Completed work on my car in a half day. Well staffed as of 4.5.24. They were straightforward about needed (non major) repairs. Would recommend and would use again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting NTB for my car's tire replacement and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.What stood out to me the most was the team led by Larry. They were all friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. They took the time to explain the different tire options and helped me choose the best one for my specific needs and budget.The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. I was also impressed with their state-of-the-art equipment and the cleanliness of the facility.After my visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to NTB Now Mavis Tires for all my automotive needs in the future. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional and I know I can trust them with my car.I highly recommend NTB to anyone in need of automotive services. I'm incredibly disappointed with the unprofessionalism and irresponsibility demonstrated by the employees at this establishment. I visited with my car to address a TPMS alarm issue, and despite their assurance that they could fix it, the problem persisted even after being charged for their services. Upon returning, I was informed that they were unable to identify the issue definitively. They mentioned they had replaced the sensor, but it didn't resolve the problem, leaving me in a frustrating situation. To make matters worse, there was no offer of a refund despite their failure to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. Extremely dissatisfied!

Great customer service. Thought I had a slow leak in one tire after a road trip , but turned out tire pressures were off. NTB checked all tires and leveled them at no charge. Raymond was super courteous and helpful.

My girlfriend is always very hesitant about taking her vehicle anywhere to be serviced when something is wrong with it due to previous experiences where she was told she needed more than she really did to fix the issue.She took it to the NTB on Greentree Rd. and met Larry and Justin who I also met later on, and was surprised that there was actually guys in this industry that won't try to push extra maintenance work or parts upon you when you don't need them. What she needed done, was exactly what they told her needed done and was performed. We will be returning customers as long as Justin and Larry are employees of NTB!! Thanks again guys!!

Great experience. Called to make an appointment for new tires and an oil change and was told to just come in. Larry was very helpful from the minute I walked in the door and the tech worked quickly and efficiently while I enjoyed a cup of coffee that was made available in the customer lounge! Would definitely recommend!!!

Got in the car for a short road trip and lo and behold we had a flat tire. Off to our fav place for tires, NTB at Greentree and Cochran. Not only did they take the time to look at it in the middle of their busy day, they found a puncture (see screw) ,and repaired it on the spot. Excellent service in a spotless waiting area, kind and knowledgeable service techs, and prompt repair. Don t go Anywhere Else! 10 stars!

So far so good. Came here a few months ago to replace my back two tires, and now my front two tires. Associate was very communicative with options for the replacement of my back two. Both times, my appointment time was upheld at the time I was slotted.

I needed to get winter tires put on my car to prepare for an unexpected trip. I wasn't sure what tires to get or if I even could get them installed in time. Wow! The team that this NTB could not have been more amazing. Cody, Larry, and Regis were incredible! They talked me through what I need and why. They told me what I could get done today and what I could wait on. They did courtesy checks to prepare for my trip! They also got me an appointment the very next day after I called and had the tires installed within a few hours. What's more, they helped correct a pricing error that gave me the best deal! It's really easy to feel overwhelmed and taken advantage of when it comes to car stuff... not with NTB! I would recommend them to everyone. If you are not sure where to go to get car work done and are worried about whether or not you'll get swindled, just do yourself a favor and take your car to the NTB in Green Tree. I'm so happy I found this place! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Had an inspection appointment at 10am and dropped off early. However other business bumped me but was told that car would be done. I waited until the end of day and was told to bring back another day. They don t seem to honor appointments. The desk person was nice and apologetic and felt bad that he also dealt with poor management. I m going somewhere else and don t have whole days to waste.

I went to the local trail with my dog and when I came back found my brand-new tire was flat. I had enough air to make it to NTB where they found it was not fixable. They did the diagnosis and put on my spare for free, even helped out my scared rescue boston terrier. Also gave me a fair deal on a battery which I did need (knew this ahead of time). All quickly done during a busy holiday start.

I realized I had a screw in my tire on my way home from work on a Friday. NTB had a 5pm appointment available so I swung through. My tire was unpatchable and I had less than an hour to pick my daughter up from daycare. Regis was really fast to help me and expressed true empathy for the turn my day took. I am so appreciative of their fast and kind service.

These guys are helpful. I had someone fill my low tire. The representative was very friendly and struck up a conversation.I did have to come back for a patch however, which was $32 and change. I'm curious to why NTB Dallas does this for free?Well front tires weren't doing so well so they provided some tire options. Stepped it up and went with all 4 and negotiated a deal. The service rep didn't blink an wire and sold me the deal. That's service.

Bought a set of tires and when I picked up truck, they were out of balance. No big deal, I called and made an appointment to go back in but when I arrived, they told me it could take up to 3 hours to get to me when it was their mistake to fix. Total lack of regard for a mistake or my time. I took it to another tire shop to repair and will not return. Both times I was told they had people call off and even the manager didn't show up. Customer service is lost here.

Unfortunately I had a tire leaking from a screw puncture and needed to have it serviced so I could get to work on time. Fortunately I called NTB SCOTT TWNSHP and they understood the urgency of my situation told me to bring my vehicle right in that they would service it. I arrived to a professional and knowledgeable front desk and Manager that immediately serviced my vehicle and fixed my tire. In addition they serviced and fixed a bad front headlight that I had. I greatly appreciate the service team for their excellent service and getting me safely and on time to work. I would definitely recommend NTB SCOTT TWNSHP.

Of all the NTB's this is the best one by far. Highly motivated mechanics that know how to do their job well. They offer an alignment warranty that is definitely worth the money. Along with alot of other services and tires. Definitely recommend.and

Popped a tire on a snowy curb, ended up needing my tires replaced, had quick efficient Service and was back on the road in less than an hour. This is why I continue doing business with ntb and have for close to ten years.

Greeted promptly and kindly by front desk associate. Check in was easy and he listened to all concerns I have about my vehicle. Waiting room was tidy and quiet. I was provided with an update on my car. Prices were reasonable for work completed with no hidden fees. Provided with quotes for follow up service with no extreme sales pressure. Great experience and will return!
