The manager comes off super nice, but wait until you have an issue with the service, you realize he is completely fake. Up charged for tires without even having a conversation with me, the customer. Worst of all, however, was puncturing my oil filter while changing my oil. Good thing I realized the slow leak and stopped driving my car because the tech said it almost destroyed my entire engine. I went immediately back with the evidence, which they noted and said it would be resolved. They just ignored me and kept insisting someone would call and issue a check. I said a check for how much? What about my other damages - rental car, etc. The manager was so rude. I plan on filing a small claims against them. Horrible business. Do not go there!!! It s all an act!!!

I went there and received an inspection, I had to go back because they didn t tighten the wheels to spec, I went back Sunday morning (short front desk guy) and the mechanic caused my gas to leak from under the vehicle . Do Not Go there, they 100% can Not Be Trusted!!! I have to known get my truck fixed after having brought it there.

Friendly, quick, and wonderful follow up and support for my tire purchase. Have only used them for tires, rotations, tire repairs, and inspection, but no complaints!

Have been going to Mr.Tire for years. Mike & team are very trustworthy mechanics. They are accommodating and are willing to go above and beyond. They are diligent, fast, and reliable. They know what they're doing and I have never had an issue. Better than any dealership. I won't go anywhere else. Customer service is amazing. They're simply the best. Would highly recommend.

We just came back from Mr. Tire. We will not be back. The Manager took up to the mechanic, who gave my husband false information pertaining to our car. We just came for an oil change. The mechanic without updating his system examined our brakes, and other issues. My husband disagreed with their false finding, because he is educated with maintenance if cars. That's when the Manager was rude! Told us my husband was not a Christain, he He was combative, told my husband to get out. He saw our Bible, became judgmentental and defensive, because they lied. He was extremely unprofessional. We remained civil, inspite of his irate behavior. We won't be back. Liars and crooks with terrible attitude.

Amazing people, they value their customers as friends. I am new to the area and went to the shop to get my tired fixed. They listened to my story, inspected the car, used their equipment to fill the hole, and provided the service, all for free as a warm welcome. This encounter made me glad I chose to move here in Pittsburgh.

I have been here several times to get my car inspected and several months later, my check engine light is still on. Finally took my car to a new shop where I was told this shop reconnected everything backwards, leading me to unnecessarily spend over a thousand dollars here.

Mike and the whole team at Mr. Tire are the best! A year ago I was visiting from out of state and had a nail in my tire. They were able to patch my tire the same day and gave great customer service. Six months later I moved into town and the day after I moved in, I got ANOTHER nail in my tire. I went back and Mike remembered me and was happy to assist and I had another tire patched there. My most recent visit I had an issue with one of my stem valves and needed an oil change. I brought my car over and they had resolved my stem valve concern and changed my oil within a span of 3 hours. By far, they provide fantastic work and custom service and I highly recommend their service center to anyone in the area!

Scam artists, do not give these thieves any of your money.Started off wrong when i made an appointment, i called the day before to confirm i would be seen immediately at 7:30am i was told yes i would. I arrived at 7:25 and told it was going to be 5 hours. (What is the appointment good for then?!) I got a call at noon stating my inspection had failed and i needed to replace multiple lights, struts, rear brakes, and battery. They quoted me almost $1400. My intuition said this didnt seem right. This was 3 days ago, i took my car today for inspection at a local shop up the road for a 2nd opinion. WOW wouldnt you know it, the 2nd shop said none of my lights were out, my battery was fine, however my struts did need replaced. Mr. Tire marked my rear brakes at 1 and 2 out of 5 saying they needed changed immidiately. The 2nd shop rated the same brakes as 2 and 3 claiming they didnt need replaced immidiately and would pass inspection. That is 3 out of 4 things this scam company lied about and they would of charged me $1400 for it. I paid $500 at the 2nd place and drove off with a passed inspection. Do not go here, do not give them any of your hard earned money. They cant even honor a simple appointment. 0 stars if i could.

Mike Lyon, the manager at this location is wonderful. Always pleasant, courteous, fair, informative. He s a great asset to your organization. There are plenty of places for me to take my car right near where I live, but I drive the extra distance to take my car to Mike s store

I was essentially scammed out of nearly $250 by paying for an alignment I did not need. It is not my job to know cars. I teach kids other things all day. I tried my best to ask clarifying questions and clearly stated that I was looking to SAVE as much money as possible on the whole experience. Maybe $250 is not a lot of money to SOME people, but SOME people live on a tight budget and getting new tires is already expensive. The employee who helped me clearly took advantage of me because I was a WOMAN. I had an experience shrouded in SEXISM. Every man who came in was helped and treated better than I and every person who came in with a Tesla and Mercedes was helped and treated better than I. After the experience and waiting nearly 3.5 hours for my tires to be changed I drove my car home with the front passenger wheel making a horrific metal scrapping sound the whole way home. I finally called my partner VERY upset who called the store and was man-splained by the same employee. I called them back to report the horrific noise the tire was making and they finally offered a refund on the UNNECESSARY alignment but told me if I didn't bring the car back that day the refund would take 2 weeks. This was the WORST experience I think I could have had at a tire place.

