I purchased the vehicle from the same place and have being getting my car services done since 2014 with no issues, but the recent experience with service Apr 2021 was an horrible experience no professionalism and the client advisor seems to be with no knowledge and courtesy on how to talk with clients and showed a lot of attitude. I had to literally beg to get a call back and clarity on my service. Also she didn't knew about the products (S Guard insurance) which they sell within the same dealership. Also no idea and clarity about the cost of the services. She gave me receipt with no clarity on how much I owe despite three attempts and finally I paid based on my calculation and with no client receipt. Local workshop gives a good receipt hand written which is self explanatory. Overall place is good if you get a good client advisor.

The collision center took 5 weeks to make a repair the insurance says should take less than 2. Then they sent my wife home with brakes rusted so bad it was unsafe. Then, after they replaced rotors, they had to remount a tire because they didn't notice one of the beads wasn't set right. 3 visits to finally get the repairs right. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I got appointment for oilchange and state inspaction. After finished therir job I went there to get my car. They couldnt find my car under my name then they bring me to someone else car. .. finally they find mine but put it different name. After few weeks later I relized that they didnt do oilchange!!! I called for make sure and they said on this car we didnt do oilchange . It is a shame, speechless

Love this place. The collision center is the best. Amanda was amazing Donnie was so kind. They made sure I had a ride back home to Uniontown. Where the insurance company gieco left me stranded.

Disappointed... it's about a relatively simple remembrance on the mechanics part to replace screws they were not ....now we must wait for parts because it was "scratched" when it Fell and started dragging the ground in front of my garage... looking forward to it being fixed soon

Horrible service department. Had my car for 15 days for inspection and repairs that should have been 5 days at most. Get my car back and had to bring it right back.
