Caden V made sure that my luxury car buying experience was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued and respected. He is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Caden and LW to anyone in the market for a high-end vehicle. 5 stars! I m so happy with my 2011 Porsche Cayman, I have owned this car for 4 years now without issues!

I had a great and kinda stressful experience buying my car. Which, I think anyone would buying a vehicle out of state and having to do a lot of the paperwork yourself. But my salesman Caden did a great job of assuring me that every was fine and made me at ease. As well as the ppl I received the loan from. They were all very helpful and didn t get upset when I called 10 times a day asking questions! I absolutely love my car. I never thought I d own a car like this. Thanks to LW Automotive and everyone envolved!

I took some time before adding this review to make sure....After I wrecked my Subaru STI, I was looking for my next vehicle. After lengthy research I decided I absolutely needed a B8 or B8.5 Audi S4. After more lengthy searching I found the absolute best deal for the cleanest 2014 Audi S4 at the Best Price and it was LW Automotive that had the car.I was working and sharing a vehicle with my wife, so my availability was later in the day and weekends.. I called up LW Automotive and spoke to Aiden. Even with my busy schedule, they accommodated me. I went to them during the middle of the week and arrive there pretty late as they were closing within an hour. Aiden then showed me the beautiful B8.5 Audi S4 and when I sat down in the seat and looked and at the inside and the car overall I knew this was the one and I had to have it. I had the cash to buy the car but was considering financing half of the car. They were able to get me financing, but I later decided to just pay cash for the car.We set it up so that they would put new tires and rotors on the S4 and I could pick it up on Saturday. The communication was excellent and on Saturday I arrived. When I pulled into their lot I saw my soon to be new (used) was sitting out front. On her were brand new tires, rotors and a fresh detail. She looked absolutely gorgeous!When I walked in I shook Aiden's hand and could tell he was very excited for me as he had a B8 S5 and he reciprocated my enthusiasm. This day I will remember for my life.I waited to post this review for a few reasons. It has been about 4 or 5 months since I have bought the car. I wanted to make sure that the car they sold me was a solid car, and let's just say they delivered! This car is beautiful and mechanically it is very sound. I put my trust into the reviews of this dealership instead of spending many trips and countless hours looking for things wrong with it. I know many people have purchased cars from them without seeing the cars as they ship across the United States. I trusted that the dealership stood behind what they sold. If you stand in the parking lot and look at their vehicle selection you can see that their procurement of vehicles is done very carefully and their vehicles are solid and in good condition.My experience was absolutely positive and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my life. Do not hesitate to buy a vehicle here, they will help you in any way they can and you will end up leaving with a car of your dreams.

I gave 5 stars because of the professional, knowledgeable and friendly service I received from my salesman, Aiden Tumpa, and the whole crew at LW Automotive. I highly recommend at least a visit if you re in the hunt for a new vehicle. I purchased a 2017 vehicle and it looked brand new!

Was looking for used gt500 blue and they had what I was looking for and at a great price. I told them that i am from out of state and looking to buy gt500 that they have,Salesman Caden help me out and answered all my questions also got a great loan and the paperwork was easy. Anyone looking for a high end or low end car they are great place to shop any type of vehicle they have alot of inventory. Caden thanks again I am enjoying the gt500.

Not the best car buying experience, but still a decent one. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It took me over a month to get my car to TX after the actual purchase, but some things were out of LWs hands. Some minor parts had to be fixed and being that the car was older it took time to find a solution for the fix. Communication overall could have been better to me as the customer and the freight company they use needs a lot better communication. Car showed up here and I got 0 notice of how close they were. Even texted the main contact and not a word back. In conclusion, I would definitely buy a car from them again but would not have them ship it. I would pick it up myself.

Our experience with LW Automotive was excellent. Highly recommend! We will certainly be calling them in the future if we re in the market for another vehicle. Inventory was very impressive! By far the easiest car buying experience we ve ever had. Very fair on the deal we worked out with them With the car we purchased, they even offered to fix a few flaws the car had as part of the deal!

Finally bought my TDI wagon. Wanted one for years and came down from Rochester NY to get it. The guys at LW Automotive were great. Great communication pre-sale, no fuss paperwork, and a fair deal on a great car. Some very cool cars up for grabs (and rent by the way). All around great experience. Now to drive my new toy home. If the stock market comes back, i ll be calling Aidan to get a price on that Mitsubishi mini.

Bought a cream puff 2005 BMW Z4 from LW. Dealt directly with Lorne who was responsive, courteous, kept ALL of his promises. Car was delivered today ( bought it sight unseen) and it was exactly as promised! I would absolutely do business with LW again!

First off, I'll start by saying Rob was extremely professional out the gate. I had always wanted to a Lexus LS460 long wheelbase and AWD. Black on Black and it was a one owner. I had a Toyota Avalon Limited for trade-in and after we came to a agreement that we both felt was right, we shook hands and I was outta there within a hr. It took longer to clean out my old car than the paperwork and insurance switch over. LolI would highly recommend dealing with them and you'll be blown away by the super high end cars they have as well. Thanks for holding the car for two weeks while I was outta town on business one week and Aruba the following. You have a repeat customer going forward

Made an offer on a vehicle that they claimed was in great condition. The car has a grinding gearbox, bald rear tires, bent exhaust pipe, and scratches all over the trunk. Caden is young and inexperienced in customer service. I had to follow up 4 times to get them to send me the title of the vehicle, and then got attitude from them about it. These guys are the typical slimy used car salesmen.

