The team at Pep Boys is exemplary. They took care of me with an emergency situation within an hour right at closing and then took care of me again when I had to come back in for an alignment and I m just very impressed with the whole team! Tim especially was super helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service! Great value!

The work done was great! That is unfortunately the only positive. After they took my keys, no one talked me again for almost 2 hours. I had to ask for an update on my vehicle. When I did I was informed not only was it done, but it had been done for almost the entire wait time.I booked with them for a $25 gift card offer. At check out the cashier did not mention it, did not offer it, and did not seem to know to do it.Very dissatisfied and won t return

Rob was awesome. He was nice, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process! I got an inspection, oil change, both brakes and all four tires replaced and he was very informative and patient with all of my questions.Thanks Rob!

Mr. Simpson is the man! I have dealt with quite a few shops over the years of owning and maintaining my vehicles. I like to do a lot of my own work and check behind anyone I would trust to work on my car and being that I had a random car trouble I was Leary of stopping in any shop and thought to call a tow but I decided to pop my head in and Mr. Simpson assured me I would get quality service and done in a timely manor because I needed my vehicle to get home quite a distance i think it couldn't have been better timing I know some days are busy or car repairs can be time consuming but it all worked out and I would recommend the pep boy's at Rob's location to get service to anyone in the general area off McKnight road.

This Pep Boys location is great! I d highly recommend them to anyone that needs car issues fixed. They do operate on an appointment only bases only but it s not hard to either call them or set it up online. It also didn t take a long time for them to work on my car as well. Rob was an excellent rep and I would come back if I need more work.

Not somewhere you want to go for repairs unless you want to pay 1000% on what it should cost, better off diy and risking the vehicle or not even owning one than going to this place or others like it.Want to go to an "honest" and reasonable franchise place then I would recommend flyns tires on Babcock or Monroe tire on this same exact road although it has been awhile since I've been to either but this place will even lie to you to make money off of you and not replace parts they told you they replaced.

I had my Chevy Trax serviced and needed a few other things Mr.Simpson was right there to help and very knowledge about parts and prices..Rest of the staff very welcoming coming in the door..I will return for my service needs.Thanks Pep Boys and Mr Simpson

Rob was awesome!!! We had a random encounter with a huge nail that popped the tire we immediately pulled into pep boys and he was quick to patch it and fill it with air so we could get home great guy great service and incredibly fast

You can go anywhere and get auto care but when you go somewhere where the customer service matches the auto care, it's an all around great experience! I want to thank the manager, Robert Simpson, for providing great customer service and being so knowledgeable...I know nothing about cars! I just drive them lol. I recommend Pep Boys on McKnight Rd. to everyone!

I made an appointment at 4:00, drove there for them to tell me i had 1.5 hour wait for a 15 minute oil change because someone was getting tires on in front of me. i understand i m not the only customer but my 15 minute oil change could ve went first so i didn t need to drop my car off for a 15 minute oil change especially when i made a drop off appointment. i will never go to a pep boys again because i drove 2 miles down the road and got an oil change within 10 minutes WITH NO APPOINTMENT!

Tim was very helpful getting my order figured out since it was set up through tire buyer and they didn't label my tires and he was very pleasant will looking for them. I appreciate all he did

Staff were friendly, personable, and did not talk down to me or my wife. We run into that a lot when dealing with cars on our own as two women. Even the people at our Honda dealership have given us a hard time, but pep boys did not! And everything was much more affordable than the dealership would have been.

Don t take your car here. I went to get my tail light fixed. They tried to charge me an extra $50 to change my air filter because it was disgusting. I just had my car in a different shop earlier in the week to have the oil and filters changed. They brought out the disgusting filter to showed me, it was my new clean air filter rubbed with dirt and twigs from the shop floor. The only thing they had going for them is they managed to fit me in during my lunch break.

Craig Clark always gets my car fixed right, quick, and I am always informed on the status of the vehicle. He knows me by name and always finds time in the schedule to fit my car in. I am very very pleased and impressed by the service I received at Pepboys.

3 times in a row they decided they didn't have enough staff to actually work on my car for my appointment. Not one of these times did they actually put any effort into contacting me to let me know that INCREDIBLY important little detail.Please note that if you have to make an appointment here, it is REQUIRED that you call them before going to check if they decided they don't want to do it anymore but actually dialing a number to let you know that sounds too difficult.

Needed a last minute state inspection so I went online and made an appointment. Showed up that morning, handed them my keys, they fixed my issues, and I had my car back by lunch. 10/10 no complaints.

Would not recommend pep boys to anyone. Made an appointment last week to get my tires rotated. When I showed up they said that the system actually cancelled my appointment because their tire guy wasn t there. I never received a phone call from them stating that my appointment was cancelled. I rescheduled for the same time the following week. Showed up for my new appointment with them only to be told it can take all day. What is the point of appointments if you can t take me at the scheduled time. It is a tire rotation. That should take 15min max. They were not helpful when I explained that i Don t have any where to go and that I can t leave until my car is finished. The only thing they did for me is reschedule my appointment which will most likely be cancelled again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Awful experience. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. They checked someone else in as me prior to me arriving and took forever to find my appointment. When we picked the car up 3 hours later it was inspected but they didn t change my oil how does it pass inspection when there s clearly an oil light on??? Told us to come back on Saturday at 10am. When we got there there was no appointment for us and the guy who told us to come was a no show that morning. They would not fit us in and we ended up down the street at Jiffy Lube.

Had an inspection appointment for 9:30 am today. Arrived a bit late (9:40) and was told there was one car ahead of mine and that the wait would be 2-3 hours, with the inspection estimated to take 1-2 hours. At 11:40, I went inside to check on the ETA and was told that the inspection before mine hadn t even been started yet due to the mechanic on staff having promised someone their car would be done by noon. No one communicated this to me prior before me checking. There are also no seats in the waiting area; you can choose to sit on a bench outside instead. So, to recap, two hours of sitting outside with no communication, and my service wasn t completed. Don t come here unless you enjoy being frustrated.

Made an appointment online. surely to drop my vehicle off only to find out that my appointment was canceled. No notification that my appointment had been canceled. The apathetic uncourteous person at the service desk said in a rude tone. Had you put in your email address we would've notified you. not only did I put in my email address and my cell phone where I got a text message to tell me to follow the status of my appointment I was never notified and this dude could care less. Screw this location.

Stopped in yesterday with questions and the manager was super helpful shop and bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly me and my family will definitely be coming here.
