This was the easiest process ever! My dad is 88 and did not want to drive any longer. So I called Mark s and they came and towed his 1999 truck for free and gave us cash on the spot. So friendly too! Thank you for the great service!

I have coming to Mark1 for years, the mechanics are very informative and knowledgeable in what they do. The prices are very reasonable. Elisha, the office secretary is very friendly and polite to everyone that comes in. I highly recommend Mark 1 to anybody who wants a good fair, decent pricess.

This place has really helped me out a number of times. Not ever enough time in the day, and they always get me in and out and do so at a fair and competitive price. I've shopped them elsewhere and even shopped the numbers to do it myself, and always end up at Mark1 anyway!

Gave me a good deal on 2 used tires for my Acura that were almost new. Took me in right away and got me out the door in no time at all. Girl in the office was very nice and so was the technician that did the tires. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Fair people to work with when trying to get rid of a few used cars. I looked up a few nearby places that would take old, beat up, almost nonfunctional cars for some money. I just had to get rid of some. They were willing to pay (albeit not much) and would take the cars.I believe they were listed on a site that compares rates for local used car buyers. I would sell 2 cars: a Mazda and a Lexus (I think. It's been a long time since these cars have been driven). In total, I was given a bit over $600 for the two of them. I think the price is okay given these are all older than 2010, they are somewhat beat up, and the condition is not that great all in all.Why should you settle for a price like that? Honestly, it will help you free up your garage and just give you some cash. These cars would have kept deprecating in value if I hadn't done anything with them. The guys here were friendly and patient. They were fair and went from online estimate to handing the cash in just a few days.Another added bonus: they were able to come from their Babcock Blvd location to Verona to pick up the cars! So, if you've got some junk cars, this is a good company to sell them to. Don't expect much cash, but it's better than nothing.

They recharged my AC for less than 3 other nearby mechanics.They took me off the St no appt & I was out within 45 minutes! They were very polite & professional! The way I was treated personally & the price that has earned them my business & my Granddaughters business.Plus I have told other people about them! Great when you find a good mechanic!Geri Zarko

Got my car fixed here twice. First time was a good job, thanks Chris.Second time they did not fix the problem! I don t know who supposedly replaced my bad wheel bearing but the problem continued a month later.It took me months to get mark 1 to look at my car and figure out why the problem was back so I had other mechanics check it out and they confirmed that it was definitely bad, possibly could ve been installed wrong. When I told them I just got it fixed a month ago they were shocked and told me there s no way it was replaced a month ago if it looks like this Fast forward 5 months later I finally got an appointment with mark 1. They confirmed the wheel bearing that they just fixed needed fixed again! (DUHH). Then they tried to lie to me about which wheel bearing it was that they fixed when I know for surely which one they worked on . The owner wasn t courteous about the situation and said that the part must ve went bad, it happens, I don t know what else to tell you . Instead of owning up to their mistakes they tried to come up with little reason why it went bad; Reasons that would take yearsss for a wheel bearing to even go bad like that!. Moral of the story I won t be taking my car here again. I dont do business with dishonest mechanics.

I bought a few cars from this place and I could not be more pleased. Carl took great care of me. Great prices on his used vehicles. 10 out of 10 service. Anytime I have needed work done he is very prompt and takes the necessary measures to make sure the job is done right. Thanks Mark1

This is my second time there in three years. They are great people very polite and do excellent work. Told me everything up front and was alot less than I was expecting to pay. Will go back in the future for sure.

Always honest and professional. Very reasonable and give you the freedom to choose how things are done and what parts to get if there are options. I went from doing all my own mechanical work, to taking it to Mark 1 anytime an issue comes up.
