I'm moving to Ohio and needed my oil changed desperately. So I went to Penzoil to see if they had room and could do it today.I actually thought that I would spend some time here waiting to get my vehicle serviced. However, to my surprise, they took me in and got me out in less than twenty minutes with two cars ahead of me.I don't think I have ever seen a faster turn around time at an oil change business!All in all, I'm ecstatic with how they handled my business! Keep doing what you're doing gentlemen!!! I wish I had photos to post!Okay, so as you all know, your mileage may vary and take this with a grain of salt as this may not be the same experience you have.

Crashed my car into a pole while pulling in. Driver refused to say he did it untill cameras were checked. After all said and done got an exact refund and nothing more. Needless to say I would not attend this pennzoil. Go anywhere else!

Don t go to this location. They messed up my dad s truck oil pan and never took the blame for it. But they were changing the oil with no cost because they know they messed up oil pans threads. They gave me administration number but they never answer. Always says to leave a message. Go to dealership for oil change and it will be affordable and responsible.

Definitely fast but expensive 69 for a regular oil change the other place I normally go too charges 35 only went here cause. They remodeling other than that was super quick

Extremely unprofessional. They broke my sister s power steering and refused to give her a refund or fix the issue because they don t deal with electrical issues. I called in and the man I was speaking with on the phone hung up on me. The manager was being rude to my sister and refused to give his last name or the mechanic s name that broke my sister s car but his demeanor changed when she put me and speaker phone. He went into the back and refused to come back out. The worse manager I have ever heard of or dealt with. Never ever coming here again. Extremely unprofessional and shameful behavior. Ignorant individual.

be cautions about the 10 min oil change, they do, but in the process they make mistakes. I have read at least 2 other opinions where they left loose a cap and as consequence the lost of oil, producing all kind of costly damages in the engine. In my personal experience, when I brought my car here, everything was fast and smoothly, but right after I changed the oil, I started to see some oil stains on the floor that I ignored (don t do that). One month later, the motor started to buzzing and the light of check engine was on. I checked the oil level, noticing that I was running my car almost dry of oil. Fortunately for me, I only should to replace the oil pressure sensor. I went back to this service center and they only replenished the oil and tightened the screw that was loose. Nothing about the check engine on the dashboard. I will not come back here

Terrible service. I bring the car for high miles oil change 6/29/22. The next day 6/30/22 my car were over heat ,service engine light were on and smoke came out from the hood and hard to move while I and my 4kids are in the car crossing the Ranlin bridge and behind our car were 18wheels truck. AAA toll my car to garage to fix. There the mechanic told me :No oil in the car??? Look like the oil pug did not close correctly at 10minutes oil change cost oil leak out and car over heat cost alternator, belt and antifreeze damaged from the heat had to replaced and another 80buck oil change again for the car. And the heat also damaged the transmission gasket rubber sit between the transmission oil pan and the transmission housing cost the fluid leak from the transmission pan cost transmission over heat damaged the transmission .As u can see I have all records from high miles oil change from advance auto parts except one and only 1time at 10minutes oil change rush job almost put all 5of us kill from car over heat and hard to move on the high way bridge. Hopefully no one get bad luck like me.Service: Oil change

The Pennzoil site that I visited is the one near Beachwood Boulevard in Squirrel Hill- Greenfield. The manager honored $5 of a $10 coupon which he said that didn't apply but he gave me a credit as a courtesy. I know the condition of my car and I'm happy to say that they did not try to upsell any items that I didn't need like a air filter. They were polite to all customers including me and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants fast and efficient service

Please don't ever go here. I went in for a simple oil change and right away they didn't even ask me what oil I wanted, just filled it up and said it's done. Then I find out they somehow turned on a parental lock feature so now my car can't drive at highway speeds or turn up the radio volume. I went back the next day and spent over an hour waiting for them to fix the issue that they caused, but all they came back with was a laugh followed by "I don't know." I called around and was told I would have to buy a new key. I called this place back to talk about who would be paying for the key and they put me on hold until 6pm when they close and then hung up on me. Go literally anywhere else instead.

I've been bringing all of my cars here for years. I know the owner absolutely love the service that I'm given each time I come here, They care and it shows in their work. Great people, great service, And they always make sure that you're on the same page with them and you know exactly what's being done with your car or what might need done.

Came on a busy day. Service was prompt once they got to my car. Prices are reasonable. They check tire pressure, fluid levels, and top up wiper fluid. Unfortunately when I was there, a woman seemingly not a customer was being quite disruptive, disturbing myself and the other waiting customers.

There was no issue with the oil change. I didn t appreciate the photo of Dr. Anthony Fauci with a bullseye on his head. We can disagree with people but we don t need to threaten their lives.

This is where I always took my car and my husband's car when we lived in Squirrel Hill. They were always fast and professional, and even when they did try to upsell me, they never pushed if I said no. My car took a fancy oil, so the price seemed a little steep at the time, but I have since discovered that the price is pretty typical for my car and oil type. They always told us we should get a new air filter, even if there was a new one in the car, but if I declined they never pushed back. It's an oil change place and the service is quick. Don't over think it. If this location is most convenient, just go there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fast oil change today, and quite polite and friendly.Update: I've been several times now and each time they've been efficient and speedy with oil changes.Note: the third bay doesn't seem to be used so only pull up to one of the first two bays.

