I made a same-day appointment for an oil change, inspection, and alignment as well as to discuss other concerns with my vehicle. Jesse, Matt, and Paul were all very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and appreciated. The facility was clean and comfortable to wait in and it is in a very accessible location. Jesse ordered a part for my maintenance that was delivered within ten minutes. I was quite impressed with the crew at this location and I definitely plan on returning for future service.

We made an online appointment for a front end alignment over Easter weekend. I was greeted at the door, checked in immediately and was not pressured into buying anything I did not need. The staff was quick and did a great job. I was out of there before I even got comfortable in the waiting room. I would recommend to anyone in the area that needs a front end alignment. A+++

This post is almost 2 weeks late, but I can't stop thinking about my experience(s) with this particular NTB. To call it exceptional is an understatement.My most recent visit was after a random, unexpected flat tire. I had purchased my tires there, and relieved I trusted Jesse enough back then to purchase the lifetime warranty for fixes. *That sell was absolutely not forced, just thoroughly explained, and I thought it made sense.The 2 employees I need to praise and thank are Jesse and Ronnie. The interactions I have had with them are fantastic. I was squeezed in the following morning (the flat in front of my residence), and it was repaired in no time flat (no pun intended). Admittedly, I am not an auto expert (and I pretty much can't pretend to be ), but everything was (always is here) explained in such a respectful, detailed manner--I leave withnew knowledge, without feeling "talked down to."AND! THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE AND REPLACED MY TIRE VALVE CAPS (they get stolen ) without even saying!!It is because of the incredible service, personal interactions, and genuine kindness I will always patron and recommend NTB on Clairton Blvd.Thank you again!

I had a flat tire today and went to NTB for 4 new tires. Jessie and his staff were very professional, friendly, and I feel like I got a good, honest deal. I was worried since I came in after 4:00 and I really needed my car back today so I can go to work in the morning. Jessie was very reassuring and promised that I would have my car back today. I received a call within about an hour that it was done. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs auto service.

Absolutely, the best tire shop I've ever had the pleasure to go to. They work hard and do a great job. They have excellent selection of tires and if you need some. Give them a call and ask for. Ronnie or Jesse. Excellent dudes!

I use my car frequently for work, so the upkeep on my car is very important. I feel very comfortable going to this location anytime I have a question or concern especially when it comes to my tires. The staff is always friendly, and I like that I can usually walk in without an appointment for them to take a look at something like a nail in my tire or a slow leak. The service is good and they always explain to me what the issue is.

Went here for tires on a whim thinking they'd be crazy expensive compared to my usual place. I was surprised just how cheap and how fast they got us in and out. We stopped at Firestone up the street before we came to this place and Firestone needed almost 4 hours with the car. This place had us in and out in 45 minutes with 4 tires and a quick battery change. Good service.

I have used this location numerous times, and each time I go there the service is top of the line. They've handled my tires, my brakes, my inspection, everything. Jesse and his team do a great job, and I will absolutely be going back for future services.

After a construction incident this morning where I had to dodge several pieces of nail embedded lumber . I was unexpectedly forced to replace two front tires.Went to see these guys @ the Pleasant Hills location.WOW! Great prices little to no wait time & absolutely fantastic friendly service!If you need help this is the place to go!Thank you Paul , Jesse & Tim for taking a miserable day & turning it around! You guys are the best!

My husband got a flat tire last night and needed a fix. Made an apt for first thing this morning on line. They were friendly, prompt, and very transparent. They even sealed it for free because they couldn't find the problem and promised to fix it again if there was a future issue. Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back for any other work. It's good to see kind souls still out here helping people when they need it most! Thank you guys!

It was a Saturday afternoon. My regular garage is not open on weekends. My tire pressure light came on suddenly. I stopped at NTB. They were able to check my tires and explain why tire was not fixable. Then they put on a new tire. I think it took about 30 minutes in total- if that. Thank you so very much for your help!

The store Manager Jesse and his team were absolutely outstanding and accomodating during my visit for an inspection on my classic truck. All the technicians were kind, and made quick work to get me inspected and on my way. I will absolutely return for all my future inspection and tire needs.

I bought new tires, got an alignment, and an inspection and their prices beat everyone around. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The manager, Jesse, and all of the employees were incredibly helpful. They got me in quick and the service was super fast.

Came in for a last minute inspection as I usually do. The manager, Jesse, was quick and efficient with getting me all checked in and Matt and Paul were super informative and very friendly. The price was great too! I highly recommend!

Went in to get two tires changed and the guys were honest with me and told me I only needed one, they didn t have them but they called a place for me and help me look. Coming back in later this week for them to change it. Fantastic workers, highly recommend.

I m in a bit of a bind getting tires for my car, Ronnie was knowledgeable and was able to squeeze me in. On top of that he was able to find me a set of quality tires in my price range. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be as service is always superb at this branch.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Worked with Jesse and his team. They found a problem with swollen lug nuts. Could not remove them. Jesse brought me into work area, showed me the problem, explained why it was happening, and provided excellent guidance on what I should do next. Involves visiting dealership since this type of car proned to these issues. NTB replaced all lug nuts that were not swollen. Very much satisfied with their service. Will return for other work. Trust level is high with this shop.

Been here a few times, usually to get my snow tires on and off., I can usually get in and out pretty quickly. Had a terrible experience with a competitor down the road, and NTB made sure it didn't happen again. Sticking to this specific NTB for now on.

Called on the phone for a quote for tires, asked for the total price that id pay at then end of install, and the guy tells me a price $100 lower than what I ended up having to pay, if some one askes for a price, tell them the full price. Not sure if he intentionally left those fees or it was an accident but left a bad impression on me

It was great , Tim and Ronnie greeted me as I came in the door with exceptional professionalism and were able to get me in soon as my appointment was for , half the price of competitors and a easy quick process, Get these two a raise and a steak dinner cause I m beyond happy with my services today.

Got a huge bolt in my tire. Brought it in an hour before close. They set it up with two new tires. Great guys!
