I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from this shop, and the experience was nothing but amazing. Ardian assisted me throughout the process, he was incredibly prompt and patient in all our conversations. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that my car was perfect, paying attention to most of the details my mechanic mentioned. His professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident in our dealings. I discovered the car on Facebook Marketplace and decided to visit the shop seeing this great car; I'm so glad I did. The entire process was very smooth, from the first message to driving the car off the lot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

Thank you soooooooooo much to Jim from Rex Motors. I was in desperate need of a new car and found a car on Facebook that Jim was selling. Not only did he recommend other options but he also gave me a call to tell me a little about himself and his business which made me feel comfortable working with him. He was patient, respectful and answered all of my questions. I m extremely grateful for Jim helping me find my dream car !!!

Not a "corporate" location. Not a chain. No fancy uniforms or titles but "above and beyond" expectations service. Our vehicle broke down 4 hours from home and we were stranded. We left our vehicle at a chain repair shop (rhymes with Monroe) with zero work done from Saturday until Wednesday. Vehicle was into Rex at 11:30AM and out at 4:30PM at half the cost. They got the job done and we were on our way. Sometimes you just have to go to work to get a job done. No corporate training required.I wish we lived in the area. We would make these guys our go-to shop. And they were very friendly, polite, and professional.

A very friendly car lot and auto repair shop! Jim worked with me on my car hunt- he was very kind, helpful, and personable. He clearly has experience and history with understanding cars, how they work, and if they work well for someone, and it shows.When I finalize plans to purchase a car, this place will be the first lot I look in. Probably one of the best shops around. Due to their honesty and great work. There were many times where I needed something in a pinch and I was able to get in the same day. There were other times where I was stranded on the side of the road and they would come to where I was to help me out. I ve heard of them doing this for many customers also. Awesome shop. Only place I take my cars to.

Worked with Jim to buy a car. Very reasonable pricing for today's market (2023). Plus, the guy is honest, punctual, and willing to get you a vehicle that suits you. Would buy here again.

Came here when they were very busy. Was having car trouble and I was really concerned about driving back to NY. This place was super help and nice. Didn t feel like I was getting ripped off at all. I would recommend this place to anyone

If you are willing to waste your time, then this is the place that you should go to.I had 3 appointments so far and each of them were postponed for no reason. Zero respect to customers time. And they were disrespectful as well as I felt that they were delaying my appointments just for the sake of despite. Moreover, I had an appointment and waited an extra hour and a half after my arrival and he had the audacity to blame me for leaving and not notifying them even though I tried calling them.If you want to deal with that, then go ahead !The owners (two brothers) will always call you brother, especially if you are muslim, and then with no substance to back up their work. They will disrespect you and your time based on my experience.If you are from the Gulf, then save your money and search somewhere else !

Best in the city no doubt about that family owned and operated they treated me very well and price was really fair same day service as we ll because it was end of the month I had to get some work done to pass the inspection and they got it all done in the same day, Thank you again

Car wouldn't accelerate and was choking at 2500 RPM's. I was terrified that not only would I not be able to get in anywhere, but that I was going to need a new fuel pump or something that would need ordered. These guys were incredibly friendly, got me in THAT day, and back on the road the same day with only some minor fixes to the oil/ filter. Honest, fast, friendly- would highly recommend!

Fantastic service from these guys. Took time to answer all my questions, let me take the car for a test drive and pre-purchase inspection from my home mechanic, and really had a lot of care and detail in every step of the process. Super friendly, helpful, honest, and great to work with. Would buy from or have my car serviced by these guys again in a heartbeat!
