Can't say enough good about this place... top notch repair at an affordable and honest price. The owner is so nice and down to earth. He explains everything and even showed me the old brake pads and sensors that he replaced. Honestly, it's just a great experience all around. Highly recommend. I will be a returning customer myself.

As my partner is a mechanic, I almost never need to go to one but have used Norm Weiss for state inspection and emissions. Very pleased with the speed of service and he was extremely thorough and detailed in telling us what all he found that would need to be addressed in the next year or so. He also was able to give us a discounted rate because it is our seasonal car and had not exceeded a certain number of miles since the last inspection so that was nice.

Rick and his team were fantastic! I'm incredibly pleased with the work they did to fix my car. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage to my car.They gave me the best price, and finished the repairs to my car very quickly. Very professional, great work, and great people! Had a very high quote for some front end damage from my car from a nearby body shop but wanted to get a second opinion so I gave Norm Weiss Automotive a call. Was able to drop my car off that evening and Rich said he could look at it next day.He gave me a call back the following morning and went into great detail about his assessment. His initial thought was it would be a costly repair but said he d give it a thorough examination and give me a call back.Called back about 30 minutes later and thought he had a solution but wouldn t be sure until the following day when the part came in.Rich called back promptly the next day that his findings were right and that the costly repair would not be that costly. Fixed the car with the parts he ordered and it looks good as new.Rich saved me thousands because he s thorough. I have no doubt I will recommend him to anyone that needs a body shop and if I need more repairs done to my car I will call him back without hesitation. He s honest and really tries to do right by the customer. I wholeheartedly trust his judgement.Service: Body & Trim

This place did a phenomenal job and the person that worked on my vehicle (Rich) was incredibly friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humor. I am so glad that this place was recommended to me. They repaired my breaks, lights, and performed a safety and emissions inspection. This is a business you can trust and depend on.

I can't speak for other mechanics in this area, as I really haven't had much cause to frequent them. However, having recently come into possession of an older vehicle, I've had to look for a local mechanic. Let me tell you everything you need to know: this shop is as honest as they come. Competence, knowledgeability and persistence are all great traits (and they display them all), but at the end of the day, I want honesty. They go out of their way to save you money, are up-front about the cost, and in the last two visits have actually ended up figuring out a way to charge me less than estimated. I will never take a car anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I called Norm Weiss to get some information after I had a horrible experience at a dealership nearby (botched work, several visits, caused further damage). Although Norm didn t take on the work (in this case I had to take it to Subaru to prove my case of the damage they caused to get it cleared up), he spent 10 minutes on the phone with us two different times explaining what they had done, how it should be fixed, prices, course of action. I wish I went to him in the first place but he now has my business for life! Thanks Norm!

I highly recommend Norm Weiss Automotive for both body work and service work. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and very fair. I have been using him for years for both of my cars.

Very fair and professional mechanics, trustworthy and efficient. I ve been taking my car here for three years, and when my wife s Vehicle is out of warranty I will be taking her there as well.
