I selected Opeka after my car was hit and had to use that persons insurance. From the day of selecting Opeka, the process was very smooth for getting my car repaired. I spoke to Amanda mostly to set up a time for repair and she was very friendly and kept me informed of the process. It was also nice that I could leave my rental at Opeka and they notified enterprise that it could be picked up. I didn t have to make another trip. Overall everything was great, I never heard of Opeka prior and now, if I ever need any other repairs on my car, I would definitely go back. The repairs that were completed look great! Thank You!

The fellows at Opeka are quick to get us in when we need an inspection or work done. They are always friendly, explain what they are doing and why. We have found them to be honest in their assessment of what needs done and their prices are reasonable.

I recently had my Kia worked on here for much-needed repairs, and I was extremely impressed with the service that Evan and his team at Opeka delivered. From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of outstanding and very easy on my end.First and foremost, the communication and customer service were exceptional. Evan took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car, provide a detailed estimate, and keep me informed every step of the way.The quality of the repairs surpassed my expectations. My Kia looks brand new. The two other shops I had my car estimated at were both on a 1-2 month waitlist for service. Opeka had my car estimated, repaired, and returned to me within 12 days. This timeline includes their ordering of a new rim for my car.When I picked my car up, it had been beautifully cleaned and detailed inside and out. The level of care they put into ensuring that I received my car in pristine condition was a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction.It's refreshing to find a car shop that combines excellence in both workmanship and customer care. Opeka will take care of your car as if it s their own. The whole team is loaded with talented techs and are extremely friendly individuals. Natalie was a huge help with everything from scheduling, to ordering parts, and gave me regular updates on my car when it was in the shop. They do great on any vehicles, don t be afraid to take your high end car here!

Initially I was rear ended and I had another repair shop take on the repairs. It was a mess, I tried to work it out with them however I didn t have any luck. I worked with the insurer to switch to Opeka and they happily took on the mess of corrective repairs my 2022 RAV4 would need to come back to its pre collision state. I commend them for taking on this job because I know it s never easy (nor fun ) to take on corrective repairs, and work behind someone else. My original complaint was the dirt in the paint and a loose fit bumper. Opeka went above and beyond to disassemble the vehicle and find a plethora of other issues I wouldn t have found (until it would have inevitably destroyed my car!). They worked with me instead of gaslighting me like the first repair shop did (the first repair shop told me the loose fit bumper was because it was put on by plastic clips, so I was at the mercy of the plastic ???). Opeka cares about the quality and integrity of their work, it s clear in how they conduct their business. I m very satisfied with the repairs they performed, they addressed my chief complaint and went the extra mile to find the other major issues that were ignored and/or caused by the other repair shop s negligence. Everyone at Opeka was always very friendly, respectful, and professional. I hope to not need a collision shop again soon, however if I do, or anyone I know for that matter, Opeka will be my only recommendation.Thank you to all the staff for your great work, MD.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Opeka was incredible throughout the entire repair of my vehicle from estimate to finish. Completely redid the trunk and rear bumper after a collision and worked seamlessly with both the person liable's insurance company as well as Enterprise to get me a rental and have everything done quickly and easily. They even cleaned out the interior without me asking. They estimated up to 10 business days to complete the repair depending on part availability and my vehicle was done in just 4 days. Extremely nice and professional staff, and and quality body shop overall. Highly recommend for any service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic experience. Not only did their quote for repairs beat what was clearly upcharging from other repair shops... They got me in almost immediately and fixed me up with a couple days. Other shops "couldn't get to me" for a few weeks just to get a quote!To my surprise, not only did they fix my bumper but they clearly vacuumed and detailed the interior and washed the exterior.Very professional. Opeka was recommended by a friend and her family as they all are regular customers! I dropped my car off after hours for my inspection appointment the next day. I actually never saw a single person, but I spoke to Natalie, their representative, multiple times and she was kind, helpful, honest, and everything you want in a person representing a company, especially an auto repair shop. I knew I needed a brake replacement before passing my state inspection and it was all done and finished within the day. Prices and rates were what I expected and I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of (as a young, single woman) ((experienced it many times before)) thank you so much!Service: Brakes

Great experience! I brought my car in for body work after a collision, and they did a wonderful job. Everything with my rental car and insurance was very streamlined. The repairs took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances with my car, but they kept me updated and finished everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. My car looked beautiful when I got it back - they gave it a really deep clean! It looked like new! While I hope I don t need anymore body work on my car, I would definitely head back to Opeka if I ever do!

I cannot recommend Opeka highly enough. I had a four month old brand new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek that was t boned. A family friend recommended Opeka for their wonderful body and paint work. The receptionist was very kind and offered excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions, alleviated my anxiety and worked with the insurance company to get everything sorted. I needed both passenger doors, front quarter panel and a wheel replaced. They did this and more to get my car back to perfect condition. I was so surprised with how beautiful my car was when it was ready (and finished a week ahead of schedule).

I was a customer of this shop under its previous ownership going back decades. Like many I had concerns that the things I appreciated about the personal attention for frequent customers like myself might be lost in the transition to the new ownership. I'm happy to say this shop is in good hands and headed for a bright future. My Volvo had a tricky bit of bodywork as a result of unreported parking lot contact, right on the crease around the front fender. Opeka handled it for me while I was on a business trip - the work was done, vehicle washed, and ready when I got back. They're a certified State Farm facility so they dealt with my insurer directly. I only had to pay my deductible (for which they took a credit card - that's an improvement) and pick it up. The work looks great - as good as new. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. We especially appreciated phone calls to update us on the progress of our repairs while the vehicle was in the shop. Our dog was even allowed in the waiting room while we completed our paperwork. Good people! Great workmanship and fair pricing.

This is the 2nd time I've taken a vehicle for repairs at opeka. Both times they did a great job with the repairs. I was recommended to them from guys I work with, and now, I also recommend them to anyone that needs body repair. They were super nice anytime I called with questions, their customer service is fantastic. I Definitely recommend!

Great job done by the Opeka team ( Bill And Amanda) for getting many dink s and dents out of my 2012 BMW. They accurately estimated the damages on my bill and met the timeline. Also the paint job was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Celina was the first contact person I met. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! The body shop person came out to look over my car was very informative. This was on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday my car was done!!! Bill checked me out and after we looked at my car we were so pleased with the work!!! My car looks like new!! CLEAN and PERFECT!! We will definitely recommend Opeka to anyone looking for auto repairs!

Had auto body work done here recently and was very pleased with the results of my Volvo. They are a certified Volvo repair shop and the work that was done was great. Car interior was also detailed. Friendly, professional staff, all accounting done in a professional manner.

Second time using Opeka in upper Saint Clair due to getting rear-ended (I drive for work) and needing bodywork done on the bumper.. Both experiences have been excellent, my car comes back looking brand new, sparkly and clean and runs like a gem.
