The worst service ever, and car interior was neglectedI recently visited Monro Auto Services for wheel alignment, oil change, and tire replacement, and I must say that the overall service was unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, after I left I quickly realized on my way home that my car was still pulling to the left even when the steering wheel was straight. I returned to them, and they fixed it under warranty, or so they claimed. However, the problem persisted. The steering wheel still veers to the right while driving. I reached out to their support, but received no response. I m frustrated and wondering if there s a different branch of this service with competent staff who can properly handle alignment issues.Moreover, there was one significant drawback that affected my overall experience.I was disappointed to find my light gray driver s seat significantly dirtier than when I arrived. It was dirty, black with horrible soot. It seemed as though they had been neglected during the service process, resulting in a noticeable buildup of dirt and grime. This oversight was unexpected and left me feeling somewhat frustrated.I had to mention that before I left and then waited for 30 minutes standing and waiting while they start cleaning it. I don t know why it is even possible to make car interior dirty while you re working.

The guys at Monro got me an appointment expediently and had my vehicle done very quickly. I had a tire blow out on Friday evening, called/made an appointment Saturday morning, dropped my vehicle off Saturday evening, and my vehicle was done early in the afternoon on Monday. The tire I needed was not in stock, so it had to be ordered, or I m sure it would have been done in a day. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of service done on their vehicle.

My wife noticed our back driver's tire was deflated shortly after she left for work. Luckily Monro was able to get us in and check/repair the problem. They were extremely busy but assured us the vrhicle would be ready, and as promised they were nothing short of that result. We have been here a few times before for other service and the atmosphere is very professional, friendly and reasonable in price for the work performed. Highly recommend!

Kind of a pain to get there but I used these guys all the time. Sometimes took longer than I'd like but these guys always seemed to get hammered with customers. Very busy place but short handed. Scott always took very good care of me but since he's no longer there I'm not sure if if I'll use them again. Monroe corporate left these guys short handed all the time. They needed more help. Monroe screwed up when they didn't try to keep Scott and get him more help. He's a great mechanic and service writer but he couldn't do everything, which he did. They rest of the crew was good too but you can't keep slamming them with work and not enough help. Monroe corporate needs to wake up and take care of their people or they're not going to have any good people left.They'll probably lose Ray too. Another overworked mechanic. You had a great manager with Scott but you screwed up Monroe letting him leave. Take better care of the people you have or your gonna lose all your good ones.

I originally took my car to get it inspected and found out that I needed a new CV Axel so I didn't think much about it and sent it to another shop (not Monro) but a little small shop down the street from my house. Upon pick-up I find they had broken the CV Axel they just put in. Came here and Ray got the work done within 24 hours and the car is running just fine now and not leaking a ton of expensive Mitsubishi transmission fluid at $35 a liter. Ray, thanks again buddy for taking care of business! When Ray says "I'll get it done", best believe he's gonna get it done and the proper way!

Elias was the only person willing to help me with my stuck down driver's side window after a long morning of searching the local area on a Sunday. When I told him it was probably the fuse, he took 5 minutes of time out of his busy day to pull the blown fuse. Then told me which one to get AutoZone since they didn't carry it and how to replace it if it keeps tripping. As an out of towner, he absolutely saved me before my 8+ hours drive today. Thank goodness for Elias and thanks to Monro Auto Service!

Scott is a life-saver. He made sure that I get safely to and from work when the tire pressure indicator lit up and took care of my car the following day. Efficient, affordable, kind, and great sense of humor. I cannot praise him enough. I will be a returning customer.

Elias was completely unprofessional and did not honor the communication that I had with his assistant earlier. I had a leak in my tire that needed fixed and called ahead of time (9:30 am) to make sure it was ok to drop off (10:00 am). When I followed up on my car later in the day (5 pm) I spoke with Elias and stated I was following up on the status of my car. He said that they were unable to get it and would probably get to it tomorrow. When I communicated that I spoke with someone before dropping it off he stated that I probably spoke with his assistant. When questioned about the probability of the tire being fixed next day he said it depends on what all comes in tomorrow . This made me question the workflow, in which, I proceeded to ask do you not work on a first in, first out system. He said he hasn t been off in 7 days and that nobody wants to work hard. Probably one of the worst communication experiences I ve had in my life. Please don t waste your time.

Fast & friendly help with a tire leak - on a Sunday! Travis spotted the sneaky hole and plugged it straightaway, and I was on my way in literally 5 minutes.

