Brought my car in after sliding into a truck and damaging the whole left side of my car. When I told John I could still drive it but it was a pain to have to climb through the passenger side, he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate quicker. They kept me up to date on the repairs and I got my car back better than ever! He even found someone to fix the tint on the front window. And they cleaned my car so well, it had that clean-car smell for weeks. I hope I don t have to go back any time soon but if I do, I d definitely bring my car back here!

First time taking a vehicle here for a repair, and was very pleased with everything. Because it was a smaller job, they were able to squeeze me in relatively quickly, when other shops were scheduling the repair months out. Repair was done in a day, and they did a great job.

If I could give this collision repair center a million stars I would. John was so helpful and him along with the rest of his team did an amazing job on my car. Being in a first time accident, I was confused on what to do and how to complete all things needed correctly. John made it super easy! He was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed to do. Very communicative and kind! He always gave updates and was clear about any and all costs. Him and his team even swept my car out and washed it for me! He took a weeks worth of work on my car and fixed it in 3 DAYS! I highly recommend this collision center, I wouldn t trust anyone else to touch my car after a collision.

John at Pgh Collision is caring, accommodating and helpful. We just got done with a completed job and are extremely happy. John noticed a repair part was scuffed after he had re-pin-striped our entire 2018 Cherokee. He asked us to bring it in again to replace it, because he does quality work it only took 10 minutes after the part arrived for a completely finished job. We were happy to schedule dropping off the vehicle after work, and John waited for us at the shop plus he was able to leave the vehicle outside for us to pick it up conveniently after our car was done, "so" accommodating! John is very easy to work with.Quality work and a great nearby location too.Now the Jeep is perfect!100%

I could not have had a better experience getting body work done to my car.I was subject to a hit and run and moral of the story needed a significant amount of body work done to my car.Pittsburgh Collision took care of everything with my insurance company with minimal input required from me. They also were incredibly honest and transparent about when the car would be able to be worked on and how long it would take. The work done was extremely thorough and done well.I am very pleased with how everything went and I will likely be using them again in the future.

I ve used these guys twice now and both experiences have been wonderful. They were able to get my car in, do the work, and deliver an exceptional service. They level set with timelines and were able to finish ahead of schedule. Super convenient and easy to work with.

The guys at Pittsburgh collision are fantastic!! They did a beautiful job repairing my Mazda6. Some kid hit the rear bumper area of my car and I was frantic, but John reassured me that my car will look as good as new. He kept his word because my car looks exactly the same as I bought it 3 wks prior to the accident. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who needs body work on their vehicle to go to Pittsburgh Collision!! Thanks so much guys!!

It s never fun dealing with car repairs, but Pittsburgh Collision made it as painless as possible. They managed the insurance and rental car companies so I could have as little interruption to my life as possible. You d never know someone backed into me. They are busy, so I had to wait a few weeks to get in, but once they had my car, they worked quickly. They are doing a nice job managing the COVID restrictions too.

The whole process went smoothly, and John and his team were friendly, communicative, timely, and accommodating. I tried for months to get an estimate from this company. Sent many emails, texted numbers they requested I send pictures of the damage to and never heard anything. I was willing to go in to have them do an estimate but they never provided me with a time either. I will be trying another company who wants my money to get a small problem fixed.

I've used Pittsburgh Collision three times and have always had a great experience. John and his team do great work on the vehicles and are good at communicating the issues, breaking down the costs, and giving you an accurate timeline on when you r vehicle will be ready. If you are even in a situation where your insurance company gives you the option to pick a place to get your car fixed up, I would highly recommend John and his team at Pittsburgh Collision. Even if you are doing it without insurance and out of pocket, his prices are fair, and he gives a great breakdown of each work task and its cost. Couldn't recommend them enough.Service: Body & Trim

Had a pretty ugly dent from an accident and decided to try Pittsburgh Collision. Great choice. Car doesn t look like it s ever been hit. John did an amazing job. There was a delay due to staff not being available but John did communicate that to me. Even when my insurance told me that my 30 days were up, John offered to pay 2 extra days for me to keep the rental and he did. Even after (because the car wasn t ready yet) John gave me one of his rental cars to drive until the job was done. We had some issues with enterprise but it has been resolved. I d recommend anyone who needs collision work to go to John. He s transparent and he makes sure that the job is done right.

