Came in after I had a flat tire. AAA technician said I was going to need a new tire, so I came in here to get a new one. When I got here, they looked at my tire and told me I could actually just get it patched instead of paying for a whole new tire! I really appreciated their honesty with me, especially as someone who doesn t know much about cars. Devin and Adam were awesome and I really appreciate their help :)

Popped a tire Thursday evening and called NTB right before they closed- the guy on the phone was super helpful and professional, let me know they didn t have that tire in stock but that he could order it and get me in the next day. Was able to go Friday at 2 and get the tire replaced and an alignment in under an hour for a totally fair price. Great place!

Thank you NTB for making a flat tire a much less stressful situation! I was able to call ahead and confirm an appointment for two new tires, and the attendant immediately began working on it as soon as my car was towed. They also fit me in at the end of the day which was a lifesaver! The manager and attendant were both kind, communicative and respectful. I was back on the road in less than an hour, and I was happy with the price. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially other women; I felt safe and taken care of. Thank you again!

The people at NTB were incredibly helpful. They helped me put air in my tires for free and then when I later needed tire maintenance they were efficient and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. Awesome spot, will definitely be using them in the future.

Great customer service! I really appreciated that they were open on a Sunday. I got a flat tire the day before and planned on a 3 hour drive the next day, so I needed my tire fixed quickly. They had my tire patched up within an hour and I was on my way. Super helpful and friendly.

Bret is that guy! I came in for help for my car without an appointment and he took the time out of his busy morning to have me in and out in less than 5 minutes! He was super friendly and helpful and if I ever come back I will certainly look for him again.

Had a great experience here getting an oil change and wiper replacement. Took less time than I expected, and Brett at the front desk was friendly and honest! Prices were also extremely reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I needed new tires and Brett was working the front alone with many customers. He was so nice with everyone and made sure everyone's needs were taken care of. When they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, he was able to help me find a better and affordable one. He made sure to keep a positive attitude with all the craziness going around him.

Last January, I was to have work done at another nearby chain garage - an 8 AM appt. "Opps, the parts weren't in sorry." Ok, goodbye... to about a $900 bill for tires, alignment & an inspection.So, I went up the street to NTB. Great customer service. Manger Devin called me twice because the tires I wanted weren't available. We consulted on the phone and settled on a quality tire at a great price and made the appointment for install and front end alignment.Unlike, the other place, Devin clearly appreciates his customer's time and patronage. As I waited for my ride, I saw him interact with other customers. He makes sure the customer knows what's going on and provides good options.I was here about two years ago for tires with a different manager and it was a great result. They went the extra mile to fix a rim-leak on the wife's 20 year old car instead of up-selling us a new wheel/rim.Unfortunately, they not longer do state inspection. Any licensed inspection mechanics out there? Great place to work with a thoughtful, competent manger running the show.

I was in pinch and really needed a new tire, and NTB really came through for me. Brett was super helpful, and I really appreciated that no one at this location tried to pressure me into buying something that I didn't need. I can only speak from my own experience and the car problems that I had, but I would say the mechanics did a perfect job, and I'm so happy that they were able to help me out. I would definitely recommend!!

I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced and Devin was so helpful! He not only helped me decide the perfect ones for my car AND put them on for me but I mentioned I thought my tires might be getting low and he checked all of them for me! His knowledge and kindness made it an overall great experience. I will be returning here and recommending it to all my friends for any car needs they have, and make sure they ask for Devin!

A cool dude answered the phone. Can you guys align an old Mercedes? Sure, when do you need it. Thanks, I'm just checking. Will call you back. Two days later, the same dude answered. Can you guys align the old Mercedes tomorrow morning? Sure, bring it at 8 when we open up. There's no one in line. Tomorrow at 8, the same dude: We just opened. (Dah) Oh, and I asked around we cannot align your old Mercedes. I don't want to waste your time. You just did man. Thanks for nothing.

Bret was great, we had a flat tire on Sunday, very few shops open, Bret took care of us and got the tire patched quickly. We also had confusion with the NTB call center, and Bret focused on getting us back on the road. Great service.

Highly recommend! I found a crack in the sidewall of my tire and went to NTB since they re close to me. Devin was SO helpful and the rest of the team there got my car fixed up within an hour! Price was also way less than I expected. Will definitely be coming back!

NTB is one of the most honest mechanic shops I've ever encountered. They tend towards the cheapest option first and are very straightforward. I almost went to a different shop around the corner, but a friend of mine stopped me, telling me I should definitely go to NTB instead. That friend was absolutely right. The manager, Bret, is kind and knowledgeable. They were able to patch my tire so I could get the full life of the tire instead of being upcharged for a whole new tire. So I spent only about $26 instead of potentially hundreds. Nowhere better for tire and other mechanical needs in Pittsburgh. 10/10 recommend.

I have always been wary about going to big chain places like this but this location in particular has super friendly staff and the manger is very knowledgable. They all work together very well. They got me in and out. I'll be seeing them again for my next oil change! :)

Brett is fantastic! Coming in from upstate NY and battery was fried. Called from the road and Brett and team were ready and waiting with a new battery.Quick, efficient, properly installed...and the price wasn't half bad, etiher!

I walked into NTB for 4 tires & an oil change. Devin greeted me with a smile & immediately helped me out. He took my keys, looked at my car, wrote my ticket and gave me a time frame on when it would be done. When Devin called me earlier than expected & said my car was done, I was amazed. I had a great experience at NTB and can t thank them enough for being so nice & helping me get my car fixed in a timely manner!

Really great staff and service! Brett helped me get a quick answer and wasn't charged anything to get my battery checked (turns out, it's my alternator!). Would recommend.
