I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Meineke Car Care Center today. Despite calling ahead to inquire about a paint correction job, the owner refused to even look at my Tesla, citing unfounded risks involved in removing a part, which wasn't even necessary. His insistence on being informed that the vehicle was a Tesla from the outset felt discriminatory and his lack of willingness to provide basic customer service was shocking. His demeanor was not only rude but also condescending. Needless to say, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking respectful and competent service.Further posting above review I got the below response:"I'm sorry to hear of this experience however an confused.We do mechanical repairs NOT bodywork and paint.I would suggest you locate a body shop for paint and body damage and remove what must be an error of a review.Thank you"My response: I called at 4:20PM today. Please check with whoever that picked my call and confirmed that there is a person who DOES look at paint jobs. When I reached your service center, I should have been told what you just said that there has been a mistake and you only work on mechanical repairs but instead the employee/owner said he would not even look at my car just because it is a Tesla NOT because I came for paint job. To add insult to the injury the tone was just downright disrespectful. The review must stay here as a testimony of the poor service.

Needed to take my Honda Civic for preventative maintenance for 100K miles. Did a bit of research & decided on Meineke based on the reviews for this location. Adding to the positive reviews - these guys were fantastic. Easy online booking. They were ready for my inspection appointment & were super efficient in that time. Ran me through a few recommendations & gave me honest advice. Clear documentation of what I was paying for upfront. Friendly and great communication. Would use them again and recommend to others!

This place is literally the absolute best. I went in to get my exhaust fixed and they did an outstanding job. The owner Mitch is an absolute awesome individual. He doesn't try to rip you off and will take care of you and your car to ensure it's safe for the road! I will be a lifelong customer for sure. They also have Saturday hours which is awesome too!

I recently visited this service station to get my car's oil and filters changed. I must say, the experience was really smooth. What I found most impressive was how easy it was to book an appointment online. It's great not having to call and wait on the line. The staff was super customer-focused, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. They completed the job quickly, which I really appreciated as I had a tight schedule. Definitely recommend this place for hassle-free service

They have been incredibly helpful in providing quick service. During an inspection, I had to get additional repairs done on my car and they were able to get me booked in within the week! The crew there are both very helpful and friendly.

Quick and efficient. The use of mobile portal was super convenient for a busy person, also pictures of parts of the car that needed worked on gave me peace of mind. Text updates with a real person made it super easy as well. Highly recommend.

Very fair prices. Honest and skilled technicians. Would recommend to anybody that needs thier vehicle serviced. I had 4 tires put on,oil change,tie rod, inpection and emissions.The owner honered a price mix up which led to me getting a sweet deal. I did my research before selecting a shop for inspection because I didn t want someone who was going to search for random things going wrong just for a bigger pay day. After seeing several good reviews, I went with Meineke and they did not disappoint! I needed new wipers (as expected), but that was it! They also were very quick and efficient with their work! They had the inspection done, contacted me to fix the wipers in the midst, and completed my oil change in under 2 hours even while they were busy. Thanks Meineke! I will be returning in the future!

My issue is with the pricing. I needed 2 tires, as they were not passable. I was charged $170 for a $110 tire, on top of $70 for mounting and balancing, and 20 for disposal fee on top of that. What should have been a $250 fix cost me over $500. And they tech installed the tires on the front instead of rotating them to the rear as recommended.

Always fast and great service. Mitch goes above and beyond. He always fits me in on emergency situations. He makes you feel like your the only customer of the day . I recommend going there for all your vehicle problems.

Great experience all the way around! Took my car for a diagnosis and was able to have it fixed a couple of days later. The loud sound from the muffler is gone! Price was very reasonable too.

Meineke on Steubenville Pike always does very good work and is able to fine in when it is urgent with my truck. My family and I consistently use them, and they have great customer service!

These guys offer great service and are so accommodating! They have great communication, give a lot of detail as to what went wrong and how they want to fix it, and are very price transparent. I will go here every time I have issues with my car. They are fast and very friendly!!

I have been performing PA state inspection for Toyota Camry LE 2010 for a few years here. They have very courteous staff at this location. Very authentic and honest people. They would only recommend repairs if it is urgent and essential to address immediately for safety on the road. I rely on them for annual state inspection needs and I recommend anyone finds this review helpful.Services: Exhaust, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I was at their mercy, having just had a blowout several hundred yards from their location. Meghan was very kind, got up to speak to her techs and came back to let me know they could mount my spare and even gave me good advice on where and how to get the damaged tire (almost new) repaired.

Service was scheduled around when i was able to bring my cars in to be looked at without any issues. The person i spoke with was polite and friendly. The repairs corrected the issue.

Overall good service, there is one thing that team having lack of knowledge which is reward program by Meineke that must be known to team who are in office. I couldn't avail this benefit though account has been registered.Anyway sometimes it happnes, no as such complaint for same.