Had a wonderful experience renting a Ferrari for the day. Great employees, treated me with respect, and went over the car before I left. I was in the car on my way out and the owner came out to thank me for renting from him and wished me well and a good time! I felt like that was really nice considering how busy the place was. Highly recommend buying or renting from LW!!!!!

Lorne stayed in contact with me from the beginning, even after the car was delivered. Everything I was told, happened. They kept their word on everything, and the car was delivered very promptly and with care. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'll definitely recommend LW and start here next time I purchase a vehicle. I was given a carfax before my purchase and there was nothing bad on it, regular maintenance had always been done on my vehicle and there was nothing on it that made me second guess the vehicle hadn't been well cared for. It is a very nice vehicle and I love it. Thank you Lorne and everyone who helped to make this a very pleasant buying experience.

Looked at Mercedes convertible for my wife one recent afternoon but it was close to closing time so decided to return another day. She really liked the looks of the car so I brought my checkbook when I went back planning to buy it for her if it checked out. It was a nice car but had a couple small interior trim issues and a drivabilty problem. Salesman told me they would be addressed and he would call us to come back out, never did. I waited almost two weeks and texted back and he asked "what car?" I told him which one and he never got back to me. Guess they don't want to sell cars and could really use a lesson about customer service. Usually have to beat off a used car salesman with a stick and now when I really want to buy one they can't even get back to me.

I was searching for a late 90s Nsx for quite a long time, and I was fortunate enough to have seen my dream car come up for sale at LW automotive. I immediately contacted them via email, and the following day I received an email that the car was in transit to their dealership and available for purchase.My car arrived a few days later, and it was in great condition. Zach provided for me, pics and videos of the car. The entire purchase process was so easy and smooth. Zach answered all of my questions and also went above and beyond, by making sure the car was not going to have any major mechanical issues upon arrival to my home state of California.Transportation was easily arranged and it arrived in under 5 days ! I ve never had purchased a car sight unseen before, but I had complete trust with all the individuals I worked with at LW Automotive. I couldn t be happier with my purchase and the vehicle truly is amazing, and it is in fantastic condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future, they truly are running a top notch / first rate dealership.A++++

Drove 2 hours to look at a few cars. Worst sales person I ve ever encountered. Mentioned me wasting his time several times and I was there 5 minutes. Refused a test drive on a car that already had 40000 plus miles on it plus is 7 years old in order not to put excess miles on the car. Absolute insanity if one is trying to sell a car. Emailed the general manager too. Avoid this place

Bought a 911 from LW and Lorne and the Team were awesome. I did not get to physically inspect the car prior to purchase so was a bit uneasy. Porsche gave this a 100% ready to track rating today. LW is a reliable and trustworthy spot to buy exotics from. Thanks LW.

My husband and I went to L & W Automotive (9234 Perry Highway)two weeks ago. What a refreshing experience. Aidan was our salesman, He was professional, knowledgeable and Didn t try to push us to buy. He gave us the information we needed and was attentive. We took the Audi A7 for a ride. It was beautiful! From there we sat down with Caden. We went through some credit information, and Caden made the numbers work. Again no hassle, just a relaxing atmosphere, knowing this was the right place we came to. After a week the notification light came on. My husband went back to the Aidan and Caden team, and without issue they worked on the car. They gave us new breaks and pads. Once again the service was amazing. When I m ready, I ll go to L & W for my car.

Caden was awesome to deal with. I left a message and he responded in minutes. I knew the car was what I wanted, but I live 4.5 hours away on the other side of the state. He took a bunch of pics and videos and was very upfront about everything. He took my deposit over the phone to hold the car until I good get there that weekend. The car was ready to go and the paperwork process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this dealer and Caden. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Found the car we liked online about 10 min from our house. We were looking in Ohio and NY for the car we wanted but so glad we found it close by in Wexford, PA. Aidan was very professional and not pushy at all. No pressure to buy now or lose the deal, etc. In add'n they have a full service dept which is a lot less expensive than the dealerships.

I looked nationwide for a used M4 that had all the details I wanted. There were only 2 in the country that checked off all my boxes and LW had one that looked too good to be true. This was an out of state purchase which i had never done before. Communication was easy, did most of it over text during my busy schedule. Papers were overnighted with prepaid return label. I expected 2 weeks or so for the car to arrive but it was much faster. I signed Papers on monday evening, sent them back in the prepaid envelope and the car was in my driveway Thursday night. I was shocked considering im in Texas and it's a rural area. This car is immaculate. Showroom quality car just as described. Aiden was super easy going, followed up throughout the process in a good way with no pressure and was excited for me to find the car I was looking for. Rob was helpful and responsive on the finance and paperwork side of things too.Car transport company spoke highly of the dealership as well stating they had a long standing good reputation.5 star all around.

This place is a joke. I recently purchased a vehicle from them they're supposed to be a high-end dealership that knows what they're doing. They installed a battery and never registered it in my BMW. Any mechanic knows if that's something you have to do. Now my car has electrical nightmare. I called and talked to Kaden and he was very ignorant on the phone with me talking like he knew and that I didn't making me feel stupid. That's no way to treat a customer that just spent money with you. Saying that the manager would call me back. That never happened they sent a letter to me in the mail saying that they were unable to approve my request at the present time. They hid from me like a rabbit that just dug a hole. I think they're too used to dealing with rich people that don't know how they're spending their money. Like I said before this place is a joke. And I became the laugh. Don't become the laugh and avoid this place.

LW and Caden helped me buy my awesome new car. The experience was great and their service was awesome. Even after I had some issues with the car they didn't just ghost me and tried to help resolve it. Great people. Will work with them again. Drove all the way from Michigan and they made it easy to deal with and stress free buying out of state. 10/10