I asked that they wear masks while in my truck. The mechanic reluctantly put one on to move it initially but once they were in the bay they disregarded my polite request. They drove it out unmasked and approached me to ask questions and complete the transaction. After I paid I told the manager I thought it was unprofessional and disrespectful especially since I had asked nicely. He ignored what I said and told me to "have a nice day" (we all know what that means).If you care at all about service workers protecting your health, avoid this place. They simply don't care.If the owners are reading this please know you lost a 10 year customer today. Have a nice day!Service: Oil change

I got an oil change yesterday and went to the drive in and on my way back home. My car started smoking and sputtering I got home and opened my hood lo and behold the oil cap is gone and there is written in metallic marker on the engine right next to where the oil cap was supposed to be said loose prior I called the owner and I asked him why he wrote on my engine that he thought engine cap to be loose instead of letting me know or asking me if I was aware he said that is what they do to save their behind I said oh that is what you do to save your behind and not let the customer know there might be a problem he said there was already a problem I said no sir the last time you did this 5 months ago you didn't put my oil cap on and it ruined my turbo not even one day later luckily that was under warranty and it was able to be covered under warranty now mind you I have other cars go to this Pennzoil never any other problem I needed my oil changed quickly I was on 0% oil life and didn't want to wait any longer to go anywhere else and they were the only ones I could go to without an appointment never in a million years would I have thought that this would have happened to me again the owner basically told me to go f*** myself I am going to take legal action if he does not fix what his company did to my vehicle forthe second time you do not write on anybody's car and not advise them of a problem that you think is there lesson learned for me I will never ever ever go back to this establishment again and I will make sure that everybody knows how crooked they areService: Oil change

They didn't reset my maintenance light, they charged me $5 because my car had an "cannister filter" (it doesn't) and they wrote on my sticker I was due back in 3000 miles even though I used synthetic blendNot a trustworthy place, but it was fast I guessService: Oil change

Normally we bring all of our vehicles here due to their ability to get things in and out quickly, but my wife just brought her Fiat and the guy working was incredibly rude to her. As she pulled up he just barked "Don't bother getting out of you car. We don't work on THOSE here." No apology or a "sorry, we can't work on that make of vehicle here." Just a bark and basically a get out of here.Yeah, not my go-to place for my other vehicles now.

Sort of expensive, $75 for an oil change, a little pricey. But since Walmart doesn't do oil changes anymore not much of a choice.They were very quick! Maybe � hour at most! Loved that!

The employees didn't wear masks and there was strange religious music playing inside. My CEL was on which the guy who (thankfully) tossed his cigarette away before getting into my car said to the other guys but none of them brought it up to me. The only question was if I wanted full synthetic, the whole place seemed tense and angry and the level of service was poor. The only good thing was how fast they were but their cleanliness was seriously troubling as was their foul attitudes and really weird Christian music. I won't return and would advise others to go elsewhere if they expect a humane experience.

Stripped or cross threaded my oil pan drain plug during my last oil change in July 2021. They evidently used some silicone on it so it wouldn't leak. Never said a word to me about it.I returned in November for my next oil change and they refused to change it because they said "someone put silicone on the drain plug". Well that someone was them. No one else has worked on my car or changed the oil since they did it in July.Now I have to change the oil pan or try to retap the threads. Thanks for nothing Pennzoil. Damage my car, don't tell me, then deny service and lie.Use them at your own risk. If they damage your car they won't tell you and they'll lie about it.Service: Oil change

Showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday (they are supposed to be open until 6 and offer a 10 minute oil change!) and was told "we're closed." Meanwhile, there were no customers and 4 workers standing around outside smoking. I wonder how happy the owner would be if they knew that they were missing out on a customer. And not just today but in the future as well. Will definitely not be going back.

I went here for an oil and air filter change before vacation. I was already on a tight schedule, but when I pulled up, they said just to wait inside.. they pulled my car in the garage and I started working on some last minute work things in the waiting area, and before I could get much of anything done, they were already having me fill out the form for payment and another man came to show me the air filter that hadn't been changed in WAY too long by my usual mechanic and said it was really bad ....it was. It was black and had bugs in it!!Next thing I know, my car was finished and i was leaving.. $71 for synthetic oil blend and air filter! I was shocked, thinking it would cost close to $120 (usual mechanic, again)They were so fast it was amazing! I will be back every time I need oil and an air filter. My car is running great now.

Great place to go!! Excellent professionalism, courtesy and speedy, perfect service!!! I got my oil changed here today and they were so patient with me and quick. I'll be coming here for my next oil change as well, I'll never go anywhere else now.

I ve been their 3 times to get my oil changed and every time after a couple weeks theirs no oil in my engine. Went somewhere else and no issues I have no leaks. They re either not putting enough oil in or using water.

I have went here for years and so has my mother.After I got my oil changed in the spring I found jewelry and 20$ missing out of my arm rest.When confronted the guy working just said well no one new was here.No apology, nothing made right.You just lost two loyal customers!Service: Oil change
