Had a great experience here. Was able to book my inspection appointment online a day ahead of time. Brought my car in, dropped off no issue. Was told it would be ready (with inspection only) before 3:30Turns out my car needed rear brakes and rotors to pass inspection. Had some other things recommended but only did brakes and alignment. All was done by 2:15pm without issue. The front desk person was helpful and kind. Spoke briefly to the mechanic- just because he walked into the office - he was also and answered a couple quick questions I thought of. I will definitely bring my vehicles back. I feel like their work was honest and thorough.

I always take my car to this Monroe for oil changes or anything other maintenance that I need on my truck. Ryan always helps me out quickly and professionally. He's always been straight forward and honest with me for anything that my truck needed. The prices have always been competitive with anywhere else and even my dealership couldn't match the price for the oil changes here! I would highly recommend this store and especially the professional service I've always received.

Went in for a tire change and my wheel lock was broken. I was told that it's not caused by them and was told to go back to the dealership to get it fixed. I was quoted $1250 to fix it at the dealership and both the dealership and Monro refused to take any responsibility. I am unable to change my tires due to the broken wheel lock at this point.

I highly recommend this business, their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. Brianna the manager is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

DO NOT GO HEREI brought my brand new 2021 here a total of 8 times due to a knocking noise in the front of my car. The first 6 times I was told they couldn t hear the noise, charged me for $1000 tires and a alignment. After the 7th time they sent me to a sister location and they also looked at my car. First thing they said was yep, it s definitely making a noise. They realigned my wheels again, and sent me on my way. The noise still has not gone away, and is now worse. I can hear the knocking at lower speeds, and now the car is shaking. I recommend taking your chances with the original dealer than Monro. Monro will take your time, money, and won t actually fix your car.

I went in because my wheel bearing was bad and needed to replaced. I called three days ahead of time but they had no idea who or why I was there when I came in. I dropped off my car at 10 40 and around 13:00 they called me about 14:00 to say that I needed to get my breaks done, rotors and wheel alignment. Costing about 1,180. The store owner was rude with us when we came in to look at it personally. I agreed to the job and when I called back later around an hour before closing they told me the car wouldn't be done for a couple days. I was not given an estimate beforehand so I couldn't properly plan for work for the next couple days. Then when I was finally able to pick up my car, I drove off and the sound my wheel bearing was making before was much worse and a lot louder. I took it back and they told me that they gave me a bad wheel bearing. Why checked beforehand? After thee days of leaving my car with them, I had to take it back again since the problem I paid for $1,200 wasn't fixed (no payment plan offered) They say that the new sound it's making is another new wheel bearing needing to be replaced but it wasn't making that sound before and it's loud enough that I would've heard it before. I understand if they accidentally did something wrong and broke something or installed something wrong but have chosen to be dishonest. Do not go here.

Never in my all my life have i witnessed such shady business and dishonest people in my life. Let me start of by saying I ve been a loyal customer to Monroe for years. From pleasant hills, to this store to the store on Rt 88. From our fleet vehicles, personal, family, and even referring friends their which was the case today at the Mt Lebanon store. I sent a co-worker there cause he had a squeal from under the hood. I told him it was a belt and tension pulley but to take there. They were HONEST good folks. Well not today. My coworker went there and asked them the COST to look at his truck. He was told it s free diagnosis. He agreed. They proceeded to tell him that it would cost well over 400$ to change a belt and a pulley. So i called around for parts and i found the belt 44$ and tension pulley 44$ so that being said the rest was labor. Give me a break. So he called me and i said no way go somewhere else. He told them that Brie told him he would have to pay 37$ and some change because they took the belt off. AT NO POINT IN TIME DID HE AGREE TO ANY MAINTENANCE he did agree to a FREE diagnosis. In the end myself, my company, family, nor friends will be giving any service to Monroe. It s a shame that one person. Can completely ruin a stores reputation. I m a disabled veteran of 40+ years and I ve witnessed some things but this was utterly egregious. Hope you do something with that store manager. I sent him to pepboys in shadyside and he was charged 260$ that s a huge difference in price for the same work. Btw thanks Jeff at Pepboys for being a true professional. Thanks for your time.

We'll definitely recommend this place to other people and my friends.. took care of my car tire problems right away... Even checked the front end of my car for me to make sure everything els was okay. Very professional explained everything ...

Had a break down at the gas station next door. They were very kind and lent my a oil drain pan so I could pull my rear diff cover without making a mess on the ground. Thank you to the nice lady at the desk.

We brought our vehicle in late on Saturday morning of January 13th. We were from out of town and needed to leave on that Monday. We were told that nobody could look at it until Monday. We had a brake line leak and could not safely drive the vehicle. On the initial visit we definitely got the impression that they did not want to do the job. After I called at 3pm on Monday I finally got a call back at 6:18PM with an estimate. Brake line replacement and left rear caliper--over $1,000. Tuesday nothing done. Only one technician (mechanic) could do the work and he was busy. Summary-indifferent treatment by the staff. No work done. Took the vehicle to Rex Auto Sales and Service at 11:30AM on Wednesday and we were on our way by 4:30PM. AT HALF THE COST!

