The service I have received from a specific representative of the service department is absolutely deplorable. Upon every interaction with this person, my questions are responded to with eye-rolls and condescension. Trying to express my concerns about my vehicle feels pointless due previous instants where they were ignored by this person. As a customer, I just want a smooth, easy experience when having my car serviced, but this employee has made that very difficult every time.

Not really wanting to drive downtown to see a Mini Countryman that I reviewed on the Internet, I made the trip from Wexford. I am sure glad that I did! Evan was a joy to deal with and after a few days of 'shopping' around, I bought the vehicle on March 26th. This car is much nicer that I ever anticipated and financing was a breeze. This was my 1st time @ a mini dealership, and my 1st new car purchase in over 30yrs! In-between I've leased new cars but not a purchase. There's a big difference between leasing and buying on many levels. So I was a little apprehensive about a purchase. That said I 1st contacted the dealership by phone and spoke with Evan. We had good conversation and he was very informative. I didn't feel pressed in any way to go into the dealership but chose to make an appointment with him to look and possibly test drive a mini. We met in the morning and after reviewing the current inventory we took a test drive in a convertible mini s with the top down of course . The cars sell themselves and the sales associates provide the customer service experience you're looking for when buying a car in this category. Evan was relaxed, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I also was trading my current vehicle and I loved how they used the KBB process to determine value of my trade. The financing went smoothly as well (thank you Chris) and I was overall ecstatic about my new car and experience I had with the team @ Pittsburgh Mini!!! Thank you all

Many thanks to Kyle, Jason and Ian for the exceptional customer service they provided me for my 2023 MINI Countryman purchase! They were easy-going throughout the entire process from the test drive all the way to the financing. You know you're getting a great vehicle when you purchase a MINI (owned a 2-door and 4-door hardtop in the past), and adding fantastic customer service was icing on the cake!

Everyone at the Mini of Pittsburgh Dealership was amazing. Kyle and Jason both made our experience with buying our new mini the best. We could not be happier with our 2023 Mini Countryman Untamed Edition. It is simply perfect. Thank you for everything. Will definitely do this again.

Monitoring Advisor, Evan Cambest and Motoring Supervisor, Jason Karpa are hands-down AWESOME!! I've been toying w/ buying a Mini for over a year; first went into to scope out the 2dr HT coupe SE, then when word of a CountryMan ALL4 EV came out switched my attention to that. Proceeded to bug them about the CountryMan EV roll-out for months!! They were so patient, cooperative, informative and all the while, remained fun to deal with. Throughout 2023, I was deliberating between a Kiro EV, a Kona EV and Mini EV. I test drove all three and liked many things about all of them; but none were available for sale. I even put a deposit down on the CountryMan EV; though would have jumped at first available of the 3 to hit the Pgh market. When Mini delayed the roll-out of the CountryMan until Fall 2024, I jumped on the available Mini SE at Mini of Pittsburgh. Evan and Jason were so helpful thru the entire sale process! Major kudos to both gentlemen. (2 thumbs up emoji)

Incredible staff at Mini of Pittsburgh and wouldn t buy from anyone else. Never felt rushed or pushed into buying something and was treated very well the entire 6 months I annoyed them.Drove away in an awesome Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4.

The guys here were extremely helpful and nice. They made the experience of buying a used vehicle easy. We got a great price and were able to leave quickly, without a hassle. The building is nice, the parking is limited. The fancy coffee machine looked really cool, and I was excited to use it, but it was broken. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

The staff is fantastic!!! They are very knowledgeable,professional, kind, understanding and they really care about their customers. I can t say enough about all the workers there! Was truly impressed by the quality of their service. A++++A special thank you from my heart goes to Jason the sales manager, Morgan the sales representative, and Gavin the repair department manager!I guess I m gonna run out of space!I can t say enough about the employees. We just purchased our fourth MINI from MINI of Pittsburgh. Over the last 15 years, we ve bought new off of the showroom floor, built our own and have even bought used. Every time it was a pleasure. Not only is their customer service excellent, but they actually make the whole new car buying experience fun!

My Husband and I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years. We decided on a Mini Cooper and set off to Mini of Pittsburgh to check them out. From the minute we entered we were treated like family. Kyle our salesman was top tier. Our entire buying experience was honestly the best we have ever had. Kyle went above and beyond for us to make sure we were happy, his attention to detail was much appreciated. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle or one of our children. It s the entire experience at Mini of Pittsburgh and they are really setting the standard high for the others. Once you shop BMW / Mini will you even go to the others? Probably not

Very appreciative of the service my fianc�e and I received from Mini of Pittsburgh. Jason, Shawn, and Rich were wonderful helping us trade our cars in and start a lease on a Mini Cooper S Clubman.They were very helpful in handling the majority of the process remote and with as little interaction as possible since my fianc�e is high risk for covid. Not only that, but they made the whole process as pain free as I've encountered with car sales.The atmosphere was very relaxed and certainly somewhere I'd like to do business again in the future.

