I came in for a possible issue with my car. The technician checked it thoroughly, found nothing wrong, and didn t try to charge me for something I didn t need. I appreciate that kind of honesty because you definitely don t get that everywhere. As I feel this is a trustworthy business, I would recommend them to others and plan to return.

Always have good luck when having my vehicles serviced here, Collin does great work and in a timely manner, isn't afraid of answering any questions about work needed. Or anything that might need attention in the near future.

Westview Monroe was a pleasure to bring my car in for an inspection, and a front end alignment. Dropped off my,picked it up at end of day.The folks were super friendly. The prices were to be expected. No upcharging, no wierd car questions. In and out!

I was having problems with my car and it was diagnosed to have an exhaust problem. I called several places and there was a 2 week wait. Monro took me right away. I raced to their story in Bridgeville. They said they didn't have the part. They ordered it and called me back within an hour. They fixed the car and I am back on the road again. Tyler and Robert treated me with the utmost respect. I am so happy I called them. The price was right.

Twice I made appointments online for late afternoon service. Once for an alignment check, once for a screw in a tire. Both times, upon arrival I was told that the appointment wouldn t be honored because it was too late (appointments for 5:30 when the shop closes at 7pm). I m not sure why they allow you to make appointments they say are too late when you get there, or why they wouldn t call before I showed up and let me know. Either way, shame on me for giving them a second chance. DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE HERE.

We had an Allen wrench stuck in our tire at cemetery lane and were flat by the time we got to Monro. The gentlemen were excellent. Elias even went to pick up a new tire for us since they didn't have one in stock. Highly recommend going there.

I alway have my car previously serviced at my dealership but I had an issue which needed immediate attention. My husband always takes his car to Monroe West View. A quick phone call and I was set for a next day appointment. Elias was very professional, even when I carelessly knocked my keys under the register! A look at my car told them my issue was not as critical as I had thought and it was quickly resolved. They did a courtesy inspection and found a couple issues (some we knew needed attention!). The battery fee might have been a bit lower had I gone elsewhere to get an estimate but it was reasonable and saved time and potential breakdown. I will not hesitate returning or recommending.

If I could rate this place zero I would. I only came here out of convenience to have my tires looked at and an oil change. First they quoted me around $70 for an oil change when I know normally my car costs me around $45 for that. Then for tires they quoted me over $800 to buy new tires and installation (which has never cost me that much in previous years when i went to my car dealership for it) then laughed at me over the phone saying good luck getting a better deal these tires are $66 each. At that point I told the man I'll be taking my car somewhere else. It was too late they already started my oil change. They didn't call like they said they would when it was finished so we drove over to check to see what was going on. My car was parked in the parking lot when we got there so it was obviously done. The end result was $100 for an oil change somehow between the time we dropped it off to picking it up the price increased again. Never go to this place they are skeezy and will rip you off. Just trying to save somebody else a headache and losing money.

I had a lot wrong with my Jeep when I moved to Penn. but Elias and his crew helped me thoroughly and efficiently. Repairs were usually done the day of, if not early the following day. They turned my heap into a Jeep again! Highly recommend!

I had a very great experience. Blake was very friendly and so was his staff. They checked my car in and changed my brakes in a timely fashion, not 3days later like some places out there. When they completed the job . Blake asked me did I have anymore concerns and I was greatful for that. I didn't feel like I was getting taken. I love coming here. Blake is always professional and courteous.

I went in for an alignment in 2 hours later I got my car back after the mechanic gave it a test drive. As I pulled out of the parking lot I realized it was in worse condition than I gave it to him I went home and called and said it is not aligned they informed me that their machine does not work half the time and they could try to do it again. The second time was no different it was worse than I gave it to them I'm writing this review so someone does not throw away $170 and is treated poorly so please save your money

I went out of my way to take my car to this Monro for inspection, and I wasn t disappointed. This shop has the best reviews in the area for a reason. Mike and crew took good care of my car and got it done quickly. They even went out of their way to call my insurance company to get new cards (I forgot to put the new ones in the glove box >_<). I never felt like they pushed for me to do an unnecessary repair. In fact, the only thing they found wrong was a couple of rusted lug nuts that made taking the wheel off difficult. They explained it wasn t necessary for the inspection but I had them do it anyway. They got the lug nuts in quickly and the price was reasonable. I don t mess with lug nuts, I don t have the proper tools to do them right.Friendly service all around. I will be back!

