Booked appointment online after my tires arrived. Spoke with tech about a key drop because I started work before shop opened. Dropped the car off and put key in drop box. I was busy working and called the shop around 1pm and the tech had no idea about my car, he saw it and thought it was completed. He said he was off the day before. Huge lack of communication and professionalism. I arrive around 315pm and it appears they had just taken my car in to get started. I then had to sit there for hours while they did the work that should have already been completed. I will never use Monro again.

The service was top-notch. They took care of a nail in my tire. Had me in and out quickly. Highly recommended. Will be returning for future car needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Monro!!!! Alan, the manager, has been so great to work with and saved me over $2500 that another shop was trying to charge me for repairs I didn t even end up needing. I m so glad I took my van here for a second opinion!! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they kept me updated on progress, and finished everything early, even with adding on my state inspection which I wasn t originally scheduled for.

People be aware, those people are scammers, they just have this location to scam the people and steal their money, they even don't know how to install break pads, changing breaks is basic and simple work!! My cousin took her car to charge break pads, when she got there they told her she has to change the rotors too which I'm sure the car doesn't need rotors, anyway they ordered the parts, waste 5 hours of her time, after long waiting and she doesn't has any mechanical experience, they told her the company sent wrong breaks hardware with pads and you could order those break hardware from Toyota dealer!!! Guess what!! They put the break pads with out breaks hardware (clips) !!!! After they charged her and took her money, she left their business and drove her car, she Uber to feed her kid, they took her money , they put her life, her kid, her passengers in danger because the break pads are missing important parts, after couple days she called me and explained what happened and she can't drive her car because she's hearing noise coming from the breaks and they are not holding well, I checked the brakes and I found out there are no brakes clips, I went back to their location, I talked to them about the mistake which they made, they said we asked her to bring the breaks hardware and we'll install it for free!! it makes no sense, the parts from you, she didn't bring her own parts from other businesses, which could lead to her responsibility!! And how dare you install breaks with missing parts and put your customers lives in danger and you might kill them, and why she has to order parts and pay for it to fix your mistakes!!! I asked to talk to the manager and his assistant said he isn't here and he will be here after two days!! Ok put the old parts and take your parts and give her the money back, he said I can't do that and you have to deal with head corporation, ok fix the car because you got paid, he said bring the hardware!! I called the police and I got the police report, I took the car to someone who I know, we got the breaks hardware from AutoZone and starting to fix those people mistakes, guess what, we found the break pads which they installed are damaged , and ruined the edges of the rotors, also ruined the calipers pistons rubber, so we had to buy new break pads and install them and coast more money and waste the time! She's ready to file complaint and take these people to the court.

Today I visited this place for my vehicle state and emission inspections. The guy there checked in my car and gave estimate for brake pads, brake rotors and all 4 tiers (around 1700$) to replace in order to pass the inspection. Since I was not prepared to spend 1.7K bucks immediately hence asked to give me some time to check the deals and my budget as well. He got mad on me as I did not buy the stuff from him. He asked me to pay full amount of 85$ and I paid without doing emission check even. but i felt bad the bad he talked to me, and he was so rude with me that he left the emission wire untied in my cat on the driver side floor and arguing with me that it was like that only. I generally don't write review but that big guy there was so rude and unprofessional so i decided to write this review so that other my friend should be aware of him before going to this store. Generally, no body charge for the stickers if inspection fails but he was so unhappy with me that he charged full amount as I did not buy tire and other stuff from him. I would never go back to this place and will not advice others my friends to go there. I should have given no star for his behavior. Pathetic people there!

I made an appointment to come in at 11am the day before, they told me they couldn t get me in until 2pm because they were short staffed and had a bunch of walk ins, they prioritize walk ins more than people that make appointments in advance. That doesn t make sense. Wouldn t recommend this place at all

The team at this Monroe location is fantastic. They always honor the appt time, offer me repair options based on the (free) diagnostic, and I feel the pricing is very fair and work is completed with safety and high standards in mind. This is definitely my go-to auto / tire shop!

Josh helped me, and he worked with me to get my car road ready within my price range. I needed tires, an oil change, and my brakes more than likely. Always bringing me up to speed on what they were doing with my car and what they could see. Explaining everything for me to understand easily.

The shop manager Allen is a really good man. Honest, direct, and knowledgeable. Very rarely do you go into some of these shops and NOT feel you're being taken for aride. These guys told me the problems with my vehicle, their recommendations, and let me decide how I wanted to move forward without any unnecessary pressure. They've earned my returning business.

Do not waste your time or money at this location. I have had multiple experiences with this shop failing to meet expectations. First incident was getting a quote over the phone for an oil change and tire rotation, them knowing the year make and model. Upon getting said service and going to pay, the price had doubled. Corporate was called about this incident and a service certificate was issued. Upon going to use said certificate, the manager claimed he did not know how to use a Monro Corporate service certificate. My latest experience was going to another Monro location and requesting an oil change and tire rotation. Upon getting my vehicle back, the tire rotation was not done. Again, I called corporate and was told to take it to this location to remedy the issue. When I arrived they said the rotation was not done because my tires are shot and I need all new ones. The legal limit for tires is 2/32, they verbatim said my tires were 4/32 (see attached picture of my shot tires). However, the manager said he would only rotate them so no formal complaints would be made. This place never fails to show its complete lack of competence and customer service. I ve consistently felt uncomfortable and disappointed with the service. Look elsewhere!

They put my life and my child life In risk when they replaced my car brakes. There was a shortage of brake parts after I paid $700 to fix them.I came back to them the next day cuz the brakes were not working well absolutely was damaged cuz it was missing a part they refused to repair them . actually they need more experience ,dealing and truthfulness.

My Van broke down when I reached Pittsburg on my way to St. Louis. I was able to get 8 AM appointment on Saturday. The technician was able to diagnose the problem accurately and in 2.5 hours they were able to change my van's alternator. Even though they added some extra charges like disposal fee/franchise profit other than labor and parts, they were transparent and got the job done. After the fix I was able to drive 2000 miles with no issue. They also inspected my to make sure there are no other issues for free.

I have visited them twice over the last one year and both times I had pleasant experience. During my first visit, they thoroughly inspected my SUV and resolved the issues promptly; charges were pretty fair/nominal for the work they performed. During the second visit, after thorough diagnostics, no issue was found in my wife s car, and they did not change me for the time they spend on diagnostics. Their staff has always been courteous.

Came in because of 1 tire not holding pressure. Courtesy Inspection was very thorough, including check of brakes, engine fluids, and other notable parts. I was hoping to have the tire repaired, but since it was not repairable, I went ahead with the purchase of replacement tires. They were able to match my newest tire in rating/ weather standards, and the price was reasonable, so I was happy with the tire stock they had available. Work was done quickly but with attention to detail - several other parts were pointed out that I should keep an eye on, but there was no sales pressure whatsoever. I was offered the info and choices, and the mgr was happy to proceed however I wanted. Will definitely return here for future auto work!

Purchased and installed new tires for my car, they were honest about their pricing, quick, and efficient. The service was excellent, after a complimentary inspection, they found my previous techs did not replace the air filters for me, and got me an air filter on the spot. 5 stars