Great customer service!!! I walked in needing some oil without an appointment. Mike was great and the mechanic who serviced my car was also excellent. Definitely coming back here!

I'm so grateful to be able to have a place I trust and feel comfortable coming to with car issues here in Pittsburgh. I figure due to the nature of the car issues I had, I wasn't given a specific timeline of when my vehicle would be ready so I ended up calling to check in periodically instead. Rick and Mike were always very helpful and understanding and I think it was A+ service overall. Thank you, guys for being so helpful

I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for 6 years. They are a little harder to schedule with lately due to staffing shortages, but worth the wait! All the staff are very professional, thorough, competent, and reasonable. They can help you understand the priority of jobs your car may need, and why (if having everything they recommend done isn't feasible for you at once). They're patient and friendly also. I completely trust my vehicles (and therefore my family's safety) with them.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Been to this location several times in the past. They always do a great job and at reasonable prices. I live out of town, but use this shop when I visit my daughter's family. Nice to have a reliable shop when you are out of town.. highly recommended

I made an appointment yesterday morning to have a tire repaired at 2:00 today. During my appointment call, I provided my name, vehicle type and other related information and was told the repair would take 5 to 10 minutes and then I could be on my way.I showed up at the appointed time and was told that they couldn't find any record of my appointment. I have a record in my call log of a 3-minute call to the location - an I absolutely had an appointment. The man at the desk was unapologetic about losing my reservation, but I was glad when he told me that he could "squeeze me in". After providing all of my information (again) while he typed it in, I asked how long I would have to wait, and he said that it probably be done around 6 PM. FOUR HOURS after my appointment for a job that was supposed to last 5 to 10 minutes. When said that I couldn't wait around for four hours, he just shrugged and said "we had some call offs today". Again, no apology or any expression of regret.I realize that mistakes happen, but if my company made an error like this, I would try to move some things around in the schedule to accommodate the customer - especially since it was just a 5-to-10-minute job. I wasted almost an hour of my time driving to and from Mr. Tire only to leave with no work done. I realize that repairing a tire isn't a big money maker for the shop, but now I will never buy tires or have any other service done at Mr. Tire after this experience.Service: Tires

"Phenomenal," may not be the first word that comes to mind when having your car serviced. However, that has been my experience at this establishment and why I won't go to anyone else. Not only did the manager fit me in immediately as a new client when I had popped a tire, but it was the most pleasant of experiences waiting for the work to be done. From their courtesy, to cleanliness, to conversation, these people care about their customers and delivering on all levels. I could not recommend them more highly. A special thank-you to the manager, Dale, who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and customer experience.

I needed to get all 4 of my tires replaced and I was recommended this shop and for good reason. They were able to get me in and out in a couple hours and called to confirm any work before doing it. They offered me a couple extra besides the tire change but we're very friendly when I declined. I didn't feel swindled or attempted to be taken advantage of (which is huge when you're a young woman alone at a car shop) and really appreciated everyone wearing masks, including the people working on the cars in the garage. Good price and friendly caring service will make me a repeat customer for this place! thanks guys

They always takes good care of me in a reasonable time. Very respectful. I have yet to go anywhere else for my tire needs after my first visit here. Mike and the rest if the crew really make you feel like family.

THANK YOU MIKE and the awesome team at Mr. Tire! I took my car in recently for an inspection. I was very pleased that I was able to schedule the night before right online. I dropped it off that morning, they had it back to me that evening. I have relatively new tires on my car but one of them has been leaking, I was worried I was going to have to replace all 4 since it's awd -- they were able to repair the leak and get me out of there very reasonably. I had a great experience, and was very pleased with how quickly and fairly they handled EVERYTHING!

Mr. Tires is a wonderful place to take your car, very reliable and they get the job done. We have been going there forever, or at least since they opened. They have always done an excellent job and we have never had an issue with the quality of the work or the price of the work or parts. They are always upfront with the cost before they start any work. The best reason to go there is the manage Mike , what a great guy! Friendly, knows what he is talking about and all around one of the nicest fellows I have ever met. That kind of attitude sets the tone for the whole place. Thanks Mike for running such a great business!

I called in with a flat tire early one morning. They got my car in and patched it up within a couple hours. They made sure I came back to have the wheel re-torqued and had me on my way.
