Move from Florida and was literally the only place I have been to that was friendly and helpful with the process of inspecting a car in the state. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else I have looked into. The car runs better than ever and I have extra money to spend after my first pa inspection!

Everyone here is very pleasant and efficient! I'd prefer this place to anyone. Great customer service. Shout out to Ms Dana for going out of her way to contact the warranty company from her personal device because they weren't picking up fast enough ; ) she made sure that no time was wasted when it came to my vehicle.

We hit a major pothole on 376, came in desperate and Mike helped us out and had us right back on the road and at a very reasonable cost. Great service and a caring guy. Would definitely recommend them.

I was sold a bad tires, within one month of purchasing 2 tires there were air bubbles protruding from my tires and constantly leaking air! When I called to see what I can do about them and hopefully get them replaced they basically let me know that there was nothing that they can do and they wanted me to buy an entirely new tire at full price after just being sold 2 faulty ones!A prior incidents I went in for a brake check because I felt like I needed new ones, I asked him to check my brakes and make sure everything was fine. They gave me the OK sent me on my Way. A few weeks later I scheduled to get my brakes replaced and now I m being told that they are grinding metal to metal and I now need Rotors, by the same mechanic, who previously just told me that my brakes were fine a few weeks prior.Their word is not trustworthy and their customer service/care is not in the Customer s best interest.

Overall happy with services. This shop has fair and honest employees. They have done freebies and tell you what competition can give you a deal. Work done is first class.

Great customer service! Scott, the store manager, was very helpful and my oil change/tire rotation was done in a timely manner because there were multiple clients ahead of me. I will be back!!

Dayna is literally the greatest manager in a mechanic shop I've ever encountered. She is so nice, funny, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I've been coming to this Mr Tire on Rodi for over 5 years, everything from tires to calipers to brakes (shoutout Dayna iykyk lol) to inspections, and even when my car is making the most horrible noises I've ever heard I always get great, fast, and amazing service. And I actually have a good time waiting for my car to get done, everyone on staff has a good attitude and give you back the energy to give them. The techs are great and always do an awesome job.

I was greeted as soon as I entered, even though Santana was with a customer. The problem was solved in a timely manner. Santana has great customer service skills & I left very satisfied with a job well done. Santana s interaction with customers & staff was great. Ms Santana Knight is a great asset to your company. I recommend Mr Tire on Rodi Road they will not be disappointed.

Dropped off for emissions and state inspection. Friendly, quick and honest service.Update: I have used this shop numerous times because I can drop off my vehicles before they open and then walk from work to pick it up. My last experience makes me question their integrity at this point. After numerous manager changes, it seems it is going downhill. Dropped off my Jeep for inspections, oil change and coolant flush. Get a call 45 minutes before I am supposed to pick it up that it "requires" $2,600 in fixes for a state inspection pass. Then it is the customary time fore a tune-up blah blah blah. I go in to pay and ask a few questions, not great answers. I then look on the recommend list and they recommend a new cabin air filter. Just so happens I changed mine 2 days prior. So they recommend something that they did not even take 2 minutes to check. I will now be taking both of my vehicles up the street and thank goodness I didn't get the $1,200 in tires I need for my truck before this.

Go to Mr tire for your tire and auto care needs!!! Great customer service and prices overall!! Dana hooked us up and Ray took care of us at the desk!! I've went to 3 different tire centers and Mr tire was the only place that had my tires. I will most definitely return!!

Had a 11:00 am appointment and they didn't service me untill 12:30 pm, final charges were more than was q uoted n ,and not balance the tires. The service was unacceptable.

I WAS ALMOST OVER CHARGED 2k FOR THINGS I DIDN T NEED, I FIGURED SOMETHING WASN T RIGHT FOR A SIMPLE INSPECTION ..I WENT TO GET SECOND OPINION AND WAS TOLD NONE OF THE THINGS MR TIE ON RODI ROAD SAID WAS TRUE! THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF (UPON LEAVING THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN ASKING WHY HE WAS CHARGED $600 FOR 1 TIRE) I ONLY WAS THERE BECAUSE MONROE MACHINE BROKE FOR INSPECTION . ALWAYS READ THE PAPERWORK I LITERALLY DODGED A BULLET

I came in today the first time for a front end alignment on my 2011 Tahoe. the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and for a very decent price. the folks that work there were absolutely fantastic people and I would recommend them to anybody else needing decent mechanical work on their car

I will never use any auto shops ever again! I will only go to the dealership from now on.As a woman I had confidence you all would do the job as this is your expertise!!!!I am upset at the service I received. I was swindled out of money for unnecessary repairs and did not complete all of work I paid for.I brought my car in for alternator, oil change never got an oil sticker to say when it is due and they attempted to tell me I needed hundred if not thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary work. Car broke down hours after I got it from the shop.I am upset because I paid over 900 dollars for new tires wheel alignment and oil change. They never replaced the alternator nor the battery. They charged me 199.99 to charge a dead alternator and battery!I went to the dealership to get door handle put on car. They told me I needed an oil change. Now my car is still sitting because I cannot drive it. I could use the money minus the purchase of the tires to get my car fixed elsewhere.Thanks and Shame on you Mr. Tire!!!I want a REFUND minus tires AND SPEAK TO CORPORATE!!

Sam was great! They took my car in right away for an oil change. They told me my inspection was due and would I like it done that day. I had to decline that day but I will definitely schedule at a later date. They were efficient, professional and kind!

I'm going to preface this with saying that the in store employees are fine. The whole system is screwed forcing employees to scramble and stumble and then a lack of communication happens creating a storm for all involved.The online system allows customers to make appointments for tires without any sort of consideration for the inventory of the actual store, but also makes no effort to send the tires to the store beforehand.I made an appointment for Saturday 09/02 for a singular tire that they did not have in stock. And was told the tire would be there today Monday 09/04. The tire did not arrive. I was directed to the mosside Blvd store. There are two. I asked which one the employee said by the mini golf place. I drove up there and nobody has any clue. A simple mistake so I drive to the other one and have a weird standoffish conversation with the guy at the other mosside location up the street who told me that the original location (Penn hills) did not communicate anything correct and they have to get it from storage. As I sit here waiting for it to be picked and installed, I wonder if god forbid I need to road hazard this tire if I'll have to go to Morodor or Narnia to do it.In summary, call the store. Because the online system creates a whole disaster of a situation and will ruin a rare Monday off.

The attendant Mike was great we forgot all our documents and he was able to help us download our documents as well as get our car inspected. He was very helpful friendly and patient. The fact that they were open on New Year s Day was also great. Five Star service for sure. I would highly recommend this store.

Mike went over and beyond to get me back on the road today. I needed tires and brakes, but it was no issue for this dynamic crew. Kat was quick and efficient with details on the new tire installations. Sam is the nicest boss man I've run into in many years. I will definitely be back for any services needed in the future.