If you want to be treated like less than dirt and be told your car is a lump, choose this place, they said the car wasn t worth the time and effort to remove the imperfections and runs from they work they did. I was told I was out of line and had no right to criticize their work when it was of below average quality, with zero pride to be found anywhere. In the end John decided to correct my concerns and after the vehicle was returned I gave it a cursory glance and said ok as I couldn t stand dealing with him anymore, once home I realized they left the scratches from the wet sanding they did on the panel, they clearly do not have the know how or do not care enough to do good work. Not to mention the terrible treatment both me and my sister received, I have never gone somewhere for a service and received such ignorant and disrespectful service like I did here. I would NOT recommend this shop for any type of collision work and definitely will not be returning in the future for any reason.Service: Body & Trim

I would recommend this business to everyone in Pennsylvania. They are professional, respectful, and put customer safety first! They took very good care of my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Fixed the damage and then some. I visited them today and the service was excellent!

They did a fantastic job with my car. Insurance jobs tend to take the back burner with shops like these, but they had my car done in just a few days. The exterior was washed and the interior was vacuumed and all the surfaces were wiped down. They went above and beyond with paint matching and blending to insure the finish was perfect. John was friendly and his customer service was fantastic. Overall and I m extraordinarily pleased with their service and I would certainly bring my car back in the future. Went to Pittsburgh Collision after an accident which I thought had totaled my car. It was the best possible experience for the less than desirable circumstances. John and his team made the transition seamless and I got the car back in a timely manner, maybe in better shape than it was before. John was communicative, kind, caring, and extremely attentive to detail. Based on recommendations from coworkers we brought my son's car to John after it was hit in a parking. It took a few months to get on the schedule but we were fine with that since the car with still drivable. After some slight delays with the repair the car looks fantastic. John and his team will stand behind the work 100% to ensure you are happy with the repairs and the finished product. I hit a deer a few months ago leaving damage to my passenger door, fender and front bumper. My jeep looked brand new when John and his team were done with it. John was extremely friendly and helpful with the whole process and went over everything in detail that was done when I picked it up. Pittsburgh Collision was fabulous! Customer service was phenomenal and the quality of the work was outstanding. John was very accommodating with scheduling and super helpful with coordinating the rental car. The work done on my car was great and done in a timely fashion. I could not have asked for a better experience with getting my car fixed. John and his team were so accommodating, professional and kind. John explained everything in a way I (someone not too familiar with cars) understood. They did an impeccable job fixing my car and I swear it came back in better condition than before the damage. I just received my car back from Pittsburgh Collision after repairs on my front fender. From start to finish, this business was great! John, the manager, was very understanding and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and concerns. The work is excellent - the paint (an unusual color) matches exactly - and they completed the repairs in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Pittsburgh Collision if you need to have body work done. I greatly appreciate their service.

John and team run a solid show. He was quick to get back to me with expectations including the work likely needed, estimated timeline and potential costs. His transparency was very helpful in collecting quotes as well as setting my own expectations. His team did a great job with my truck which was hit into by another large vehicle. I used Pittsburgh Collision a few years ago for some body work and had a great experience. I needed to get my passenger side mirror replaced and decided to check them out again after the Honda dealership told me it would be over $800.00. John found a used mirror in great shape and had it delivered a few days later. Had it installed a few days after that and it cost me half of what the dealership would have been. They were friendly and explained everything in detail to me. I m glad I used Pittsburgh Collision again and will use them in the future if needed.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Pittsburgh Collision was incredible. They fixed my car faster than estimated, worked around my schedule, and helped me plan my car rental. My car was also unexpectedly detailed and looked amazing, inside and out, when I got it back.Definitely would recommend their services!
