Scheduled thru roadside service to tow my car to service station. Called to check 2 hours later and I was told they were finishing one job in Sewickley and would be out. An hour later I called to check again where they were and the phones were off for the night and we're stuck with a broken down car. Terrible service and dishonest.

Locked keys in the car, which I have done before in the past in which a company came out and unlocked it without issue. Had Brandon from Randy's come out this time, he showed up and after 4 minutes he said he couldn't do it and asked if I wanted to try it myself....lol, he said it "had to be towed"...and jumped in his truck and rode off into the sunset, leaving a customer stranded on the road in the rain. Feel bad for companiesnow a days trying to hire in today's world bc this is the trash millenials they end up with.

Terrible experience. The store charged me unreasonable storage fee also, I should get it back. This store does not have all necessary tools to do the work, the store will have to tow your vehicle to other big dealers to finish the job, and of course, you will need to pay the tow fee.

Waited 2.5 hours after they told me an average of 45 mins. When they arrived the driver told me told me, smugly, that he wasn't taking a passenger. When I insisted that I had to go with my car and that I scheduled the tow with a passenger he said "too bad". He then drove off while I was pleading my case on the passenger side of his truck with his door open! When I called to report him the dispatcher screamed at me, hung up and wouldn't answer any more calls from me. This company already has a bad rep and I found out why.

BE WARNED. They showed up to tow my car. Offered their mechanic service saying they could do the simple repair to my car for good price. I called a couple days later to ask what the status of the car was and they said it would be done the next day. The next day came and went no call. I called the day after they said it was done and the mechanic said it was almost done. The mechanic called back a couple hours and starting asking questions about the car, he obviously had not begun work on it. I called at the end of the day and they said that the mechanic said he was done and then started listing off a number of things that he did to the car that weren t related to the issue (steam cleaning the engine, topping off all of the fluids, and cleaning the interior). I assumed these were complimentary since I never received a call asking for him to perform the additional tasks. When he told me the price it was near $1,000 if I paid him cash (super shady since his brother the tow truck guy basically swindled me into having him do the work). I brought enough cash to pay him but was planning on asking why he had charged me for performing unnecessary work on the car, but didn t because this guy is seriously shady. So I paid him and left. When I got in my car it smelled terrible, like an axe factory blew up inside my car. I found an empty container of BOD men s spray under the passengers seat. They did no visible cleaning to the interior and only sprayed it with a cheap dollar store men s body spray. Also the power windows didn t work. We had to have another mechanic check the work and fix some of the new issues with the car. These people are just 100% dishonest. Should be out of business and likely will once the IRS realizes they are down pricing for cash. Also the inside office of this place is a freaking wreck. It looks like an abandoned gas station-turned mechanic shop. Avoid this business

Was told my car would be towed in 1.5 or 2 hours. Now closing in on 4 hours stranded. Disgraceful.

Roy is a great mechanic. He makes my car hum. He is definitely a car whisperer especially when I trust him and don't try to be too specific about exactly what needs to be done. I give him a budget and ask him to consult with me before any major repairs.

Car accident repairs: slipped off the road and collided with a telephone pole. Front end really messed up. Car was towed to Mitchell s Autobody. Roy Mitchell was very professional and considerate of the issues needing attention.He did excellent repairs at a very reasonable cost. Fundamentally dishonest. My car needed towing--they were to be there within 2 hours. After 2 and a half hours I called and they said they were on their way would be there in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later I called they said the truck broke down and they would send another. They were to take it to the dealership in Wexford but took it to another dealership in Pittsburgh. Other than that they were great!!

****Do Not Use Them**** I was getting my truck towed to the dealership which couldn t get to it for a couple of days. Tow truck showed up and the driver said they had a mechanic that could see sooner. I had them tow it to their shop. Everything about the place seemed shady from there on but since my truck was towed there I figured to let them do the work. Mechanic tried to sell me on way more work. He ended up saying he could repair my caliper. Here I am a month later and I hear a grinding noise coming from the same caliper. Things happen so I called and the mechanic tells me the caliper must be bad and he will work with me on price to fix. I ask why he had me pay to repair if it was bad and he said he can t tell me without looking at it. This place got me once, not again. I told him I would take it somewhere else. Hopefully this post saves somebody time and money.

Roy is very knowledgeable about how to fix cars what's wrong with them. My navigator had a brake line that was leaking and Friday afternoon right before holiday weekend we want to go away and Roy took care of me thanks very much Roy

Our box truck broke down near by, Roy got it in fast and fixed the problem at a fair price! Roy is very down to earth great guy!
