We had a truck hit a low bridge and bend the stacks. we dispatched a technician from their Cheswick location to assist us. Long story short, they charged us for parts they didnt install on our truck, they charged us 6 hours for a parts driver to run a part out to us that they got from the local dealership near by, they charged us 8 hours for the technician that actually worked on the truck and he was only there for maybe 6 hours total. We operate a 16 truck mobile repair fleet of our own so I have a pretty good idea of when we are getting taken advantage of. Beware of the Cheswick location for mobile breakdowns. They will clean you out. Their technician did a great job and really helped us out, but their ethics and honesty with billing is why mobile repair shops get a bad name. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them only for that matter. Very disappointing.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Horrible people. Horrible business. Do not give them a cent. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. There s better places to take your money than poorly educated, unethical businesses like this one.

One of our drivers run over a curb really fast and bend trailer wheel. I called over at Oaks for road service and spoke to a lady, she asked me what kind of wheel it is which I wasn't sure. Meanwhile my driver send me pictures of what happened and I said oh, F%&$ we need more stuff, he broke the wheel hub. We hang up, I found what wheel it is and I called again, we asked for a wheel, hub, oil and a tire if we need one. She asked for tire size.... technician shows up and start installing tire without saying a word.After and argue over the phone about the tire they told me they have recording on our phone call, ok lets hear it. Try to turn that on us without playing recordings! We asked for them to take the tire and install ours if its OK. Lady told us if we don't pay they will call a tow truck!EXTORTION! SCAMMERS! Don't use them!We are so close to cancel payment on those people!UPDATE : not even 24 hours after repairs hub cap leaked all the oil!AVOID of all cost!Service: Tires

Stopped by the shop and they replaced a trailer tire for me.Service was good, eveyone was friendly.

Called them when my truck broke down to tow me to an international truck dealer and the tow truck driver seamed like a nice guy so I took his advice when he said to bring my truck to Oaks mechanic at their shop. Little did I know tht it was a setup just to have them not just make tow money off of me but to get their mechanic to get some cash out of me to. Smh, the mechanic checked out my truck and told me it was going to be a 2 day job, after 2 days went by I called him and he said he couldn't fix my truck. Red flag. He new all along he couldn't fix it they just wanted to charge me more money and milk me. Smh. So now I said since your driver told me you guys could fix my truck and recommended me are you going to give me a break to get it towed to Hunters international truck dealer which is 30 min away. They said NOPE! and charged me $412 to take my truck 30 min away after they couldn't fix it. Mind you there initial rate is $150 per hour, but they set me up to be stuck at their shop so they could get more$$... I was set up, it's all a game with these tow truck drivers and there gimmicks. BEWARE WITH OAKS TRUCK SERVICE AND TOWING......

Dont even bother calling this company!They ask for your credit card information as soon as you call them without asking whats wrong with your truck,if they can fix it or not when they can come out nothing whatsoever!!Only focused on the money!They just want ur credit card information thats it.And could go ahead and charge you whatever the amount they want without even coming out.Sounded like a scammer to me!
