Stopped in for 2 tires. They installed them while I waited. The gentleman who did the installation was very nice and professional. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

This auto shop charge me $951.23 to do the heater core in my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT I'm due to the coolant leaking in the passenger side floorboard not even one hour after I left their shop my car is still leaking coolant in the passenger side floorboard which was because they did not fix it right the first time so I went to a second shop to get a second estimate and at that time the second shot told me in the estimate that it needed a new heater core which goes to show that the other shop Lenox Auto did not fix it the first time so then they damaged my dad just as well as the casing around my stereo in the process of fixing something they never fix

Never coming here again. All I asked for was them to replace my front brakes and stripped lug nut. They charged for labor on the lug nut but there was still a missing lug nut on my passenger wheel.Poor service

DO NOT USE LENNUX. I took my car in for a simple sparkplug changing. He lied to me said he (the owner or mgr ) did the work on my car. I got it back exactly the way I gave it too him. Old sparkplugs and all! I could tell that he didn't do anything cnuz of all the dust around the plugs. Hadn't been disturbed. Charged me 180$ for nothing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had problem filling gas tank, but no codes showing. Craig figured it out and had it fixed the same day. Also, had front stabilizer bar and a few other things repaired a couple years ago and they were done in one day also. Insurance covered the sensor replacement.The lennix garage gave up on fixing my vehicle after the o2 sensor replacements.Inshort, I went to premier auto group same day. They identified the catalytic converter problem right after I brought the vehicle same day I got it from lennix. Then I went to kia reseller, they re-determined the issue was all 3 catalytic converters went bad. Vehicle is covered by kia manufacturer warranty, so they fixed the catalytic converters(replaced). I had the rest of my vehicle work done by premier auto group across from Carrick because instead of giving up they did a look over and identified the issues. They did say that lennix did the correct steps to diagnose the issues though. I am still annoyed they just flat out gave up, and held the vehicle for about a week before giving up.

They told family member his ac compressor was bad and parts would cost 900 dollars the compressor was not bad it only need a ac idler pulley cost 37.00 plus belt was 40.00 he paid under 300 to fix it if your a older person be careful taking your car there total rip off think about it 900 for parts the bill probably would have been close to 2.000 when done . When you take a car somewhere call part store check prices Google the repair to make sure the garage is in ball park of other places to repair it .

They had my car over 1week to fix the injector on cylinder #2. When I picked it up my power steering pump was magically broken and they mentioned that they topped off the fluid.. I had no issues with my power steering before I took it here. So I dropped it back off immediately and got it back 2 days later. Ran fine for a few days now the SAME EXACT thing is wrong. All in all I spent 1200 dollars and absolutely nothing is fixed AND I had to replace my power steering pump which they swear they didn't break.**update: 2 spark plug boots came loose, which i put back on. Car runs fine now. Regardless, its not hard to make sure the spark plug boots are securely fitted to the plugs. Also discovered they spilled power steering fluid which found its way into my air filter.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had a flat tire and they gave me immediate attention. I was soon on my way with no disruption in my schedule. This is a wonderful full service gas station with inspection and repairs as well. So grateful to be in their neighborhood! God bless them for the service they provide.

Lennox auto has been my mechanics for the last 16 years. I trust them. They are always busy but when I schedule an appointment, they get the job done within the timeframe they estimate. I would not recommend them to anyone because they did not dis good job on either of my vehicles. Everything they fix on my truck broke again in three months. My car needed a tune up they said they couldn't figure why one was misfiring. Altogether I sent $4000 between both vehicles and everything still the same as when I dropped them off.. real talk I'm not mad just swull I should of went to dealer instead of being cheap... If I could sue I would.. thanks for reading..

A week and a half after buying my car, I dented the oil pan by running over a giant piece of asphalt that was sitting in the middle of an exit lane at McKees Rocks. The accident caused my car to slowly leak oil through the drain plug. I took the car to Decker J and the mechanic charged me $30 to lift the car to inspect the bottom of the vehicle for other damage. I didn t like their service so I took the car to the #1 Cochran Hyundai dealer and they charged me $25 for the inspection and gave me a quote of $450 for replacing the oil pan and $750 for replacing the splash guard panels at the bottom of the vehicle. I was frustrated and didn t have the money. So I called a few places just to get the oil pan replaced because I was sick and tired of the dirty driveway. I called Lennox Auto and they gave me a $300 quote, which was lower than every other place that I called. So I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. It took the mechanic about an hour to get the job done and my final cost was $328.33 because they replaced the oil even though I changed it when I got the car. Overall, the business seems to be honest and reliable and I am satisfied with the service. I would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a decent mechanic at a lower price.

I had a gas leak coming from the back of my van. After having taken it to 3 other places, someone referred me to these guys. They figured out the problem, scheduled an appointment, brought it in and two days later, problem fixed. Honest, straight forward, no bs bunch of guys.Craig and crew do it Right.

Made my day! Was prepared for bad news regarding brakes. Nope! Relatively cheap and easy fix. Easy Peasy transaction, no run around, friendly staff. Car stops when I press the brakes! Yay! Thanks Lennix Auto Works!

I came here with a 2000 jeep cherokee dropeed it off it had a misfire and ran bad . They charged me 107 bucks they fixed it no one else could figuere it out but lennox they are the best shop in the southside area with out a doubt

Drive shaft literally fell off my truck and these masters of industry did an amazing job repairing it. My truck runs so much better. Thanks!!! I found my mechanic for life.
