Wonderful and amazing job done. I had left my suv for a repair and they completed the job well In advance, cleaned the car thoroughly and most importantly did not bother much with calls and texts. They helped me to pick my car on a weekend although they had limited service on a weekend. Truly appreciate the work and surely will recommend them to all!!! Great job. Very very professional!!!!

I was in a hit and run accident and requested to have my car brought here for repairs and they did not disappoint! I was able to call for updates and met with friendly, informative information each time. My car was pristine when finished, and I was shown a photo portfolio of the progress of the work that was put into it upon pickup. They were also incredibly flexible with my pickup time. Shoutout to Ken for being my primary contact, and the team that got me back on the road! You guys rock!

I used Ray Donch to fix a dent in my car, and they were wonderful! My car looked brand new when I got it back, I was so impressed. They also had amazing communication letting me know what was going on with everything and my car was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. On the initial estimate the man wrote up the quote without even looking at the vehicle. The estimate was written up in my son's name even though he had nothing to do with this incident. The quoted time for intake of the vehicle was October 23rd. I contacted my Insurance to inform them that I wished to change auto body shops. The Insurance Co contacted Ray Donch body werks and was given several falsehoods. intake date suddenly became next week and they claimed to have contacted my son because they lacked my information, which was on every email I sent them. I am taking my business elsewhere as I feel their behavior is lackadaisical, shows inattention to detail and very little concern for the customer.

I needed some body work on my Acura after hitting a deer. Ray Donch had great customer service - started and finished work when they said they would, communicated clearly before and during the work, worked with insurance and rental car, and even cleaned my car inside and out! Ray Donch and team did a spectacular job on my Tesla Model S. My gorgeous wife was distracted and bumped into my rear driver side while parking her Range Rover Sport. Of course, not a scratch on it. Ray Donch had my car for 10 days - and then it looked better than before the incident. Spotless repair, and totally cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Strong recommend. A couple of days delayed - but that was fine. The rental provided by State Farm worked just fine.

I will never do business with Ray Donch again. I needed a minor repair to my antenna, and a small dent and some paint chips on the top of my car. When they did the initial estimate they said it was a 3-day repair and it would cost $1100, but they said I had to wait 5 weeks to get my car in. Because it was such a good price I didn't shop around and I waited. Once they had my car they more than doubled the price to $2400 and then kept my car for almost two weeks without any clear explanation. When I complained to them at the end about the entire experience the guy in the office was very rude and not at all apologetic. Absolutely terrible customer service and really sketchy business practices. Feels terrible to be mislead and then have to write a big check anyway. Never again!

they messed up my car, i dropped it off with shiny 10 of 10 finish glass shine. they were fixing a few things last body shop did. went to pick it up when done it looked like they used sos pad. they said they would buff it. they charged insurance to fix their mess up. paint failed 3 days later. horrible customer service. very rude to paying customers. *They responded to wanting to help. They refuse to touch my car. The quarter panel is now a 4200 repair. Their own estimate at that. They charged state farm 3 times for the repair. They claimed to me they lost money from the job. Over 7k. If job is now 4200 but charged 7k before.... I'm requesting ray to call me please.

I have been using Ray s shop for 3 years. The techs at Donch s always get my car in and out of the shop quickly. Quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend the shop!

Really glad that Donch Repair is close by and that Ken and staff are ablel to accomodate. The fact that RENTALS are right on premises and available, made it easy to drop off, and keep on going. A curb ran into my car and from the moment I walked into the front office, everyone was kind and helpful. They never treated me like the dumb woman who hit a curb! The repairs took longer than expected (getting parts), but Ken kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Ray Donch for any body work.

very bad experience! all the guys work there passionless. they charges about 15% or a little more higher than others, their work done OK. I will not recommend my friend go there. they make me feel like they do not want to work on my car.they also can not figure out a simple mechanic problem. my rear right wheel has noise, they could not figure out where the problem come from. finally, my friend, who is a life scientist, found out that there is a screw need to be tight a little! that is it!the two star only for their work done good.

Took my bike after an accident, didn't need a tow then proceeded to charge me 4 full days for less than 48hrs.. real upstanding people here! Looks to me like extortion is thier only means of business!

I'm not the type to leave reviews, good or bad, d/t my lack of time. However, when a company takes this sort of TIME and CARE with your car, then they are worthy of any amount of my TIME.I'm 44, and for the sake of argument, let's say I've had to visit a body shop or two in my time. Without mentioning any names, UHHH...HMMM...Kollinger Auto Body, none of those shops have risen to this level of post-accident perfection. It's easy to see why they are a Select Shop for State Farm.From my first call w/ Ken, I was at ease. Of course, I knew he'd take care of my car once I found out he has the exact same one. LOL!The process was simple, especially when renting from Enterprise. Have their car? Just leave it at the shop and drive off in yours.I was updated often, but never to an extent that it interrupted my business day.Ken even made sure to re-order (2) little TRD stickers, similar to the ones that were on the car, so as to make it look like nothing ever happened.Isn't that the goal when you take your car to the shop for repairs?Rest assured, it happens here 110%!*One issue...LOL! I thought I was going to be involved in an accident trying to leave. Woulda' been my luck. That intersection is awful. LOL! The cars stop well past either entrance to the shop. Even pulling in w/ the rental was difficult. People just do not assume you are going into that business, I guess. Maybe the county can assist or, since you'll grow exponentially when the word gets out, you can just get a bigger space elsewhere. Either way, I do appreciate all your help gang!!! (Especially Ken and Big Greg!) Thanks again! ~James C. Arthur

Mike Defranesco repainted my 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T during the winter of 2013 and he did an excellent job. He took it to bare metal and fixed the metal to make it arrow straight before applying Y2 yellow single stage paint. I get many compliments on the paint job and I tell them to see Mike at Ray Donch's. A+ restoration!

Recently accidentally pulled the bumper off my 2016 Toyota rav4......called Ray.....got an estimate.....my insurance company agreed....took my car in got a rental car was fixed like brand new in less than a week....love Ray......love the staff/office people.....I'm a happy girl.....would recommend Ray to my friends.
