I purchased a CPO BMW from out of state. The process could not have been smoother! Brayden helped me from start to finish. He knew all the details about the car and provided frequent updates throughout the purchase process.All paperwork was accomplished online. No hidden fees or shady tactics. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Car arrived in pristine condition and looks incredible! I am honestly shocked at how good this process was. Highly recommended!

My car buying experience with P&W was nothing short of extraordinary. As a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it far exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic experience with P&W and cannot recommend them enough. I worked with Gregg, Sarah, Jacob, and Bill on the transaction. There was follow up on a few small issues with my recent purchase that they were not only able to rectify quickly, but went above and beyond with their service. Unlike a lot of people that are excited to shop for a new car, I am not fond of it. That being said, I was truly impressed with Caleb and Jake at P & W BMW!!!! There was never any pressure, or feeling that they were trying to put us in a specific vehicle. Caleb was singularly focused on meeting our requests and requirements. We couldn t be happier with how this went and the car we got. Awesome job guys, thank you very much for all your help!!!

This is the best BMW dealership that I've been to. The service is top notch and everyone there is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Lynn and David are the best service advisors around. They know everything about their cars and ensure that the work you need is properly done. More importantly, they are both extremely honest and up front about the work that you need and the work that you don't need. Lynn is compassionate and friendly and always a pleasure to interact with. The same goes for David - in addition to being a BMW enthusiast. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW (great sales team as well) or needing service.

Super easy to work with as they were more than willing to meet our buying needs. They were willing to work with our busy work schedule in order to test drive and buy the car. Brayden Wild was able to answer all of our questions, and was respectful to the time we needed to make a decision. My wife is in line for a car next, and I will certainly work with Brayden again if the right vehicle is available.

perfection! the only time i ever felt comfortable dealing with an auto service business is when i dealt with P&W. it's hard to find polite and patient customer service in the car industry - not here! everyone was SO kind, and they made everything so easy. on top of that, they returned my car in beautiful condition. also the inside was spotless! great people - can't recommend them enough. thank you!

I had a great experience at P&W BMW. My salesman Brayden was awesome. Very accommodating. I was able to do the majority of my purchase virtually. The car was a 7 series very clean with the carfax report attached to its description. An additional service that sped up my delivery was Brayden dropping off my rental i used to pick up my car. Overall A+ experience. I will definitely use this dealership in my future purchases.

Experienced both sales and service here. I have never owned a luxury vehicle before so I was hesitant to stop into the dealership. They seem to really go out of their way to make sure you know they are happy you re there. Always saying hello and asking how you are doing. No pressure to close a sale (bc BMW closes all by itself! ) I worked with Dave Dzambo throughout the sales process. He s super knowledgeable and informative and is happy to get a little geeky about its history and engineering. I traded in an old Toyota Corolla, cheap little car, but again I was treated the same as anyone. I was given a competitive price on the trade, even for what it was. I had a great experience buying, but I ve also had great interactions with service.Definitely buy the unlimited oil change plan! That s really helped me to stay on top of regular maintenance.I ve worked with both Lynn and Bradly to take care of whatever I needed.This last time, I went in for an oil change, my Bluetooth connection had been acting up too. Brad took extra time to fix what was possibly something complex that required diagnoses, but ended up being simple, from my phone and not the car. I had to drive a good distance after my last visit and my car ran like a dream and I had my music to keep me entertained!I try hard to stick with P&W even though they aren t the most convenient for me. I really love how they treat their customers. They are worth buying from and sticking with. They are passionate and don t pressure you. I ve seen them go the extra mile time and time again. Thanks to all of you!

First I would like to thank Gregg Lewis for all his help in placing our order for a new 2024 X5 M. Unbelievably BMW built and delivered it exactly how we ordered it in under 4 weeks. The Team at P&W can't be beat, if your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend these guys. The customer service experience with this luxury brand has been incredibly disappointing. Despite having scheduled an oil service well in advance, I arrived at the appointed time only to be told that they were running behind schedule for the day and couldn't accommodate my car's servicing. This was particularly frustrating because my appointment was scheduled for early afternoon, giving them ample time in the morning to address my needs.The frustration didn't end there. During the routine inspection while servicing my car, they provided me with a quote for tire replacement as part of my lease-end inspection. I have been trying to get them to execute to this quote and replace my tires. Without exaggerating, I must have called them 6-7 times in one week and was transferred from the scheduling agent to the servicing agent without any success. Each time my call was transfered it reached someone s voicemail, at which time, I called the scheduling agent back. Finally, the scheduling agent requested that I email the quote to him for verification, which I promptly did. After a week, and now only one day before my scheduled appointment to replace my tires, I called again to confirm my appointment. Spoke to the same scheduling agent who blankly refused to remember speaking with me. Ofcourse he transferred me to servicing again and (surprise, surprise) no one answered. Upon calling the scheduling team again, another agent answered the call and she has taken my information down and committed to calling me back. I am still waiting to get a clear answer from them (as of 13Dec2023).What makes matters worse is that this luxury brand's dealership is the sole BMW option in the city, leaving me with no alternative for my car service needs.

