Brought my vehicle their ad they did a fantastic job. Thought I would be waiting weeks but they were fast and they kept me in touch about everything they did. Great family owned business

As a new driver (4 years), one of my biggest fears was finding a dishonest mechanic. NorthWay is honest, fair, respectful, knowledgeable, and very timely. I dont trust anyone else with my truck. I've had work done by them atleast 5 times in the past 3 years so far. I dont care if I had to wait for a whole month for them to service my vehicle because I'd wait for them. They get the job done right the first time, and if it's something that they dont do, they find me someone equally as affordable and knowledgeable to get it done. Great family business. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Had an awesome experience with Northway Transmission . They were fast courteous friendly and gave me an outstanding experience . Stop in and see Bill and get a free estimate. Just want to say thank you to the whole staff there for being all class . I have found my new home for any repairs on my car.

Wow I ve been driving for 33 years over 2 million miles and have never met more honest fair hard working folks. Family ran and fixed other issues other than just transmission. I ve referred these guys to all my FAMILY and FRIENDS and COWORKERS!!! I have already put 30,000 miles on rebuild and works flawlessly. I wish all businesses ran with same ethics and stability this team has to offer. I e been looking for these guys my whole career and will remain loyal to them.I highly suggest you use Northway Transmission they are by far the best mechanics I ve met in my 33 years of automobile experienceThanks again to the best these guys are amazing Yours truly Mickey!!!

Bill, Kevin,Brian,and Deb are all class acts! I had my Jeep in for a hefty transmission repair and they not only answered all my questions in depth, but they never made me feel like a burden. It is hard to find and honest hardworking group of people to trust with your vehicle sometimes, so it is a huge relief to know that I have a dependable and respectful garage to turn to. They work fair hours,charge below the estimates seen online at other shops and dealers, and do their best to double check your ride before delivering it back to you when you pick it up. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything Northway!

Had transmission work done many years back on a 95 Nissan maxima 5 spd. Something with reverse was jacked up. Northway took care of it fast and for a good price.

I'm am extremely disappointed and upset with this place. Their customer service and morals as a company is unethical. I was referred to this shop so i had high expectations. However, while my vehicle was in their care they dented it. I have pictures and videos. There was no damage to my vehicle prior to taking it here and i am very particular when it comes to my car. I was not unprofessional or rude i simply asked if they could fix the damage they caused. it took 3 days before i was able to get in touch with the owner. nobody called me back like they said. when i finally spoke with northway they said it was my word against theirs. claimed i was by the vehicle the entire time but if they have cameras like they say they would see i was not by my vehicle when they put it on the outside lift nor when they oulled it back around. I was inside with the guy who does the books waiting on him to take me to the vehicle and i was speaking with the owner inside when they pulled it back around. They brought my keys inside to me and handed them to me.Anyways, Northway owner told me it was their word against mine they weren't fixing the damage. I asked if i could have their insurance information and they can fight it out because i wasnt accepting damage to my car not to be fixed. Northway owner denied me. I then asked if they would place my vehicle back by the lift to see if the bumper on the lift lined up with the damage on my vehicle. The owner told me yes. I was advised by a mechanic to do this from another shop because he said this was common in shops but typically the shop fixes it. Northway owner at first told me yes i could bring my car back and place by lift but after we hung up about 5-10 minutes later when i get off the phone with Ross police they called me back. Kevin or Brian advised me their adjuster was going to call me so we can fix this issue and not to bring my car in for the lift. I was relieved they were going to do the right thing. I advised them i didnt want any hard feelings and would like to keep my scheduled repair date for my vehicle.When the insurance called me a few days later, they advised me they were only hired to investigate not fix the damage. I struggled for 2 weeks debating if i still wanted the shop to do the work I originally came in for. I didn't want any hard feelings but most people told me to take it else where because of the character the shop showed me.While trying to decide i called Northway a day before i was suppose to take my vehicle in for repair on the other issues with it and the gentlemen Brian said to me upset "Are you going to question everything we said because of the mess you put us through" i said excuse me? And he replied "the mechanic's you accused do not want to touch your car, are you sure you even want to still bring it in to us?". I explained how unprofessional they were when all ive been was nice and professional with them when they damaged MY car.Not only did they cost over 2,000 in damage to my car but tried to belittle me for their mistake. I will never recommend anyone to this shop for the way I've been treated from day one. I would highly recommend that you take a video of your vehicle all the way around if you do go there. I feel that they will not allow me to bring my car to match up the bumper on the lift to my vehicle because it'll prove they are at fault. Very unprofessional and not a trusting company.

Looks like I found a new mechanic. Very friendly, got my Hummer fixed in one day actually just hours. when every other mechanic was backed up for at least another week. Saved a lot money cause no need for rental. Did not try to sell me on anything else, just fixed the problem. First time there...not last

Probably one of the most trust where is the transmission places I ever went to I told him what my problem was they did the research and fixed it without putting a new transmission in the vehicle save me thousands and thousands of dollars very nice people deal with