Shout out to Scott for being amazing! I've been here a few times. They are always able to get my car in quickly and it's always finished on time. The guys here are great I'm always worried when I take my vehicle in I'm going to end up being told I need additional services or it's more expensive than I budget.. that's not the case here. I am able to trust their opinion and they have always done right by me and have been willing to work with me if I needed to split things into multiple services or if I needed something done on a short timeline! They do tend to be pretty busy on the weekends so it's definitely better to try to go during the week unless you're okay waiting or coming back for your car

I came here because of the positive Google reviews. I can say that the reviews were right! This Monro was amazing! Scott, the worker and gentleman who rang me out, was so polite and prompt! He made sure I was getting a good deal and that I got in and out in a timely fashion. I do recommend this place and I will be back!

The team at this location were excellent. They were accommodating in completing the service within my timeline and on short notice. They were very helpful, and I highly recommend this location. I'll be returning in the near future with another vehicle.

I dropped my car off for a State inspection and it was done when promised!! Scott said he would "make it happen" and he did. Very professional, courteous staff. Will go back for other services on my vehicle--well done!!

Scott Donovan and the Monroe crew were excellent! We needed emergency repairs to continue our cross country road trip during our short stay in Pgh. We had multiple issues after a BAD travel day: Brake pads, rotors, tires - everything completed in record time and car returned to us without missing a day of our trip! Love their attitude and their work!

Scott and the rest of the team at Monroe are awesome. They ve always found a way to fit us in when we re in a bind and get the job done right. We can always rely on them and trust that they are looking out for our best interest. Have been and will continue to always take my cars here.

I got great advice and the service was simple. Very great place to get any work done on your car. The parking lot is small so beware you might wanna street park before stopping in. Other than that the place was great and they got my tires in quickly and my car inspected and new tires were put on after I dropped it off earlier in the day. I plan to come here again and refer them every chance I get.

Since they changed Manager and put someone new, he is so rude and unprofessional. It is easy to get appointments since not many people goes there. It is my last time I go to this store. I have three cars and use to go there but today is last day going in that store .Not recommended to anyone to go there

Amazing service! I went for a scheduled oil change and they had a lot of people in line and there was only one person working I could see. He communicated the wait time and said they would call when finished, and my car was still done in record time! I appreciated how informed he was and kept in contact and how fast they were. I highly recommend!

They were able to get me in quickly when another tire shop I typically use canceled an appointment short-notice (even though it s apparent monro is currently short-staffed like many similar businesses are). Good service, and I will return.

GO HERE! FAIR, FAST, & FRIENDLY!Whether you re uncertain where to take your car for service or confident in your current place, I urge you to take your vehicle here. It s hard to trust people with your vehicles. I did my research to get here and saw lots of positive reviews. I can now confirm it is indeed a positive experience. I had a brand new car up for 1st state inspection & my busy work schedule. I called and the manager Scott was helpful immediately. He was very accommodating & managed to find a place for me, knowing I called toward the end of the month. My appointment & overall experience went great. No surprise costs or unnecessary suggestions. It was ready on time with reasonable rates. Excellent customer service &quality work!I don t write reviews often, but I read many & appreciate them. I found it especially important to write one when it involved car maintenance & great service. I could ve gotten my state inspection free at my dealership but going here instead was worth it! I will be back as needed. I highly recommend you stop by or call the manager Scott to address your needs.Thanks for reading my review!

I am SO grateful that I found Scott here about 3 years ago. Finally found someone who is honest, cares, and is reasonably priced. I will not go anywhere else it is great to not have to worry about being ripped off. They even do extensive repairs for a good price and are super FAST! Scott is an absolute one of a kind and an asset to Monro. I cannot recommend this place enough. Come here for an honest mechanic- we all know they are hard to come by.

I am SO grateful that I found Scott and his crew! I finally found someone who is honest, cares, and is reasonably priced. I will not go anywhere else it is. I even drive a half hour just to go to this specific location so that tells you something. It's such a reliefnot to have to worry about being ripped off. They even do extensive repairs for a good price and are super FAST! Scott is an absolute one of a kind and an asset to Monro. This is the only place I've went where they treat everyone equal no matter your gender. I've went to previous places and they treated me differently because I'm a female. I cannot recommend this place enough. I tell all my friends about this specific location. Come here if you want an honest mechanic that goes out of his way to fix your vehicle we all know that's hard to come by.
