Wow, when I thought we would have to go out to Pittsburgh and wait, I dreaded it! But...... not waiting on my car here. It was fast, very clear about everything and very nicely priced we love this place and the people!! Everyone I seen or spoke to was super nice and smiled. That is not normal anymore, honestly, so any problems we have with our vehicles we will definitely bring them here!!!!! Thanks, guys!

Took my Sentra in to get a rough idle and a code worked out. The first time in, they replaced the MaF which did not end up fixing the issue. Obviously I was annoyed after having to pay the bill, but when I brought up my frustrations they took the car right back. They found the real issue to be an intake leak, and after getting the vehicle back the engine was running smooth. They honored their service and didn't charge me a thing the second time around. Overall, nice guys and good service.

Awesome experience. My regular mechanic retired and I needed to get my truck inspected. After getting the run around from other local shops, I called here and they were able to schedule me for the following week. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and left expecting it to be there for the day. An hour later, I got a call the vehicle was finished. I was able to pick it up and still go to work in the afternoon which I wasn't planning to be able to do. I will be taking my vehicles to this shop from now on and will refer friends and family.

They did fix my car's problem. However, I took it in for this same issue once before recently and was told there was no problem. My poor review is also due to not being able to pick up my car. I arrived before 5pm, which I confirmed was the closing time when I talked to them on the phone, and no one was there. My car was locked inside the garage. So instead of picking up my car, I got to walk two miles home in the dark. I also got to be late to work the next morning because I had to go back a second time to pick my car up. No one apologized for the inconvenience or seemed concerned about it. Instead, I was told that I was wrong and people were there until 5 the previous night, which was not true. I will be going to a different repair shop from now on.

Very clean shop. Everyone in the shop is cool as a fan. Performed good work on my Jeep even under pressure from being short-handed. Good gob guys.

I took my truck to Caliber Collision on meadow ave! They was unable to fixed my truck cuz it had a little rush underneath my truck ! Called Lou and explain my situation to him and he went and got my truck ! Not only did he fixed my truck he save me a few bucks as well! Lou will always get my business from here on out! I was very please with my truck and how fast they were able to fixed it! I would recommend everyone to go to Lou shop ! Thank you so much for your help and fast services!

Reached out to this recommended garage - they got back to me right away and got me an appointment in short order. They did the front and rear brakes and rotors for a fair price (about 1/3 less than the dealers quote)! I just felt confident with them, and my feeling was correct. They are straightforward & did everything seemingly up to specifications. This is my first time using them, and based on this experience, I d be super confident going back.Service: Brakes

I had Iezzi & Sons repair some body damage to my vehicle caused by a limb falling on it during a recent winter storm. They provided a quick estimate, got me in fast and completed the work with high quality on time and at the price they quoted. I used them based on a positive referral of a friend who had a good experience previously and they met and exceed my personal expectation. I would highly recommend!

I drove my car in (it's been well maintained but is leaking a little coolant) and they had it for about 2 weeks. I called in because I hadn't heard from them. The guy proceeded to tell me he drove it around and it overheated. I asked him how far he drove it before it boiled over and he said he couldn't remember. I asked for a ballpark estimate and couldn't give me one. Pretty sure he lied straight to my face. He then told me it needs a new head gasket but the engine block and head were warped and that he'd put a new engine in for 5000 labor. I asked him how he determined all of this, and he said it was just a guess and that he'd dump the car, "and that's how society is these days. Nobody wants to do this kind of job." I'm so confused... because he didn't look at it, and if the head is warped, it can be milled flat and put back on. Sounds like they don't like work and they will charge you f-you prices to scare you away. So I drove the car home that I'm supposed to throw away. I will seek a second opinion of someone who is at least willing to look at it.

I had a dreadful experience at this auto repair shop. They charged me a whopping $300 for stabilizer links, which I later found out cost less than $50. To make matters worse, just two months later, the stabilizer links were broken again because they installed them incorrectly. The overpricing didn't end there; they also charged excessively for other parts and even changed unnecessary ones such as brakes and rotors for a total of $1500. It seemed like they intentionally ignored the actual problem and failed to fix it properly. I will never return to this place again. Avoid at all costs!

My girlfriend and I had such an excellent experience with them! Not only did they get our car in the same week that we called, but they got the work done in the same day we brought it in at an incredibly low price. When we brought the car in the following day due to a check engine light coming on, they fixed the issue and didn t even charge us. What a great bunch of folks trustworthy, kind, and personable. 5 stars all the way!

Stopped in to see if they had time to replace a burnt out headlight. Usually great service at fair prices. A five minute job, the bulb was $11.36 but I was charged a little over $32 for labor. Just to replace a light bulb. Seemed excessive. I was disappointed.

Lou Jr did an excellent job fixing our MINI after it was hit. Super friendly, quality mechanics, clean shop. I'd send a friend for sure.

After having my vehicle for two weeks I was told they could not find the problem. I was then told I could pick it up until 5 pm. I arrived at 4.55 pm as I had an all day webinar to find the place completely dark and shut down. If you proclaim that you are open until 5 pm then please stay open until 5 pm.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I travel across the city to take all my vehicles to Iezzi. They are honest, trustworthy, convenient and inexpensive - all words I've *NEVER* used for car mechanics. But when I take my vehicles in, they have always treated me with respect and their prices are better than the big chains.I've been going there for over 10 years and it is nice to see the same people in the shop who actually know my name.I highly recommend Iezzi for all your car needs. I, or a friend, have used them for everything from brakes to body repair to painting to yearly inspections to 'it sounds funny. Do you know what that is?' (And, ironically, they diagnosed that it was a piece of metal that was coming loose near the tire. They fixed it. They did NOT charge us for it!)Services: Tires, Oil change

As a woman, going to the mechanic is never a fun task. Sometimes people aren't professional and sometimes you pay way more than you should. Everyone at the shop treated me respectfully. I checked with both Kelly Blue Book and my dad for a price comparison and the work I had done was honestly a little under the going rate! As long as I'm in Pittsburgh, I'm coming here.Services: Tires, Oil change

Lou Iezzi & Sons is great! I've only had positive experiences and am always happy with their work! They really seem to care about affordable cost (by finding used and more economical parts) and have on multiple occasions fixed minor issues on my car without charge.

I, like many others, have been personally (and financially) victimized by countless skeezy mechanics. My colleague suggested I try Lou Iezzi's and I am SOOO HAPPY I did!! They got me in and out quickly and did not tell me I *needed* several hundreds of dollars in unnecessary services. They took time to explain my inspection results to me and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I will continue to bring my cars to Lou Iezzi's as long as I am in Pittsburgh and will tell everyone else to do the same. THANK YOU TEAM!

Brought my mazda 6 here after someone rear-ended it.Lou Jr & the guys did a really excellent job - they finished in half the time of the insurance estimate and a little under the appraisal estimate too. Lou Jr is a great guy and was a pleasure to work with. He even went the extra mile to get all manufacturer replacement parts. I highly recommend this shop and will be coming here from now on.
