I didn't think I'd have a chance getting a vehicle , considering my credit was fair. My vehicle was totaled by a tree!!Nadeem Farah at Pittsburgh Auto Depot , got me on the road again! Nice Ford explorer 16 , loaded & low miles 60k. THANK YOU SO MUCH If I didn't get a vehicle, my business would've slowed down, & so much more could've went wrong. Excellent service! Nadeem is awesome and helped me get a car when I was about to give up after being rejected by 2 other dealerships. Low interest rate as well. Contact Nadeem if you need a vehicle and he will not disappoint!

If I could give this place more than five stars I would. I went there roughly four years ago in desperate need of a car and Nadeem had me driving away in a car that same day. That car lasted me four years and would have lasted me more but was unfortunately totaled in an accident. So that left me again in desperate need for a car. I go back to Pittsburgh Auto Depot to see Nadeem, and that same day I left there in a 2020 Chevy Malibu. He was very nice, professional, and had me leaving there in something I would call my dream car. I am forever grateful for all of his help both times I needed help the most!

Bought a car that was I told there were no accidents on. Found out today there is damage in the front underneath concerning my inter-cooler and possible radiator damage that was done prior to my ownership of the vehicle. I called to get the inspection report from the inspection done prior to the sale and it is obvious that they didn t even look underneath before selling me the vehicle. On the phone, I mentioned that I was told there were no accidents (I have a witness who heard the same thing), and in response they told me that they never would have told me that because they don t have that information. This old damage pushed my AC compressor inward and it is rubbing on the inlet hose, slowing putting a hole in it. I don t see how you can ethically sell cars without full disclosure. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I would give zero stars if I could. I will now have to contact an attorney and pay out of pocket for repairs until this matter is revolved.

We had an excellent experience with Sales Manager Rob Byrnes..We were able to work out all of the details before we came in and we took a test drive, Rob explained the financial details, and we drove home with a great ride for a great price...Thank you, Rob!

Soon as we walked in we were greeted by Nadeem (sp), our salesman. Even with a toddler, they made us feel very comfortable. Just bought our second car from Pittsburgh Auto Depot. These guys are awesome!!! Nadeem helped me this time and the first time and he is just the best!! Talk about going above and beyond he stayed over an hour past close to help me get financed and driving a new car that night. I can't say enough about how courteous and helpful everyone there is. I will recommend these guys to everyone.

This was my first experience buying a car. Nadeem was super helpful. He called me to talk about a few vehicles I was interested in. I filled out the application before I went down. He made it a quick and easy process! I was done in under an hour! I would definitely recommend them for great service!

Bought a car at Pittsburgh Auto Depot today. I got to say the experience was great compared to other dealerships I've purchased from. No hassles no nagging back and forth. The manager Nadeem is awesome. Thats my dude anyone looking for a vehicle check him out he will go out if this way for anyone and not in a greedy way. He is just and ill around nice dude looking to feed his kids and help as many people as possible. Great place and great man. Recomend to any one.

We purchased our van yesterday, still smiling!! We had an awesome experience with Matt and Tom. Matt was very pleasant and patient. He made our car buying experience laid back and dare I say...fun. Tom, worked with our budget, we left with smiles on our faces. We will positively be back to purchase again in the near future. I recommend Pittsburgh Auto Depot highly.

If your in the market for a car definitely call Tony. He had me pre approved in under a half hour. The team at Pittsburgh Auto Depot went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle and payment we wanted. They have a great selection and really nice and clean cars. We couldn t be happier with the vehicle we got and with the service Tony and the team provided us. We will definitely but from there again without question.

Hey Guys!If you are looking to get into a new ride, Pittsburgh Auto Depo is where you need to go! See Matt & tell him Carole sent you. Matt & his team are wonderful & fun to work with. He got me exactly what I wanted when I thought it was impossible with my credit score & income. I was expecting to get anything that could but I went home with a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T. Everyone praised these guys on how good their vehicles are & they were right! Matt wanted to see me go home with what I wanted more than I did & kept my spirits high because I was so doubtful. Not because of his benefit, he really cares enough to get what you want or better. I can also trade my vehicle in 6 months if I choose to. If there s any questions or concerns just ask! TRUST ME! If you want a vehicle, call MATT and go get your vehicle. Claim it!!!! It s yours. I have something special coming for these guys that they are not expecting just to show how grateful I am. I recently decided to get a new car as my old one wasn't worth putting any more money into. I've heard about Pittsburgh Auto Depot and decided to try there because my credit is way less than perfect. I went in and was greeted by Matt. I told him exactly what I could put down and what monthly payments I could afford. I came in an hour before closing and neither one of them tried to rush me out the door or into a car I wouldn't be able to afford. I went in 2 days later and they both helped me and were very patient with me as this was my first time ever purchasing a car. A few hours later I drove away in a 2014 Chevy Cruz. Matt and Tom made the whole process so comfortable and I wasn't afraid anymore that I was going to get screwed by just another car salesman wanting a sale. It was apparent he cared more about me being able to afford my payments and get a safe reliable car than it was getting himself a sale. I would recommend this dealer 100 percent and will go back in the future. Thanks again to Tom and especially Matt for everything and helping me into a beautiful car that I love and can afford!

