional as they come. I received regular updates and was explained the entire process start to finish. My car looked as perfect as new. Great people, excellent work!

We recently had a need for auto body work. Having used Rob Wagner Auto Body in the past, we reached out to them again. Rob and his group are truly top notch. Their auto expertise and knowledge of the process involving the insurance company was very helpful as they kept us updated throughout. Rob s team worked with our insurance appraiser directly regarding the supplemental issues that were uncovered. They kept the process moving along. Rob coordinated the car rental and provided transport as well. The body work was completed in a timely manner, and we are thrilled with how perfectly they matched the white paint on the front bumper. This group prides themselves on doing what is right for their customer. We trust Rob and his team and, while we hope we won t need them again, we are happy to know they are nearby. My experience at Rob Wagners Auto Body Shop was excellent!! I could have never picked a better Auto Body Shop to take my vehicle to. Rob Jr and Rob Sr both were such a pleasure to work with!! From the very beginning I was updated about every step that was taking place. They really went above and beyond to help, they exceeded my expectations. It was honestly such a relief and if you want to experience genuine people that really do care about their customers and the work they provide for their customers I would recommend 100% this auto body shop.

We've used Rob Wagner Auto Body several times now and will continue to be a customer. They are meticulous and document everything. They thoroughly explained the process, they were effective at communicating with insurance companies, and they offered great customer service. For example they facilitated car rentals, working directly with the rental company so that there was no gap in having a car to drive during repairs. Their end product (the repairs) always look incredible and I frequently think, "I can't believe it's the same car". Rob Junior is also involved in national professional organizations, which I take as a sign of being deeply interested in improving/evolving his field, which is an asset to this business. Rob and Rob Junior are both a pleasure to work with and I feel confident in their hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rob and his team are very thorough. They keep you updated and provide you details along the entire process. Their attention to safety issues is most impressive, making sure all that is being fixed will work & function properly. Rob Jr was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process. They are very meticulous, my car looks amazing. You would never know by looking that anything ever happened. The paint is matched perfectly. Not many places will work on Teslas, so I m thrilled to have found Rob Wagner Auto Body. They handled everything for me and it went very smooth from start to finish. Top-notch customer service! It was refreshing to deal with a business that has honest employees, all of whom were exceptionally knowledgeable and completely transparent about every step of the process. I dealt with Rob Wagner (owner) and felt as though he went above and beyond to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with timing and costs. Unparalleled customer service! I would strongly recommend this business to anyone and I would go back readily. (Hoping I don't have another fender bender, though, and don't need any body work on my car!!!). We have used Rob Wagner since 1987 and he is only getting better as the years pass. Not only is his workmanship superb, he has the utmost integrity. Rob worked with us throughout the process; he researched the Tacoma so as to make repairs to factory specifications. He is able to talk to the insurance company and easily argues our case because he has done such extensive research (we also get copies) and has years of experience. We cannot recommend Rob Wagner Auto Body enough...more than highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend Rob Wagner Auto Body! Rob went above and beyond to help me get my total loss settlement done. I was rear ended by another driver, and initially the other party s insurance company was only willing to pay $5,700 for the repair and not going to total my vehicle. Rob got me in during the busy season in a timely manner, and did the dissemble and revelation. He took detailed notes, pictures and videos to show the damages to the insurance company and always kept me updated. The insurance company ended up totaled my vehicle and paid fair market value for it as well.Much appreciated the service that Rob provided, without them this will be a much painful process for sure

The Wagners are the best. I have used them several times over the years for two of my vehicles as well as vehicles for members of my family. Their work is of the highest caliber and stands the test of time. In addition, they take time to explain - in as much detail as you want - exactly what needs to be done and why. Armed with this important information, you can make better decisions and, where needed, push back with their help on short-sighted insurance adjusters with solid industry recommendations and requirements. Fantastic experience working with Rob Senior. I was hit by another car and had front end damage. Rob made the whole repair process easy and effortless and was extremely helpful in handling the insurance side of things. He called me every few days to provide updates on the repair and was a pleasure to work with. The work on the car was fantastic and looked like it had never been hit. I was impressed by him going the extra mile, including cleaning the entire interior and waxing the exterior. Overall fantastic experience and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great service! Rob Wagner, Jr explained what could be done, offered options and gave an estimate which was remarkably accurate. More like ****** (six stars)!I recently had some major work done at Rob Wagner Auto Body.The Wagners run a very honest, competent and respectful business. All of the open communication and honesty about costs and timetables and patience with explaining things was much appreciated.They represent what seems to be a somewhat lost American ethic.They present you with options whenever possible without being pushy in any direction.Though busy (and deservedly so) the Wagners will explain to you some of the auto body business io provide context for what is going on with your vehicle.After the considerable damage the Wagners had to deal with I am incredibly impressed that the car runs and feels and looks like new.I will happily recommend the Wagners and give them business again if (and knock on wood that I don't) the car needs it!Thanks Rob and Rob for the great work.

Rob and Rob took care of my car after I had some pretty bad rear end damage on my car. They were conscientious and available every step of the way and explained every step to me and got all the repairs taken care of with the other drivers insurance. I rarely post reviews but this time I feel like I need to write an essay about how fantastic Rob Jr and Sr are. I took my Camry in the shop after a rear end collision and right from the beginning they guide me through all the process and what are the possible outcomes upfront. They communicate with me all the time about where the process is at and even though it's a hard time due to the pandemic and shortages, they try their best to calm me and help with the possible hiccups with insurance companies.Rob meticulously dissembled the vehicle and find all the potential damages that were gonna be ignored if another shop took a loot. They put the customers and vehicle safety as the top priority and they never cut corners as they always try to repair up to the manufacturer standards.The damage estimation process is thoroughly documented and sent to the insurance company and I can only imagine the effort required to so carefully prepare all these documents and document the process along the way. I work in research and by going through the process with Rob, he is probably the person I know with the most attention to detail and perfection, better than many of my peers, including me.Thanks to Rob's effort, the car's total loss situation is easier than we had thought about and I will bring all my collision needs to them without a blink of eye - no one else touches my car!