So this is how it normally goes You walk into a car dealership dreading the uncomfortable and often tedious negotiations of identifying and purchasing a new car. There are so many unknowns and money is tight.Well that was definitely NOT my experience at Mini of Pittsburgh. As soon as I walked into the low key showroom a young man named Evan literally bounded up to me but in the most helpful way. He was energetic but respectful, knowledgeable but not pressuring. SOLD! One new Mini S 4 door. Love it. Thank you Evan and his boss, Justin, who supported his salesman with just the right amount of presence and distance.

I bought a new MINI to replace my 07 R56. It was so fun building it and while waiting for it to arrive I would get weekly updates on where it was in the process. Once it arrived my salesman Evan sent me a video of it. Buying a new car should be fun and MINI of Pittsburgh definitely makes it a fun and memorable experience.

My experience at Mini of Pittsburgh was outstanding! My initial contact was by phone and Evan followed up and responded to all my questions. At the dealership, it was an honestly professional and transparent experience. Jason worked with me to find my perfect Mini. The whole car buying experience was outstanding. No pressure and everybody listened to what I wanted. I love my Mini and can t imagine having any other car. I would purchase another Mini from Pittsburgh Mini. Morgan McLane made sure I got the Mini I wanted and is super knowledgeable about Minis and how to care for a convertible. When we test drove the Mini with the top down he made sure my husband had a hat to wear because it was chilly. He also checked in with me a day after to see how I was liking my Mini. I love my new red Mini convertible. Now I just need sun and no rain. Stacy

We are delighted to have a new mini. The car is beautiful.We were equally delighted, and surprised to have such a pleasant experience at the dealer. The sales representative was superb as he an allayed our initial trepidations that buying a car is a pain. Same too with the manager.I am pleased with the results

Nice experience but a few minor things that are irritating. My car only had 1 key and I wasn t informed before purchasing. Also tires are close to end of useful life. If I was selling the car I would have replaced them. Was supposed to have car delivered but had to pickup due to staff shortages. Otherwise smooth and good experience with staff and sales process. Fixed a few other things I asked for and did it right the first time.

I have been a Mini owner since 2003 and when my first Mini died after 15 (!!!) years, I knew I wasn't ready to leave the Mini fam. Due to work conflicts, I needed to buy a car sight unseen, which can be a stressful process. Jason was extremely patient and thorough in helping me locate and secure a car that fit my needs within my price-range. Additionally, his customer service was outstanding, picking me (and my dog) up from the airport in rush hour traffic due to a delayed flight. Dra and Barat were also great, ensuring I had the best experience possible. If you are looking to buy a Mini, which you absolutely should, this is a great place to do it. Thanks, y'all!

This review specifically is about the service department. I can t speak for the sales department.I cannot stress this enough keep your mini Cooper away from this dealership. They are no better than a glorified Jiffy Lube. I have owned over 30 vehicles and currently own four. I have used tons of mechanics and dealerships throughout the country. This place is something special. They assume you have no knowledge whatsoever so they try to hose you for everything. Like people don t compare prices elsewhere or reference online?? It always amazes me how car dealerships actually try to hurt you more than help you. I understand business believe me, but give me a break.Also if you compare their prices to anywhere else they are also 75% higher on everything. My mini cooper S is my third vehicle I use it to run around in the city but, if this was my primary form of transportation, I would be livid dealing with this place. Save yourself the hassle go elsewhere. Paying the diagnostic fee to get my vehicle out of there was the best money I ve ever spent. Vehicles is already getting alternator put in for a half the price elsewhere.

This is the worst dealership. They disregard your concerns in service and say they don't exist. While doing that they make the problem even worse. If I bring the car in and say you stripped one of the lugs holding the front wheel on and you say everything's fine and then I take the wheel off and now there's two strip lugs because you just ran the damaged lug into another hole...I'll be taking the car to a garage who knows how to fix something to have the front hub replaced because of your carelessness and lying

Super sweet staff and awesome customer service both in store and on the phone. Came here to get an estimate on a missing part they replaced it for free right away (car still under warranty). Will definitely come here again!
