Quick, quality tire puncture fix. Staff was willing to work with me once I said that I was from out of town. I was in and out in about 35 mins. Very corteous staff, high quality work, hearts are in the right place, will recommend to friends /family and definitely come back here for any/all of my tire needs.P.S. No one paid me to say this, I don't know anyone within this facility, I was actually impressed by the work.

This is the best service I have ever had at any tire store. They have an older building in an industrial district, which is well equipped and services more than just cars. They are affiliated with General Tire. I have a 2012 Honda Fit. I called them, and they had the OEM match for the original stock tires at a very reasonable price. It only took a day to get them to the shop. When I went for the appointment, they estimated 40 minutes to change all four tires. It took barely over 20 minutes. If you are looking to replace your existing tires because they are at their end of life, call this shop first. It was important to me to match the existing tread pattern which came with the car when I bought it new. Everything about this experience went very well, and I highly recommend this shop.

I wish I could say that I was able to give a review but when I called to set up road service I was told that the tech had 3 jobs and they wouldn't be able to help. They didn't let me explain that my driver was on his break or anything. Which is odd considering they advertise as a 24/7 emergency tire service, you'd think they would have a better set up. My advice call Ziegler Tire right up the road, much more professional in after hours situations.

Purchased a set of tires from Pittsburgh tire which were total garbage. The wore extremely fast and with very low miles. A rep said he was going to be sending them back to the manufacturer for the warranty. We never heard back even after multiple times asking and follow up. Horrible customer service and will never purchase tires from here again!

Nicest guys. Went in with a flat tire, and I was out of there within 20 minutes! They were very helpful and informative, and very very nice to me. The exact opposite of any experience I have ever had going to places like Pep Boys.

Had a nail in my tire that was slowly deflating for which I called them about. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and 20 minutes later I had a repaired tire for a fair price. Great service!

Just showed up without an appointment and had wonderful and fast service! Thought I was lost at a tire factory at first but I was quickly welcomed and assisted. Maybe some extra signage would help for others that might be clueless like myself.

We were going out of town and I had to do something about a slow leak in a tire on my wife's car. I googled 'tire repair' and noticed Pgh Tire Service's positive reviews. I got on the phone with Richard Coffman, the retail sales manager, and liked his quote to repair it. An hour or so later he'd broken down the wheel and repaired the leak. So far so good. I go home and my wife says, 'What about the other tire?' Whoops, I'd forgotten about that. My bad. I go back and get the second tire repaired. Richard comes out of the shop and says, 'You probably have the same issue with your remaining tires. Dirt and oxidation between the tire and the rim leads to slow leaks. You're going on a trip. For your safety you really ought to get this problem taken care of now.' We agreed on a (very pair) price. Our trip went off without a hitch. Pgh Tire rocks!

Nice and friendly service. The shop isn't well marked though, however the address is accurate, just pull into parking lot there and go in through the small door. Patched my tire for $25.

Called them about a tire leak. Took my car in that afternoon, and waited less than five minutes for them to start looking at it. He couldn't fix it (rusted tire valve with attached sensor, didn't have replacement part), but he showed me clearly what was wrong and didn't charge me for his time. Next time I need help, I'm going back.

I was just told by a employee named rich that they do commercial work only so how did you and where did you get your service done? This occurred on July 28, 2021, at approximately 2:10 pm How come they would not accept my business, huh Rich???

I called to get a price on tires. The guy got on the phone and breathed out like he definitely didnt want to do it. Asked for my size, I tole him and he just goes cheapest it this and they go to this! No tire info or anything. Smh I wont waste my time!

Fast service, and cheap. I saw the google reviews were good and it lived up. They patched up my tire for 25 bucks.

After reading reviews it seemed this would be the best place to take my truck and they tell me that they stop doing tire work at 4pm...your hours state your open till 6...all this was is a simple tire repair thanks for a bad experience in a new town