They create more issues than you came in with due to their shotty work. They will not fess up to it and will also charge you more than originally quoted. Life long customer not anymore

We came into town for a quick visit with family. While driving the hilly terrain we noticed our breaks were starting to really cause some problems. Nervous about not being able to make it safely home. We decided to seek out a mechanic. After calling every major repair shop in the area. None of them had an avail mechanic that could look at our pickup that day. We reached out to Monro and the woman on the phone said yes they could look at our truck today and it may take a few hours but they would hopefully have it repaired for us today.So we took the truck into their shop. The mechanic took it on a test drive and pulled it right into a bay. He did some diagnostics and found out the problem and was able to get us fixed and back on the road before rush hour. And the final price was less than he originally quoted.They were the hero s of the day in our book. And we definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Hands down the nicest people here. I just had a front bottom skirt part of my Volvo come off and they put it back on no charge - yes free. I appreciate this so much and will certainly give you my business in the future. Nice to see places still doing good for the community.

Horrible service these people have no clue what they are doing tried charging me 430 for a belt and pulley..went to shady side pepboys Jeff did the job for 260 dollars out the door..the manager and tech at this location is horrible ..charges me 37 dollars and didn t authorize anything ..the girl at counter told me it was free to look at then tells me she has to charge to put the belt back on my truck ..Brianna is a horrible manager and technician didn t even know how to put my belt back on ..

First time getting work done here and had a great experience. Jeff and his staff were very polite and very knowledgeable. Had complete front pads and rotors done in a little over an hour and will definitely be going back.

Best auto shop in the area. My partner and I have come here with several different issues over the years and always had excellent service and work done. One of the few places that cares about the person and doesn't want to rip them off with unnecessary repairs/parts. Would recommend to anyone.

I have visited this Monroe before and I didn't leave a review this is my second time visiting this location. The people who work here are wonderful people this is the second time Brie and and Jeff have helped me out when I was in a bad situation. Long story short the first time that I was at this location out of the goodness of there heart's they fixed my tire at no charge and simply smiled and told me have a wonderful day. Jeff and brie are a special kind of people now this is the second time I came here and needed my tire changed and they helped me again, they go above and beyond to help customers. I've never had this kind of great service before. I'm so thankful that I had the chance to meet them.I will always take my vehicle here,so if you want top-notch service and your not sure where to take your vehicle to get work done on it tires brake work ect. Then I highly recommend this store you will be amazed at the service you receive..it's worth the trip even if your far or near. I'm so thankful that they were able to help me out with my tire..thank you Jeff and brie for your kind words and time..

Try elsewhere. The team quoted $1300 worth of work for our Elantra to pass inspection: breaks, rotors, and wheel bearings. We took the vehicle to another shop - the vehicle needed NONE of it and passed. Breaks pads only 3/4 worn. Commission is valued more than helping customers at this location.

It's my first time here and they were very helpful. They showed me what was wrong with my car and unfortunately what previous mechanics charged me for and never replaced. I will be coming back here. I'm glad they were recommended.

I would like to give a big shot out to Jeff Kennedy and his staff for being Professional and Honest with me I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS MONRO.!.!.! Jeff took care of me on Sunday January 29 2023 when the Monro on 331 Cochran Rd, Mt Lebanon, PA 15228 would not because I had my own brand new tires apparently they were more worried about a sale then taking care of a customer that would more than likely return... Thank You Again Jeff Kennedy for getting me out of a jam....

they tried charging me over a grand for an oil change and to fix my rusted chassis. i told them just the oil change and will go somewhere else for the problem. turns out they gave me the wrong information on what the chassis exactly is and there is absolutely no rust under my car. just trying to scam me or smthn. i won t be back, not even for a simple oil change.

This location (Mt Lebanon) of Monro saved the day! I had a really terrible experience at the Mount Pleasant, PA location. They sent me away twice with an unsafe car and damaged my wheels in the process. After that mess, I took it to the Mt Lebanon location and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Jeff, the store manager, went out of his way to ensure that my vehicle was appropriately fixed. He made sure I was given a new wheel free of charge since the previous Monro damaged it. He also drove my car himself to make sure that it was fixed safely and correctly the second time around. Thanks Monro of Mt Lebanon Blvd for your standard of quality! As a consumer, it s hard to find businesses with employees who care and work these days - but I m confident Jeff and team will get you taken care of!

Took my car in for a new flex pipe on my exhaust. Was told it wasn't going to be too expensive; a little over $400. While on the phone I was informed my front brakes and rotors were completely shot. They could do the brakes, rotors, and exhaust fix for a little over $1100. Thank goodness I decided against the repairs. Took it to another exhaust shop and got the flexpipe replaced for $188. Took it in for inspection and was informed that my front brakes were only about half worn. They did not need replaced at this time. Passed inspection only costing $80. Always get a second opinion. Monroe almost ripped me off for $1000. Never again will I take a vehicle there.
