I tried 5 other places closer to me for oil change and tire rotation. I have a lift and bigger tires on my truck and nobody wanted to bother with it. Finally I talked to Dave at Midas. He said no problem bring it up. I actually got in that same day which was a plus. This place is my new "go to". Very nice guys, prompt service and they were a better price than anyone I talked to. I would Highly Recommend!!!

I have always loved their professionalism and nothing has changed! They always give you an all over assessment of your car, not just the issue you have then, and help you to prioritize the critical from the things that can wait. Highly recommend them

I got a piece of metal in one of my tires the day before my brand new set came in. Stop by to see if they could do a quick match job to hold me over till the next day when I got my new tires put on. They got me right in and fixed up in less than 20 minutes. These guys are great and so nice.

These guys are great! They know what they're doing and their customer service is wonderful. This is a 5 star + review.I had purchased new tires at a Midas in Virginia the week before. Then I left to visit family in Ohio. One morning, one of the new tires was flat. I took it to a Midas in Ohio to get it fixed. They looked at the tire and said nothing was wrong and reinflated it. It held for a few days, but when I was driving back to Virginia, I noticed the tire was leaking again. Luckily, I was near this Midas location when I noticed the problem and took the car here.These guys did the same test for a leak (soapy water) that the Ohio Midas did. But these guys actually found the problem - the valve stem. They fixed it pretty quickly, too. They honored the warranty, and they were even nice to my dog, who was riding with me. I was back on the road - safely this time - in about 30 minutes. Thank you, Monroeville Midas!!

Last Thursday (11/2/23) I noticed my car had a flat right front tire. My husband called Midas and spoke with the manager. The manager stated that his store is only open until 6 p.m. at which he encouraged my husband to bring the car up asap. Upon picking my child up from after school practice, my husband drove to Midas in time, the manager (did not get his name) had a service technician pull the car inside to check out the tire. Apparently, there was a hole in the middle of the tire. The service technician plugged and filled the tire and now I am happy to report I can drive to work and not worry that my tire will be flat.Thanks to the manager and service technician on this day for helping us out, fixing the flat, and getting us on our way. You guys' rock!!

I sent my stepson to get his brakes checked out, they told him he needed brakes , calipers, and rotors in the rear, the total was over $1000. He took it to Monroe and Firestone both places did thorough inspections and there was no issues. I wouldn't give them any stars really the service sucks.

UPDATE 1/4/24: I took my car to my regular mechanic and they discovered that the only issue was that the fuel pressure sensor became unplugged. They plugged it back in and my car runs fine now. Midas wanted to charge me $3,100 for a new fuel sensor rail and new fuel pump. My mechanic charged me $50. If Midas looked at my car for 2+ hours like they claim they did, how could they not see that the fuel pressure sensor was simply unplugged when that code came up from the diagnostics test??? It makes me wonder how many people they say stuff like this to and how many people unknowingly just pay it thinking that s the problem and believe whatever these people say . Please BE AWARE there are people out there to simply take your money.12/28/23: When I went to pick up my car the guy told me that they worked on my car for multiple hours and test drove it, as soon as I started driving away I knew the issue was still there. They charged me $140 just to look at it and couldn t definitively tell me what was wrong with it. I do not like being lied to.

Made an appointment online and showed up on the wrong day. Dave was extremely helpful and accommodating and fit me in for the inspection the same day. I also had brakes done here a few weeks ago. Dave took me out to see the problem and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand.

Had an appointment at 11am been here for 3 hours getting rotors and my inspection done and my car is still not finished. When I arrived there were 4 others in front of me and everyone waited for hours. Not sure if they are understaffed but if you don t plan on waiting hours don t come here.

Had my Kia inspected there was already six months out of inspection and wouldn t pass due to rust but the guys there were great didn t complain that it was past due for inspection or anything highly recommend them

I had an appointment to get my oil changed first it was supposed to be $34.99 turned out to be $58 with free tire rotation. First off they didn't rotate my tires. Then the next day my check engine light is on. Then my car starts hesitating and really acting funny so I call work and tell them I can't make it and head back to my house and my car shuts down and goes into safety override. I get it towed home. Have a friend come look at it. He said you better call Midas, they put too much oil in it it overflowed into your PCV valve. So I call them tell them my friend fixed it because I couldn't drive it to a Midas. So I sent it to a manager he never said he received it and couldn't open until I text him a week after I sent it asking him what was going on so he told me to send to his email asked if he received it and got no response. So I email corporate they asked for invoice so I sent it now they are saying it can't be handwritten. My friend that fixed it isn't even a mechanic. I want my money back . I will NEVER GO TO MIDAS AGAIN. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

Today I stopped by to see if they could repair a tire with a slow leak. They diagnosed the problem, a damaged valve, and fixed it for free. Previously I have been here when they told me I needed new tires but to check first down the road at the dealer who had sold me the tires to see if they were under warranty. They were. I have bought tires from Midas in the past and will again. But two recent visits have been free! I m

They're really nice. Pushed stuff I didn't need but weren't overly pushy. The clientele smelt of cannibus and yelled on the phone the whole time.

I saw the free tire repair ad outside the location. I had a flat tire, so went to this location. Tire was repaired within half an hour. And it was totally free, no hidden cost whatsoever. Great experience!

I had called in to check appt availability for an alignment. I already had an appointment with another location at a later time and was looking for earlier availability before returning to work. I was told by the worker Andy that he had space and to come in now to be taken care of, we agreed I would park my work vehicle and be on my way. I took a 25 min drive to this location , got there and the manager informed me that Andy does his own thing and does not follow the appt policy and that it would actually be 2 hours until I could be serviced. I immediately asked for the names of the party involved and fired a detailed complaint with corporate. If availability is not clear DO NOT provide your customers with false information.

Took my wife's car in for an oil change. The technician was very nice and helpful. Pointed out that my battery was loose, dirty, and wasn't installed correctly somewhere else. The price for the battery service was reasonable and I had a coupon for the oil change so I went ahead with it.
