I needed inspection and emissions and I knew I needed brakes. Sure enough, needed new pads and rotors all around. The team was great, offering discounts where they could to reduce the price, and lifetime replacement on pads. Great work thanks

Everyone at Meineke was great! I had my oil changed, inspection done, and new tires installed within about 3 hours of dropping my car off. Was happily surprised by the total cost of all services as well. Definitely will be back!

Great service and friendly staff. I was able to schedule my state inspection for the next day, and they had it ready and waiting for me before 11:00 AM. Highly recommended!

Just wanna thank Mike personally on this post for being an amazing honest dude. Dropped my car off Sunday night with no idea what was wrong, and no guff, no huff, in and out with everything working as should as of now! The whole staff is very friendly, kind, and made me feel welcomed and secure using their shop, I couldn't recommend them enough! A happy new life time customer no doubt! Thank you guys again!Edit: I waited a few weeks to update on my exhaust replacement, and as usual excellence is the standard here! If you're looking for fast, reliable and fair look no further! I was told I had a hole in my exhaust system. Expected an expensive repair or replacement. Service was great employees were excellent and professional. Quality job for much less than I thought I would have to pay.

This was the first time we went to Meineke, and it was great. The lady at the front desk was helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable. We had a oil change and it was done quickly and very affordable. The tech who serviced our car answered are questions willingly and was also friendly. We will be going back to Meineke for all are car needs. The coupons they offered were honored with no question and it saved us $20.00. Everyone who have never used Meineke should give them a try, they are great.

Great service, professional, friendly crew and they even drove me home and after my inspection they dropped my car off at my house. Price for inspection was very resonable. Pretty quick also. Not all day like some shops. Quote for front brakes seemed a high so I'll do them myself. Looking for a new mechcanic and Scott and Tavon are gonna be my guys. Sorry can't remember the service ladies name but she was very good too. I'll be using them if I can't do it.1st time there. Great crew !

Meineke has been my go-to shop to get my car serviced for years. They are always kind, patient, more than fair, and very quick and efficient. I truly can t say enough good things about them. It is a relief to take my car to Meineke knowing it is in good hands with trustworthy folks!

Great experience! They were able to get me an appointment immediately when i called with an emergency at the end of the business day and they got to work right away the next morning. They informed me of all issues and explained my options clearly and quickly. They were able to get all of the work done and complete in inspection all within 1 day ! I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Even now that I have moved making it a lot less convenient. You cannot underestimate the value of having a garage that you can trust and who always does a great job. Friendly, efficient, and excellent car care. I used to alway go to my car dealers for service but I never do anymore. Camp Horne Meineke takes care of all of our car needs now including a Lexus 350, Toyota Highlander and VW Passat.

Charged me $270 for a part that cost $115. Charged for 1.5 hours of labor for something that probably took 20 minutes. Definitely not 1.5 hours.

I would highly recommend Mineke camp Horne rd. The communication between the service team and us was professional and beyond our expectations! Went down there today to get an oil change and a check on the brakes and the engine and when I got there saw that they also do inspections. So talked to Jeff about getting it done on Monday and he started to set it up and then he walked away to check on my car then came back and said they can do it today so I don't have to come back on Monday. Totally surprised! I love this place! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and I have used them before and I will keep using them. So special thanks to Jeff for going out of his way for me and another little shout out to Justin for helping me with a car sticker for my back windshield.

Place is always great. Always had quick service, fair pricing, and friendly interactions. One time there was an issue with the service (parking brake wasn t fully tight). It turned out it was a defective part and not an issue with their service. These folks took care of it, changed out the defective part and didn t charge me anything additional even though it obviously took them more time to resolve. Service like that is rare and doesn t go un-noticed. Recommend this place to anyone needing service on their car.