I leased my Laguna Blue X4 M in the beginning of January and was advised by Donnie to get the rims and grill painted black to add an asthetically appealing and unique factor to the car. Fast forward to 8 months later, I finally decided it was time to do as Donnie had advised. He, along with the cosmetic/collision department, did a fantastic job with everything and I couldn t be happier with the way everything turned out. They were very pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. I wasn t sure I could love my car anymore than I did in January, but now I know it is possible!

Overall good work. The staff seems to be committed to working on customer service and care ... I would recommend they should offer customer credit for repeat customers when they fail to meet simple expectations from prior problems to maintain customer retention. Keep working on improvements.

They even help transport the second trade making my life easier. I did go into the dealership to wet sign the final documents and pick up my car which was exactly as described

I took my BMW to P & W BMW to check the wind shield water spray system. I was charged the diagnosis fee and recommended to change the water pump. I made an appointment for a later time to change the pump. The cost of diagnosis and replacing the pump was nearly $650-$700. During the Thanksgiving brake, I looked at the issue myself and realized that the filter in the water tank was dirty. So I fixed it paying $0. If I had not looked and the car myself, I would have paid $450-$500 on top of the $174 diagnosis fee. I think this is not an accident and it is a pattern to overcharge costumers because they own a BMW. That is WRONG! I won't trust this service center anymore!

Excellent customer service and family atmosphere! I just purchased my 3rd BMW from P&W and the experience is top notch! This was my first purchase with Brayden as my SA, very knowledgeable, attentive and professional! Chris is always great to deal with and makes you feel as you are part of their team! I apologize that I cannot recall the Finance Managers name, but she was also amazing too! We built a rapport quickly and I felt that I was amongst family! I highly recommend P&W to everyone!!!

Work:Came for a full detail. Left with what seems to be a basic car wash. Several places inside were dirty and untouched, probably one of the worse details I ve had. Exterior was also subpar.Service: Only reason I m giving 4 stars. Customer service here was excellent. One of the best I ve experience at dealerships around the city. Don made my experience perfect.Overall. I would probably come back for repairs etc if I needed it based on the service I received. However, I will not return nor would I recommend anyone to get their car detailed here.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my car serviced at P&W BMW, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. My car was returned to me in a condition that I can only describe as unsafe and clearly indicative of a lack of competence in their service department.I initially scheduled the service to address a few simple things: state inspection, emissions, oil change, and repair a tire with a nail puncture. It should be noted that I tried to first have the tire patched elsewhere but learned that the wheel lock key was missing and only a BMW dealer could remove the tire. Over the past few years, my car has only been serviced by P&W so the missing wheel lock had to originate there. When I mentioned this to the service agent, he advised me that this has happened a couple of other times and would get me a new one. When I picked up the car, one was not provided. (More on this below).Fast forward, I received a call from the service agent that the tire could not been repair and had to be replaced. In fact, I was told that I needed four new tires since the other three had moderate wear. So, what I thought would be a $100 patch job ended up costing me $1300. I was also told that the car needed to be aligned even though the current wear on the tires were even and the car was tracking straight. NOW THIS IS WHERE I GET INTO MY REAL ISSUE.The next day I received a call from the service agent saying that I have two frozen bolts that need to be drilled out at the cost of $500! Additionally, I have a bent tie rod that needs to be replaced for $1500! At this point, all I wanted was to get my car back so I advised them to not align the car so I can be on my way. When I came to pick up my car, I was charged $180 for an alignment that I was told didn t happen. When I asked to take the charge off, I was then told it was indeed aligned. When I questioned about the bolts and supposedly bent tie rod, I received a runaround answer that made no sense and that the charge would not be removed.Immediately upon driving my car off the lot, I noticed that I had to turn my steering wheel 20 degrees to the right to keep my car straight on the road. I was literally crabbing down the road! My car was severely misaligned, to the point where it felt dangerous to drive. In disbelief I was now forced to have the car realigned. Because of the miserable treatment I just experienced, I decided to go elsewhere and just pay the additional cost.To my utter dismay, the alignment shop advised me that there were no frozen bolts or bent tie rods as claimed by P&W BMW. The real issue was the car's alignment, which was so poorly done that it could have easily compromised my safety on the road. It's deeply concerning that P&W BMW either misdiagnosed the problem intentionally or exhibited a complete lack of expertise in their assessment.This experience has left me questioning the integrity and competence of P&W BMW's service department. I'm appalled by the way they mishandled my car and provided inaccurate information. Obviously, I will certainly think twice before ever returning to this dealership.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to approach P&W BMW with caution, as the safety and satisfaction of their customers appear to be of little concern to them.O ya, BTW, I still don t have a wheel lock. I have made countless calls only to be put into voicemails which are never returned.

We made a visit and test drove an i4. The sales rep, Brayden, he was great in answering all our questions. He even gave us some information we did not know about the car.We were expecting to wait 6-12 months as most EV s are in high demand but to our luck, Brayden informed me of an i4 that was returned. We got a deposit down asap, looked at the car and returned the next day to buy it. The process from start to finish was great.If you re in the market for a EV, ask for Brayden! Couldn t recommend him or the dealership more. The sales manager and finance manager were both extremely helpful and nice.