My experience at Pittsburgh Auto Depot was great!! They have a professional and friendly staff. They have a huge selection of newer cars so that you can feel confident in your purchase. I bought a Chevy Cruze and the whole process was seamless. I was able to select a car and get on the road in under two hours! I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I just purchased my car from Matt, I highly recommend him If you are going to shop there. He was very informative and extremely helpful. Tom was very nice too. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay monthly and he got me exactly what I wanted. If you are going to Pittsburgh Auto depot ask for him. He helped me set everything up in my car as well. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and for that I am extremely grateful.

I truly recommend Pittsburgh Auto Depot to anyone and everyone. I recently was in a bind and needed a new car fast. I had/still have really bad credit and everywhere I went they could sell me car but I was drowning in interest rates. I reached out to a friend who bought two cars from here in the past and I quickly learned why he was so enthused about this place. The buying process was quick and easy. I was approved and my interest rate ended up being way lower than I imagined it could be. After buying the car I had a small issue with the radio going in and out. I brought the car back, they quickly fixed it and had me on my way in no time. Pittsburgh Auto Depot made my first car buying experience stress free and now I tell all of my friends and family to buy their cars from them. Since then my aunt and cousin have also bought cars from there and have had just as good of an experience as I did. Thanks Pittsburgh Auto Depot!

I normally do not leave feedback but I felt it necessary this time. I recently purchased a vehicle from Alex Farah and my experience was fantastic. Alex was a great salesman, very patient, caring, and honest from the beginning to the end. We did not have great credit but Alex took the time to listen to our situation, discussed our options, and worked with us. Alex was by far the best salesman I ever encountered over the years and by night's end, I drove home with the car of my dreams! Thanks Alex!

Matt and Tom were Awesome, I went to 5 dealers around the area and none of them treated me as well as they did, I even bought 2 cars in a week from them! First I bought a BMW with 53k Mi and it has been amazing, then I got my wife a 2016 Toyota Corolla S and she loves it! I couldn t ask for a better experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Pittsburgh Auto Depot. We worked with Sales Rep Matt Guttilla, who by the way was wonderful, friendly, professional, and straight to the point. The approval process was a piece of cake. Went In and got approved a few minutes later. We then worked to find the perfect car to for our budget. We did just that. Pittsburgh auto depot has a ton of beautiful cars to chose from from every make and model. I like the variety you have to chose from. This is our second car that we purchased from Pittsburgh auto depot. Our first one we purchased exactly 1 year ago and have had not one problem with. Just normal wear. The only reason why I give Pittsburgh Auto Depot 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the wait is a pretty dragged out process since they are dealing with so many different customers at one time. They try to accommodate everyone they can at one time with I believe only two finance people working on 9-10 people at once. So if you decided to purchase a ride from here (witch you should) be sure to prepare to spend a few hours here. Other than that, our visit was wonderful and I want to thank Matt Guttilla for making this painless for us.

Really good group of guys. Bought an 09 Mustang GT from P.A.D. yesterday and I couldn't be any more happy. I had no luck at two bigger dealerships due to bad credit from my student loans so after hearing an ad on the radio I called down and scheduled an appointment with Alex.I really recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car or rebuild credit.

I couldnt have asked for a better place to buy a car. Nadeem, didn't give me the run around. He was straight to the point on what I needed. I didn't spend hours there like you do at most car places. My first visit I was there 45 minutes then my next visit to pick up my vehicle was 30 minutes. They have nice cars with low mileage. I couldn't believe I got into the car that I purchased. My payments are so low and let me tell you my credit was horrible to the point of embarrassment. I still needed to put cash down but not where it killed me. Don't go anywhere else until you try here first!!!!

I am so sick of their lies and empty promises. I bought my first vehicle from them with no problems 2 1/2 years ago. Decided to go back for another one right after Christmas & it's been a nightmare. They lied to the finance company about income and other things. Our temporary registration is expired because they took so long to do their part (because of the lies they fed the finance company). My mother passed away & we're out of state with the car. All the way across the country. What happens if we get stopped? They don't give a damn! They got their money. Anything to make a buck even for return customers. Matt (salesman) and Brian (finance guy) are really good at telling you what you want to hear then don't follow through with any of it.LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!!! Crooks to the core. DO NOT go to them for anything. I don't know how they sleep at night with how wrong they do their customers.

Wasn't sure where to start my car shopping experience because I have bad credit and didn't think I could get financed anywhere. I did some research and made a call to Pittsburgh Auto Depot and talked to Nadeem. He was very helpful and straight forward, he told me exactly what I needed to bring. I stopped in and he made my experience very easy and things went smoothly. I highly recommend to stop in and see him if ur looking to purchase a new car.
