Great, friendly service. Got tires replaced for a price much lower than other places. They also fixed my tire pressure sensor and assisted me on the alignment. Trent was really helpful and honest with the entire process.

I made an online appointment to get 4 new tires in advance of snow that was coming in the next day (my tires did not have much tread left). I showed up at my appointment time and told them my name and the person at the front desk knew my information. The center was very busy that day but i observed each customer being handled in a professional and friendly manner.After confirming my tire order the person at the desk (unfortunately i did not remember his name) confirmed with me that he would call me when the car was ready. at the anticipated time and actually my car was ready before that time.I felt like this site valued me as a customer and i will continue to to be a customer here.

Had my truck aligned at another shop out of state for twice the price that NTB charged me, and the wheel was left crooked. Trent was great and helped me out and had it aligned again by Devon. They let me know that I had to change a couple parts and I went back a couple days later when I did the work to recheck. This is the second time I ve used NTB and have no regrets. They just seem more knowledgeable here than another local service I used once before. Good job Trent. Good job Devon. Thanks again for getting me sorted out.

I had a great experience at NTB. When I called the store they were able to get me in same day so I wasn t driving on a spare. Ryan knew exactly what tires I needed and offered additional services to make sure my drive was smooth with no pressure to commit. I definitely felt taken care of.

Went in after my break pedal went to the floor worried about a bust break line they diagnosed the issue and fixed it as fast as they could! Amazing service and employees!!!

Went in for 4 tires and a wheel alignment it was quick and friendly I would recommend anyone and everyone that has a vehicle to this location they also suggest that I get some work done that stopped the noise in the back of me vehicle I will bring my vehicle there for now on

I recently had my spark plugs changed at NTB, the employees were extremely helpful and the manager Curtis was knowledgeable. The car runs much better. Thank you!

The store always gets us in and out super fast with quality work. I also appreciate that they treat my wife with respect. Too many car places are still in the dark ages and only want to talk with me when it is my wife's care in for service. this place values all their customers! Super friendly too. I especially like how the tech's almost always come out to give updates vs just seeing info on the invoice.

UPDATED: Hey, seriously, if you need any honest and respectful work done or even just some advice on potential problems? Go here. Ask for Curtis or Ryan. These dudes really care about you and want to get you back on the road again!!!!ORIGINAL: They are fast. They are honest. They are amazing. If you need any work done, go here. Just do it. You'll be happy you did.

I called this location to make sure they could help me because I had a screw in my tire in between the treads and I was hoping for it to be patched. They said they were short staffed, but could certainly look at it and hope to help. Once roadside helped me get the spare placed, I came in about 2 hours later, maybe around 1pm. They asked if I could leave my car with them for about two hours. This was no problem, I was just thankful they could help at all. Within 15-20 minutes of leaving the store, I got a phone call saying that the screw had gone through the side wall and could not be repaired and because I already had two different brands of tires on my car, they would have to replace multiple tires and didn t have the stock to do so that day. I proceeded to pick up my car, took it to BJs Warehouse where they were able to patch and repair my tire with no issue at all! The gentleman at BJs didn t even charge me for the service! He was honest about the tread left on my tires, so I decided to order 4 tires from them. I m very disappointed in NTB and how this situation was handled.

These guys are great! Very timely. Very good with working around your schedule, in my experience. Get the job done right the first time. I had worked with Kurtis for both of my recent visits. He was very polite, friendly, and informative. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with him and the rest of his team. Highly recommended.

Our company has used NTB in the past for tires on F350 trucks. Today after taking the truck in and waiting ~ 1hour or more for our appointment, we were told out that our truck was 'too heavy' to pick up. Sent us home. So don't bother taking a truck that is an F350 or similar here.

Kurtis and his team were wonderful. I went in for an oil change and as it turned out I was starting to get some inside edge wear on my tires. They showed this to me and said tires were still safe but recommended I get an alignment done. While it was not my intention going in for my appointment to spend more money it definitely saved me in the long run. Thank you for your help. I will continue to bring my vehicle to you in the future!

I started coming here a couple years ago. I like keeping all my auto work and records in one place. The staff here is friendly and honest about what my car actually needs and not trying to milk me for more money. The work is always down fast and I have never had to go back for an issue. There are many times it s hard with my work schedule to get my car dropped off and pay before they close, but they always work with me to get the job down on my schedule. The guys that work up front are friendly, courteous and professional. I definitely will be sticking with this NTB for as long as I live in Robinson.

Too many issues when going for routine interval services.Had to take car back 3x times due to oil leak after a standard oil change. Seems like everything is done with half effort. Second car had issue with splash guard coming off due to screws not being put on. Go anywhere else for a simple service.

I was here back in March and got 4 new tires and a tire rod needed replaced. I spent several hours and become concerned that my vehicle wouldn't be finished before they closed. Even though I was there for a while, the employees were very nice and kept me up to date. This time I went to NTB because my tire pressure light was on, I assumed I had a hole or something lodged into my tire. Curtis was helpful and efficient. I ended up just needing air in my tires and apparently new wipers too .
