Got my muffler/flex pipe fixed. The only garage that would fix it with my own part. He looked over my car, told me what I needed before he started and the price was reasonable. Told him yes I agree with the price and he started the repairs, had my car back the next day. And it's great! Definitely recommend. Also does welding here.

I only trust these guys with my car. Been a customer for many years. Really fair & decent prices. Ron (owner) is the best!Joe the machanic, knows his stuff very well. All vehicles serviced foreign & domestic. I have a Toyota Camry that has been fixed very well here.

I took my car in to get the AC repaired. Only the heat worked at the time. He told us that the dashboard unit was bad and so we had to order a new part. He did something to temporarily fix the AC but the heat would no longer work. So the part came in and he installed it. We get the car back and the heat still doesn't work. Which means he didn't even bother testing to see if anything worked. So we sent it back and he claims the new part doesn't work, but he knows a guy who can repair the part. So why didn't we start there in the first place? This place is a scam. I paid almost 400 dollars for my car to still not work.Service: A/C installation & repair

Soooo grateful for this shop! I ve taken my 2015 BMW 320i other places, but this by far is one of the best. Very reliable & flexible, they are the only ones who were willing to fit me in for an inspection last minute, while other places were trying to make we wait a week! Everyone here is very friendly and down to earth, if you are looking for a new reliable auto shop, definitely give them a try!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wouldn't use this auto shop anymore. They kept my car for two weekswhile I'm thinking work was getting done and it was just sitting there.I had to call them on the progress of my car, only for them to tell me after 2 weeks that they're too busy to fix it and take it somewhere else. It also had a green sticker on the windshield and there was a half-hearted effort to tear half of it off, and it looks like it was about to be towed while it was in their possession. Owner told me it was because his employees keep calling off and he's swamped with repairs. His problem, not mine.

They told me the hourly labor was $75 i droped it off thinking they were cheaper and after 2 weeks of diagnostic they quoted me $600 from my dump truck While others that charge 105 an hour would do it for $350. It wasn't worth to tow it out of there and going somewhere else so I had to stick with him and after they repaired it broke down 7-mile I had to get towed back to the same shop for $175 . with the same problem. While the tow truck is on ideal The owner was reluctant on taking it back and tryed to blame it on the battery I said the car was running battery and glow plugs have nothing to do with it after the car is already running. He kept insisting that he doesn't have the room. I said I just paid you $600 for a 3 hour job. He then finally agreed to take it. I would never recommend them. They very rude, No mechanic treated me this badly. Do yourself a favor and take your bussiness elsewhere.

The mechanic said that he fixed things on my car I kept asking him to please listen to me and to please check certain things that I wanted him to check he kept telling me that he would and that he was listening to me he said that all my fans were working when I clearly knew the fan in the front was not working he said he cleared an air bubble from a tube and put fluids in my car it cost $122 it got paid for my father-in-law went to go pick up my car I was on my way to meet him there and the mechanic said he had to go pick up another car well when the mechanic showed back up my father-in-law standing there with the hood open and told him there would no fluids in it the fan wasn't working and everything he said that he had done had not been done to my car, and the only reason it's getting a one-star is because if I don't do that I can't leave the review. If I had my choice it wouldn't get any

Ok my son took truck because brakes were not working.the calibers were on wrong. that's it.695.00 they charged.holy hell.never going there again.highway robbery.i can see a couple hundred not almost a grand!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Thieves! I took my 2004 Toyota Highlander in to fix the heat/AC. When I got it back it still wasn't working. I took it to another mechanic and he said the air mix motor was MISSING. It was in the car before bringing it to Penn Hills Automotive. I was told that they wouldn't have taken it out and they didn't know what happened. I have used them several times and I have always been satisfied with the service. I needed brakes done last minute before vacation and they did them no problem.

DOO NOOTTT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Took my car to this shop and when u left my car broke down 10ft up the road. When I told then about my insurance they got very rude. Told me my car was done and clearly it was not ans still tried to charge me the full amount when I only has to pay te deductible. This place is a scam!!!

This mechanic is a fraud! He tried to scam me out of money for a reinspection. I was short on time so decided to stop as opposed to my regular mechanic. He magically diagnosed my car with an abundant of issues that it did not have 3 days prior. The only work needed for the reinspection were actually wiper blades. Go figure. Save yourself from a scammer....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Penn Hills automotive is a car repair place. Repairs all different types of vehicle they have been there for several several years working hard and serving the community with good price good quality work and good service we applaud them for their service and we absolutely care that they keep the price competitive for people in the area

Completely unethical owners. They tried to up sell me on EVERYTHING. Went to a place down the road, literally saved over 50%.The owner Adrienne could not of been more rude, I would NEVER bring my car there!!!!!!!

Worst place ever i wouldn't suggest anyone take their vehicle to these ppl price's to high and they don't fix your vehicle properly but tax your pockets heavy-duty so stay away from Penn Hills automotive fr

Yo this place is the real deal. I called before coming and they said that they would a spot open within an hour. I came and they took care of me right away. They are good to there word.

This place is sub- par to say the least! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening and two days later, it was still in the same spot Thursday! No progress whatsoever. I don't know how they're still in business. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!

They put my brake pads on in the rear without the clips they said they told me I needed them and didn't order new clips to put them on put pads on car without the clips smh I go to put clips on myself and the slide pins are not coming off mind you these are brand new slide pins all I'm saying is run away run far away by the way the one star is not accurate it's actually negative 10 stars
