I was rear-ended and my car was towed to Mazurs. They were very professional , explained possible time frame. Then we got lucky and it was repaired earlier then expected as the parts were not delayed. I feel very comfortable with them. Everyone was Fantastic

Jerry and the crew did an awesome job on my car. They respected and fulfilled my timeline demands while being very responsive to my concerns. Ultimately the best Auto-shop in the North Hills if you are looking to get some auto bodywork.

they work for the city, towing vehicle to their lot, we paid all the fee including a towing fee to have the vehicle tow back to my friend house, these peolple a rude, and dont care to understand the situation, i called sereval times and they hang up on my face.

Jerry determined a repair method that cost significantly less than what other body shops had quoted me. The work was finished quickly and looks great. I would definitely go back.

If you ever need bodywork done on your car, this is the place to go! Jerry is a great guy, the autobody men do amazing work, and the office ladies treat you like family.Mazur's is friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and top-notch in their field. Had them replace the Rear Bumper Reinforcement Bar, on my Acadia that was completely rusted out. I dropped it off at 8:00am and they had it done by 12:30-1:00, In dealing with body shops in the past, as you know they are VERY BUSY! Paul did the work on the car, need to replace a few rusted bolts and clips. These guys where very professional and very friendly. If i could give them more then 5 starts i would! GREAT BODY SHOP! Jerry and his team did an AMAZING job on my Subaru! I couldn't be happier. Staff is very friendly and, easy to deal with. Jerry took one look at my Subaru for 1 minute and, knew every single correct part to recommend me in my unfortunate event Jerry and, his team naild the Paint! It matches exactly. I highly recommend Mazur Collision & Services.They have an Experience that is One of a Kind.

Mazurs has done a great job for us. I was unfortunately in two accidents within about 10 months, and both times Mazurs made the process easy and stress free. They worked well with my insurance company, were able to arrange for the rental car, and the work was impeccable. These folks are the experts and really know how to do what they do - from the office team coordinating the logistics to the technicians doing the work. Not only do you get quality work, but you also get the peace of mind that comes from choosing an experienced professional. Everyone was nice, helpful, and made this as comfortable as it could possibly be. I hope i don't need them again soon, but if you need body work - CALL THEM!!

Mazur s is now my go to place for anything I ever need for my car. I became a lifelong after my first visit. I needed new tires and other regular maintenance done. After being referred by a coworker I understood why my coworker only goes there. Fair prices, very nice family who runs the business, friendly staff, and most importantly high quality work done. I have been to Mazur s 3 times now for work and every time I leave satisfied!

Mazur's did a great job when I needed work done on my Jeep. The staff is friendly, informative, and make the process easy. I wanted to ensure everything that needed fixed could get done as efficiently as possible, and they were willing to talk me through various options and pricing to achieve that. All the work was completed timely and as expected. If I need work done in the future, Mazur's will be at the top of my list.

This was the worst place you could ever be. Jerry the old man mentioned in other comments, agreed to one price but when I got there they didn t take cards so I left to go get cash. When I got back the price had changed!!! He said that wasn t enough. Then he told my wife to leave when she tried speaking! When I told him my wife wouldn t leave he threatened me! He came from across the room and got in my face and told me to leave too! Obviously I wasn t leaving without my vehicle at the price we had agreed on, when I said I wasn t leaving he tried to push me out and pushed me into his daughter who had a newborn baby with her!!! when I wouldn t move and proceeded to remove his hands from me he grabbed me by the throat and when he pulled his fist back in a threat, he hit my wife who was behind him!!! I proceeded to remove his hands from me knowing this was all on camera which he said multiple times as he was assaulting me, I decided not to fight him. When the police got there amazingly he wasn t able to play back the camera recording! Save your time, money and energy and pray you never end up at this business!!!!!

Jerry is the man. He always takes care of me and never tries to take advantage or rip me off. The staff is always super helpful and honest...which is hard to find in some Auto shops. It feels good knowing they have my back!

Had to have my car towed - Tow guy was great and staff were wonderful. The owner Jerry drove me home. My car was fixed the next day for a reasonable price - I would not go anywhere else !

Fantastic place. They fixed the rust on my fenders and you can't even tell it was there. Price was reasonable and the people are so nice. Was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I went!

While we were on vacation I dropped off my car for body work. Mazurs were friendly, professional, and quick. The work was done perfectly and the interior of my car was even cleaned. I hope I dont need body work again, but if I do I will use Mazurs.

Fairly priced well-done work by knowledgeable experienced mechanics is a rarity but Mazur s consistently delivers above average service from your routine vehicle maintenance to collision damage repair work completed within the quoted figures. Mazurs also offers emergency towing services; ensure what you are expecting from the service.Additionally, if you have a dispute regarding your vehicle work, Jerry is a reasonable man who is trying to help his neighbors so don t be afraid to ask to speak to him. Very rude no customer service skills at all. I had to stay in the car and let my dad talk to him because he obviously thinks he can talk to people any kind of way out of his face. That old man was very very unnecessarily rude as hell

Genuine RipOffs, these guys are out to take your money, they do poor work and dont stand behind it! Better off looking else where. Paint was peeling 18 days after. They said, I didnt tell them how to paint it. IM NOT THE BODY SHOP WHY WOULD I KNOW THIS THATS THEIR JOB! Not even a year later im looking to have it repainted by a real body shop.
