Quick and professional service! He went above and beyond to help after my car was broken into. The window was shattered and I didn't have anything to cover it with. It's been raining a lot so he tapef plastic over the window to protect it after he got to the location

Great service. Joe was there within an hour on a rainy day. Even in the bad weather, he took extra care in loading from a steep street onto the flatbed to help protect the bumpers. Dropped off my car at the shop, and kept me updated with texts and pics along the way. Highly recommended!

My car started overheating tonight, (on a late, dark, rainy Sunday evening). I had to pull over on the side of the road in West Mifflin, PA. There weren t any businesses/homes around me. Many other places were closed/unavailable. I called Pittsburgh Towing Services, and they arrived and had my car towed within 30-40 minutes. The workers were very friendly, professional, and efficient. My car was towed 10-minutes away from my location to a shop. The driver (was given permission from his boss to) let me ride with him to the shop. I m very grateful for them because I wasn t left alone in the dark and rain. :) I 100% recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My young daughter had an accident in my car. Pittsburgh Towing Services actually seen the accident and pulled right over to help. With my child being a minor I was extremely nervous. The driver calmed my daughter down. Also got on the phone with me and assured me that they would tow my car to the shop that I use and get my child home safe to me. I owe them a Hugh thanks. Definitely will be using them in the future for all my towing needs. Thanks again to Pittsburgh Towing.

Had a great experience with this company. The tow truck showed up and the guy was respectful. Not only did he tow my car but also arranged to fix it. I got it back and they did a great job. I'd recommend this company. They go beyond expectations. Thank you Anthony

Excellent service. Joe took really good care of us and our truck. I would use them outside of my roadside service. I highly recommend PTS (Pittsburgh Towing Service). They get the job done economically, expediently, and excellently!

I needed my car towed due to an accident. The car was up in Gibsonia and AAA would have been hours to get it. We called Anthony at Pittsburgh Towing Service. He left right away and got my car, as well as myself back to his garage within the hour. He was very patient with my insurance company and myself. I would definitely recommend him for any towing needs.

From the time I called and Joe showed up was 35 minutes. They re fast professional and even gave me a lift home for a few extra dollars. If I ever need a tow again I ll be calling them

After calling 4 towing companies and being abandoned by State farm roadside Pittsburgh Towing Services saved my butt from being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Super helpful and unbelievable friendly I will be recommending to friends and family if the need arises for a tow!

I called the buisness, their truck driver was there in 10 minutes, as soon as my insurance adjuster gave the quote he let me know and got my car done quickly and got me back on the road id recommend these guys to anybody with automotive issues

My experience with Anthony s Towing and Collision was very positive. While driving in the Squirrel Hill tunnel, my Chevy Avalanche would no longer accelerate but the RPMs were revving up. I managed to keep the vehicle running just long enough to get out of the tunnel and onto the shoulder before it stopped completely. I was off on the shoulder but not safe as vehicles were going by at 60-70mph. I called AAA. I was told I had an hour wait. An hour later, AAA calls and tells me, no, previous tow would not be coming and they have another company, but now I have to wait an additional 4 hours! AAA told me if I could find another tow company sooner, they would reimburse me the tow fee. There was no way I was sitting on the side of a major interstate until after midnight for a tow. So, my first call was to Anthony s Towing and Collision. Anthony answered the phone right away and told me they could help, he just had to switch out their vehicle to a flatbed to handle my Avalanche. Anthony called to tell me he was on his way. Called again 10 minutes away. Within an hour, my vehicle was being loaded up onto a flatbed. Anthony took a look under the vehicle and told me the transmission line blew and the transmission fluid had emptied out. He didn t have to investigate the cause but the information was valuable as I had something to tell my mechanic. He even game me a ride home!! Anthony towed the vehicle to my mechanic in Greensburg and called me later to let me know the truck had been dropped off. The entire experience was very positive and I found Anthony to be very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks!!

As a black man in Pittsburgh its hard to find small businesses that treat you fair. But this is the Only white guy I would ever use to tow my car. Gret people .. Anthony helped me out and I'll continue to use him in the future. I highly recommend Anthony to the black community!!

This place is proof not all angels have wings! Major car issues late at night with nowhere to go. Stranded and panicked to say the least! Anthony immediately answered and had it all fixed despite having to get multiple parts from around PA all within 12 hours. Forever grateful. 110% recommend his work - but even more so, him!

5 stars all the way!!!Anthony answered immediately. I was so stressed with the situation and he was patient explaining and troubleshooting the issue I was having with my breaks, tires, and smoke coming from my exhaust. He was a straight shooter about pricing and what would be best with the age of my car and my financial situation of being a single mom. My car ended up in a ditch. Pittsburgh Towing Services came to the rescue as soon as possible and it was a busy Saturday night. They couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. This place is GREAT!!! Any bad review listed here is not the fault of Anthony s Towing and Collision. No way Anthony would mistreat anyone. He was professional, generous and beyond accommodating. Very few people I have interacted with are as honest as him. We were traveling from several states away (Michigan) when we broke down. He saved us from being stranded on the left side of the highway, worked long hours to repair our vehicle and even drove us most of the way home to a pick up point to get us home when our vehicle wasn t finished. Class act all the way. If you can t trust this guy, you can t trust anyone.Service: Special vehicle towing

This place is a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want to pay whatever price they decide they want to charge you that day with zero transparency then do not bother calling. We needed a tow and they charged $250 and refused to take the car to the car place we needed it to go. Instead, they took it to their place and told us if we wanted the car fixed it would be another $1000 for a job that at most a real car place would charge at most $500 for. We decided to have the car towed by someone else to our actual car place. The tow guy from the other place apologized to us on Anthony s Towing s behalf because it was clear to him they were scamming us. Anthony s towing never mentioned a storage fee then decided to charge us $85+/day, which is WAY more than most places IF they even have a storage fee. Lastly, when we arrived to pick up the car, they stated their credit card machine was broken so we d have to pay in cash. Luckily I was able to drive to a bank and had cash available, otherwise they would ve kept my car and charged me more fees when it was THEIR problem the card machine was broken. They had the other tow guy blocked in with my car and refused to let him leave until we had cash in hand. I would absolutely never recommend Anthony s Towing to anyone. Transparency and kindness go a long way, Anthony s Towing has neither of those qualities.Service: Car towing

Anthony was amazing. He returned my call quickly, calmed me down after my accident and told me don't worry I'll take care of your car and he did keeping me informed the entire time. He is honest, quick and DID NOT charge me an outragous amount (VERY REASONABLY PRICED) He is someone you can trust and count on. He will be fixing my car and I will be using him in the if I need any work in the future. I highly reccomend Anthony for your car needs.Service: Car towing

Anthony showed up to give me gas and by the time he came to do that my battery had died too. Even though he was there to deliver gas he towed my to a safe spot (nearby gas station) to jump me. It was a long grueling process dealing with my insurance company to get them to pay for the tow/jump as well as the gas. He was very patient with the whole situation. I was late picking my son up from aftercare because of my insurance company wanting to fight putting through the request to pay for the tow/jump. You know what this kind man did???? He drove me to my son s school to pick him up while we still tried to sort out the billing issue. Not going to lie my day was sucking . He gave me the help I needed and his kind words and kind actions was something I was so grateful for. Thank you Anthony! Services: Battery service, Car towing, Fuel delivery

My wife was in a accident on 12/22/22 leaving the vehicle not drivable. They called her and was very professional and calming in her time of tragedy.