I moved away a couple years ago and am still complaining to my husband about how I can't find a car place I like as much as Monro in West View. I trusted them 100% to do the best they could to diagnose the problem and correct it as thoroughly, quickly, and inexpensively as possible. If we're "fortunate" enough to have car issues in Pittsburgh, I always call them. I used them for 8 years before we moved out of state, and they've looked at 4 cars I've owned during that time (3 of which were over 10 years old). They always treated me with courtesy and friendliness and were quick to show me what the problem was and explain what had happened if I was not understanding. Great place.

Elias could not have been more professional. We had a nail in our tire. Patch vs new tire. Decided on new tire. I thought price was fair. It was humid and hot but he made us feel we made the right choice to go to Monroe. We will be back.

Mike at Monro Muffler in West View is the guy I trust with my car. He is straight up with what needs to be done now and what can wait a little bit longer. I never feel like I am being pushed to get things done so the establishment can make money. He has also been very helpful and patient if I just call with questions on my car. Mike is the first reason I go to Monro but the quality of the work has never let me down either. I have never had a complaint about a repair I have had done in the past 10+ years there.

Mike and his guys are honest, helpful, and have gone out of their way to help us get the right repairs at at the best available price. They make recommendations and point out items that will need addressed, but are never pushy. We have taken our three cars there twice a year, every year, for the last 3 years, and each time, whether major work was needed or just an oil change, we've been pleased with the result.

I never leave satisfied or comfortable with my service. I'll drop my car off in the morning during opening hours thinking I'm helping them out by not waiting around. 1 hour before close i get a call that they cant inspect my car due to a emissions code and it would fail. If my car was looked at around 10 am like he told me it would it would not sat all day. and when i picked up the car thinking i at least got the oil change i requested he stated the mechanic didn't know it needed a oil change although i seen them write it down when i gave them my keys in the morning.

I have a 99 Honda Accord and have taken my car here for inspections and all other services since the car was new. I know I can count on friendly service and reasonable prices. Mike will go out of his way to find a difficult to locate part (like a matching hubcap). I found the services here superior to the Honda dealership and Pep Boys. As a woman who is not a car expert I need a reliable place to take my car. Monro Muffler offers me peace of mind.

I have been coming to Mike at MONRO in West View for close to 10 years. I drive my personal vehicle for work, so dealing with someone I can trust to not damage my car or diagnose a problem that isn t really there is critical. I ve learned over the years to just talk to Mike. I have dealt with other competitors and even the service departments at dealerships and always end up coming back to Mike. I appreciate the service they do and the honesty and integrity he brings to the table.

This Monro is always the best. I've gone to them for years. They are always polite, accommodating, understanding, and never ever talk down to you or try to upsell you. They are honest but most importantly, don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing things about your own car. Love this place and would recommend anyone needing service to go here.

Do not do any business with this shop. The guy Ezekiel is a liar and a fraud. We had someone helping with our tires and instead of him telling us before he started the work that he didn't have the money he went ahead and did the tires and then threatened to keep our vechile from us. Who does business like this. I called the cops and they even chewed him out

Took my car for inspection. They told me I needed all new brakes and rotors among other things. My car is a 2018 with low mileage. They told me it would cost $1200 to fix it in order to pass inspection. I declined and still had to pay for the failed inspection. I took my car else where and they told me the issues they pointed out were completely false and my car was perfectly fine.

For the last 6 years, I ve only taken my car to the West View Monroe. I must say, I ve never left unhappy. From thorough Vehicle checks to the outstanding customer service, Mike and his associates have a customer for life. I have and will continue to recommend the West View Monroe to my friends and family. Please, keep up the great work!

My car started making noises right before a planned trip - they had me in the next morning and repaired in a matter of hours. They took care of brakes, oil, inspection, and emission all at the same time. Highly recommend working with Mike - he took time to explain the issues and my options of how to address them.
