Received work from these guys. I had requested particular work along with initial work. The vehicle was in house for three weeks and during that time the vehicle never received the attention that I specifically requested. They waited until the day of my pick-up to inform me that the total job was not finished. I decided to give the unfinished work to another shop for completion. I was not satisfied nor happy.

I've been using Premier for a couple years now for my car (~200k miles) and they always take good care of it. Very upfront about cost - never try to rip you off and give you all of your options. Will point out any concerns as needed, but never pushy about anything. This is a full service garage that also sells cars. They offer numerous services and do exceptional work. Their prices are fair and reasonable. So far premier has been very trustworthy. The staff is very aloof but they conduct business in a professional manner.

Instead of making my car look new after an accident, it got worse. It s already been a year since the accident. Until now, I still have problems. There is a guy who is so unprofessional. Paint doesn t match. A lot of over spray. It damaged my back sensors. The bottom part wasn t checked. I figure it out after I brought it to my dealer. It looks like they don t know what they are doing. If you called and they know your number, expect for a no answer.

Very professional and personal. Easy to deal with, and reasonably priced I have now had them repair a couple of things, after first taking my Jeep in for body work. While they prefer cash they take various credit cards and also offer on the spot financing. I would highly recommend.

They are great up there. This was the first time i used them and I will definitely use premier auto body again. They are fair and most importantly HONEST. I didn't know my exhaust clamps were broken and my tail pipes were hanging down. The guy Michael who inspected my truck let me know and fixed them for me. I will be taking my truck back there when I need back brakes around the end of summer.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Didn't put me in the system (more than likely pocketed my money) had to pay cash because the system was broke . Brakes been squeaking nonstop since being done there, waited a little while to see if it was just the new brake squeak. It wasn t! They put CHEAP a$$ brakes on my car! They were louder than when I first brought it in for the problem! When confronted they told me I have never been there I probably went up the street since they didn t put me in the system LOL. Was VERY rude & disrespectful. Would not recommend to anybody or ever go back to this fraud place!

Terrible is an understatement ! No receipt (Likely Tax fraud)Ignoring that they took over a month to fix, the work was crazy bad. There is a gap between the rear bumper and the body. When I opened the trunk, I found a lose screw. On further investigation, I found that they had just pulled the inside padding (between car frame and inside mat) and did not bother putting it back.More over they don t give receipt with invoice number (accept cash or 3.5% charge on CC).

I posted a good review over a yr ago and unfortunately have revised my review. Let me start by saying in my business communication and completion dates are of the utmost importance. When I dropped my truck off over a yr ago alot of promises were made and timeframes given. After 2 winters in this shop for a paint job it is still not complete to my satisfaction. There are runs in the paint, overspray in spots, and some spots paint did not cover well. So after 5,000 paid I will now have to go and have these issues addressed. Also parts like new weatherstrip for doors were given and not installed or returned to me.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!. Pictures to come showing issues.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

Where do I begin... well first of all they had my car for a month did about 3 days worth of work on it when they were supposed to do alot more. They got paid close to 4 thousand dollars by my insurance company for the 1500 dollars worth of work they did. So not only did they rip me off but my insurance company too. Then after having our car back for 2 days the car dies on my wife driving home from work with all kinds of electrical issues now and all they told me was "we didn't do any work under the hood" YOU REPLACED THE HEADLIGHTS how is that nothing under the hood! Very disappointed and I hope they lose a ton of business from this review and from all the negative comments I'll gladly be giving out to everyone I know!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Even know I drive them nuts with my car they always work on it. Jay did a great job fixing my chipped carbon fiber hood and making it even fit cause the fitment was so bad on it. Have nothing but good things to say.

Always great service & quality work. They always give honest opinion & price quotes! Mike the mechanic is always explains everything in detail & goes over the work he completed. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else !

My car was brought here because the road rash had taken its toll on the bumper. There were those mystery scratches on the clear coat from parking out there in the wild...My car is perfect and looks absolutely brand new. This shop has three decades of experience. Don't be fooled by the small size of the building...the staff is knowledgeable and the owner, Jay, is a top-notch professional. Be sure to check them out. Taking my ride for it's inspection there as well!!

So, I had a bimple.. It was little.. Didn't want my insurance involved so, I got a quote.. High quote in Carnegie.. I came here and got a quote, it was WAYYY, LOWER.. They had it fixed quick.. It's koo now and it was within a reasonable price range.. Thank You..

Hands down the best place I've went to in years and probably the only place I'll be going to for now on drop my car off on a Thursday told me they couldn't check it out call me Thursday told me what was wrong they got my car back on the road Monday they don't play around they got the job done wish there was more mechanics like them

Called to talk ask about the process. Said I had to have my insurance reach out to them instead of them contacting my insurance company and was very unhelpful on the phone. Will not be giving this shop my business.
