It was super fast but everytime I go the price keeps going up!!! $72 for regular oil is insane.

Turned me and my car away because there was silicone around my oil pan? Ya that wasn't true. I had to take it to a regular shop for a simple oil change.

I feel uncomfortable giving this business 2 stars bc they didn t actually service my vehicle. Another reviewer mentioned that they were turned away bc the technicians couldn t unscrew some lid for their oil change. The technicians said the person who did the last oil change did it too tightly and the wrench they have didn t have the torque or something. Anyway, same thing happened to me. I didn t notice or experience any unprofessionalism while I was there. They do pull your car in very quickly. If I got the oil change it would have cost $25 more than the place I usually go to, but I think that s reasonable if they can really change your oil in 10 mins. I ended up going to Jiffy up the street which I really didn t want to bc I had a lot so great experience with them before and I assumed if Penzoil couldn t get the cap off, surly Jiffy couldn t. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised. They did it and they cost around the same. As I said, I didn t have my oil changed here, but I think they may be faster than Jiffy.Service: Oil change

Quick service, was in and out in no time. The guys are all nice and respectful; they made sure to ask my permission before replacing an air filter and checked on the oil type. Yes the prices are a little high, but to have someone do all of the work for you and get you out in 10 minutes, worth it to me!

Quick and simple we went to the jiffy lube right down the street first and got turn away. Went here and was done in less than 10 mins

1st time there and only time will tell about the quality of the car service. However, the immediate reaction to the initial interactions is a positive one! Quick, even faster than advertised at only 8mins. Gentlemen working were friendly and ready to go as I was there upon opening. Not a bad word to say. I would recommend this service and place!

I'm coming in with a 5 star experience. It was my 1st time there and I read in reviews that they wasted no time and you were out of there quick... That was exactly what it was like... Based on that experience, it was nothing less than a 5 star experience. And i will use them on my next oil change. Obviously what happens then will be reflected in my rating/review. I do expect it will be another exceptional experience.

This is the one and only place that I trust with my vehicle. The staff is friendly, the prices are competitive, and they don t over recommend items that aren t needed. I feel confident when I leave that everything is fully taken care of, and the staff is super nice!

I have been going here for the last 15 years and when they lost there gas heat over Christmas I waited until they were open again because they have some of the same guys working there since I started going in this place and they are nice and courteous and will not rip you women off like the other places do highly recommend this place

Quick and stress free. Been going here for years. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Vacuumed my car and topped off all my fluids. Never once had any issues.

Professionals. These guys are the best. They'll get you in and out in about 10 minutes and the job will be done right at a fair price.Stay away from that OTHER oil change place on Banksville. They charge more for the same job and take 30-40 minutes.

Won't take my 2003 Audi A6 for an oil change despite the south hills village Pennzoil location that recently closed has done it since 2013. Told me their boss does not allow the acceptance of Audis. Enjoy closing early for the day and losing business!

Easy and everyone in nice there. They also fill your windshield fluid and vacuum your car out quick.

Great, fast customer service. They are not like other places who see a female and try to tell them they need all different things done just to make money. They do exactly what you ask. Vacuumed my car out. Filled my window washer fluid that was actually empty. And did my oil change. Even offered for me to sign up to get coupons for my next visit! I will never go anywhere else again.

Oil change was fast but I was lied to about the price. The display board outside said one thing but I was charged something different. When I questioned the price and pointed out what was advertised on the board the manager told me "oh, that's wrong ". Then he told me that since I used a coupon it was essentially a waah. ...just bad customer service

If you need to get going as I a professional driver often need to get oil changed and get on my way. These guys are the recommended location for our company oil changes. I can easily see why, the crew is efficient, courteous and they know how to get you on your way quickly. They are not named a 10 minute oil change for nothing. I highly recommend for your personal oil service as I use them for my personal vehicle also.

I definitely had a better experience at this Pennzoil than at their competition down the street. They didn t really ask any questions which is a plus and minus. I would ve splurged for the full synthetic if they had asked, but at the same time it s nice not having someone try to sell you something you don t really need. I try to change my own oil when I can but the prices here are very fair to save the effort.

Impressive service all around! I called at 11am and was helped over the phone with an existing issue, resolved. I work late hours and arrived at 6:30pm, was done and out the door by 6:37. Awesome work! Home in time to watch the Pens!

This chain of 15 minute oil changes may be pricey but the clerks are always friendly, and professional. I don't go anywhere else.

Very unprofessional greeting from a punk ! Would not let me explain what I wanted. He said, "get out of the car and go sit down " real bad customer service. So I got in my vehicle and just left. Would not recommend this Pennzoil.

After the attendant stalled my car twice because he couldn't figure out me very simple push-button parking brake, I was told they didn't have the filter for my very common VW 2.0t engine. Their prices were high anyway, starting at $39.99 for a basic oil change.

This shop is good for ONLY oil change quickly. They charged $49 for basic oil change (inc tax). But except that, they do not suggest any repair ur car might need or anything else.

Quick and easy. These guys are awesome. I was struggling to choose between a full synthetic and a blended synthetic. They were able to explain to me what the best choice is based off of my car.

They should be called 7.5 minute full service. 3 gentlemen went to town on my car on Wednesday morning 12/27. I ll be the first to admit I neglect my car but after leaving penzoil it instantly felt better and it was certainly cleaner, not to mention the peace of mind! Much appreciatiation for a simple oil change. Thanks guys
