I came into Pittsburgh for a trade show and needed a trickle charger and some other stuff. Did not have transportation and the manager and his team stepped up huge and delivered the stuff to the convention center for me. Even with the inclement weather and cold they got it done. Great customer service. Highly recommend utilizing these guys again.

Use to be my go to when lived down road from. Prices are always right, knowledge staff, not a big box store. Small family feel.Always have what I need for 5 vehicles I own!!! Always!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they don t have very many car accessory s, but that s OK. I d rather have parts that are available.

These guys took great care of me twice. The second time I bought 2 rotors that I ended up not needing and they refunded me and took them back quickly and painlessly. Very knowledgeable as well. Good guys running a solid shop.

NAPA had the parts I needed in stock, they usually do, I also needed to order some nonstandard items which they can get in within just 2 days. Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean store all around. Give NAPA a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed

Very helpful goes out of their way to make sure it's the right parts ur receiving. Knowledgable in many makes n models. Counter people r awesome, kind n very respectful. They don't get upset when u don't know what it is u need but help u figure it out. I will never go to advance. Wish u were open on Sundays also when most of the people are of work to come

Great staff. My new neighborhood auto store. I have two vehicles 15+ years old. Yes, will need them. They had all I needed today and the prices were right.

The staff was wonderful. Ordered what i needed and got it with in 2 hours and had my car fixed and i was on my way back to NC in no time. They went above and beyond to help me in a bad situation. Thanks guys your the best.

I've Never Had A Problem when I need Something,A Part or A Tool,,if they Don't Have it then they Tell Me they can't Get It..

My car battery died across the street from this store. I asked if they had anything that could jump a battery, or one I could buy. Without ever looking up, the man behind the counter said, "The best early Christmas gift you can get for yourself is a AAA card.". I informed him that I did have a AAA card but the store was across the street from my car. I had just spent over an hour walking in the heat and hope to avoid waiting for AAA while sitting on the side of the road in the hot sun. The man (very coldly) informed me he could sell me a battery but asked who was going to put it in; he would not touch my car for insurance reasons. I could have done it myself, but refused to give someone so rude and unsympathetic any money for a battery and the tools.

Some what helpfull had kid eating behind counter thought she worked there but didnt. Then the other lady just let me walk out didnt even help me.. the one on 65... thanks but no thanks

Recently went for parts they had one and said the other parts I needed would be there in a hour. So i went with it and came back after a hour. When the salesman seen me he said I was just going to call you . They only sent one of the items. I can have the other one here in another hour. I returned the one they serve and went else where.
