Carl was amazing. I came to him last minute, he was super flexible, offered a fair price, and told me it would be ready by next week. I got it back Friday in the AM. Stand up guy- stand up company. Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Nice people but they lied to my face. 2017 Terrain. front bumper repair. Carl said he could fix it for $450. After several delays we got the vehicel in. I picked up the SUV for $1000. took it home 1.5 miles and my doughter seen a chip in the painted bumper, her car.I went back to the shop and was told that it looked like someone put white out on the spot. They said Carl would never let somthing like that go out to a cuctomer. A worker came out and said he buffed the part and it wasent there then. Carl called me the next day which I thought was a nice thing since he wasent there when I picked it up. He said that he knew it was there and didnt fix it because he would have to take the grill out and since , he said the car was damaged before and the grill was glued in, he would brake it if he took it out then theres the cost of the grill. Carl offered to fix it and to bring the car over any time. In the mean time somone backed into the grill and broke it so I ordered a new grill and put it in myself. Guess what the old grill was not glued in and that was a blatant lie. I fixed the spot myself and it looks good. I cant recomend this place because they lied to me knowingly twice then over charged the estament by $550. good by.

Carl has helped me out 3 different times over the years. Very knowledgeable. Very fair. LeAnn runs the office and she is always friendly and responsive.

Lucci's is wonderful. They're a family-owned small business and take care of their customers like we're one of their own. Their prices are beyond fair, the work is high quality, and the staff is quick and friendly. I absolutely recommend calling them if you find yourself in a pickle like we did! Thanks Lucci's! :-)

Luccis has done a great job on bodywork for me more than once, but beyond that their customer service is unparalleled. They walked me through everything, arranged for the rental car and pick-up, negotiated with insurance on my behalf, and even saved me a little of my deductible after I was the victim of a hit and run. Very unprofessional! Needed to fix the bottom part of my wife's Honda Civic. After going there twice and making numerous phone calls trying to schedule and appointment as they didn't have space, I was at the end told that they will call me back once the space becomes available. No calls after that, of course. Although the shop is nice, the quality of service was always good and Carl seems to be a nice guy, it was very unprofessional from them, especially because I was a returning customer. So congratulation guys, I am permanently freeing my spot to someone else.

I would recommend Lucci's to anyone 10 times out of 10. They are by far the best in the burgh. Not only did Carl save us money on our repairs, but he also went above and beyond to fix other spots on our car, too. Also, did I mention they detailed my car?! It is seriously immaculate inside and outside. Awesome people and awesome service!

I was backed into by another car and had my grill and hood ruined.The other driver recommended Lucci's since I was new to the area.I was anxious about the whole process, but Carl and his wife put my mind at ease; they were professional, efficient, and genuinely caring people. They took care of everything and I had my car back in less than a week.I cannot recommend them enough.

If I could give Lucci's Collision Center more stars I would. Carl and his team was awesome and made my car look brand new. The service was reasonably priced and super fast. My car was repaired in 3days! I would recommend Lucci's Collision Center to anyone out there that needs repairs. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding services!

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended by someone with no insurance. I was clueless on where to take my car for repairs, and relied on these positive reviews to choose Lucci s Collision. They were really amazing. Carl negotiated with my insurance to get the best parts for my repair, he touched up other areas on my car for no charge, and when I got my car back, it felt brand new. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do, I d definitely go back here.

Great service and people here. I went in today with what I thought was my frame being bent in slightly by an accident. The staff was able to look at my car right away and diagnose that my frame is fine and needed another service they didn t offer. They recommended me to another mechanic who could do the service and took the time to answer my questions and run through my options.Was a breath of fresh air knowing that most shops would want to charge you to look at everything, diagnose, or even seek you a part you didn t actually need to get a customer. They took the time to assess and figure out what was best for my situation without taking a dime and were so kind through the process too.If you are looking for someone to handle collision, frame work, rust spots, or any kind of work relatable to this I highly recommend them. I didn t use them this time but they have gained a customer for life if I do ever need service in the future. Thanks you Lucci s!

Friendly, kind people along with doing great work. Mr. Lucci worked on my Mom's 1994 Geo Metro when no one else would. He made that little car look beautiful again after being side swiped. I am so impressed with this auto body shop! Their customer service was just as impressive as the work they did on my car. Hopefully I don t have any more accidents in the future, but if I do I will 100% bring my car to Lucci s. I definitely recommend you give your service to this phenominal business.

They were friendly but more importantly did a great job with the repairs. They also went out of their way to repair something that I didn't even ask about which was a pleasant surprise. DO NOT GO HERE! We took our truck there for an estimate after a minor accident. It took more than a week to get it on the schedule, then they called a few hours before my rental car was delivered to try to reschedule me due to the shop being behind schedule. This threw a major wrench in things as my husband uses the car to travel for work M-F. Affter being asked not to bother him at work Mr Lucci did just trhat and when I spoke with him again to address that situaion he angrily told me that he wasn't even willing to put our car on the schedule to be reapired, leaving us totally in the lurch. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I would definitely steer clear of him, particularly if you are a woman as his treatment of me was both sexist and rude.

I just got my car back today, and Carl and his team exceeded my expectations. The body work is well-done, the service is top-notch and the car was given back cleaner than when I took it in. Five stars!

Went here on a hunch, Should of listened to people who told me to stay away, The owner carl is very rude and unprofessional, Doesn't know how to talk to or treat customers, Acts like he has only body shop in pittsburgh, very arrogant, Take my advice and stay away, There are way better body shops in the area that care about their customers and go out of their way to make you happy
