The nicest service, we could have asked for on such a stressful day. They really helped turn it around by towing our vehicle and offering to give us a ride home after dropping it off at the dealership. I can't recomment them enough!

My car broke down and Ray was able to get there within 45 mins from all the way across town. He was friendly, helpful, and provided clear information about where my vehicle would be taken.

Tom could ve made it on a nascar crew, seriously. Had a tire blow out on the side of the highway at night. Tom showed up in less than fifteen minutes, changed my tire out in less than five, and sent me on my way. Wish I had him on speed dial on my phone but honestly couldn t recommend this place any higher. If you call in ask for Tom!

Dead battery at night by myself.Tom was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and mannerly. Tonight at 10 or so my car would not start. Im wondering if I will need to wait an hour or more. I put a tix in via State Farm. Tom calls within minutes. Confirms where I was due to conflicting info the State Farm app gave him. Tom could have just gone to Cranberry but he chose to call me to verify location.... North shore. He knew the street address did not match the city. He called again when close to arrival. Usually you wait and wonder where are they. (My wait time 10-15 min ). He looked at the battery and provided a few suggestions (to xlean battery) and answered my concerns. Suggested i take to get it checked. He got the car started. I am thankful Tom was close by on such a very cold nite when no one was out and I'm by myself. No xomment on cost as I think my insurance pays for it.

They came out to change a battery after mine completely died and wouldn't hold a charge. Very fast very friendly and professional will highly recommend to friends and family!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with "Jug Head" from Ray Platt's Auto & Towing last night. Had a dead battery leaving work at 2am. After many other companies not wanting to come jump me, Jug Head did. Battery was completely dead, and after getting it jumped discovered the ecm/pcm was confused setting off numerous codes and putting truck in limp mode. Due to dealer specific codes he couldn't completely resolve my problems, but he got me out of limp mode so I could go home.I'm not originally from Pittsburgh, and the service he provided reminds me of the service I'd receive in the little town I grew up in. Where they care more about helping someone out than making a profit. We need more companies like this!

I don t know whom I spoke to but these guys really helped us in a bind when our car died. It was gonna need towed but they were able to jump out car. Between the reasonable price quote for the what would been for the tow and fast act of helping us, these guys are great. They got us out of a late night emergency when no other tow company would. Kind, helpful service. There were a few hiccups with our truck being so big, but they worked through them and found solutions to get our truck home quickly. Price was also more than fair.

STAY AWAY! They let their drug addict son/brother lurk around the shop. He was answering phones etc, and scammingg customers! It happened to me personally, stole $250 off of me without ever touching my vehicle. I was told I was not the only person this happened to! I had to file a police report, the office woman, pretty much told me to pound salt after her brother stole off of me using their shop as a cover. And I was a loyal customer for years!I REPEAT STAY AWAY!

They said they changed my brakes and rotors just to find out they didn t even change my brakes so tell me why I paid 300 dollars for? They just changed one side of my brakes. I WOULDN T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME.

Car blew blew a fuel pump on my way to work. Had a guy towing me back home within 25 minutes. Guy was nice and professional. Cost want bad either. ALOT cheaper than some of the other places I called. Would recommend calling these guys first!

Some how my blazer title work didnt make it to Harrisburg until 2 months after transferring it but other then that they seem like a nice reasonable priced company for your auto needs.

This place is terrible I payed 575 dollars for brand new brakes and rotors to get my back wheel unlocked & to get it inspected it took them 4 days then when I finally got it back on my way to work I tried to stop on the highway and my brakes started jumping and grinding they admitted to cutting my brakes and rotors in half they almost killed me and still never fixed the problem my check engine light is on and all
