Mike is a great business owner and person - so are his guys. I have been there for multiple purposes and they always do an excellent job. They are so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Friday afternoon, front tire blows out with a gash on the inside. I called Kress and spoke to Scott at 4.15 and they close at 5.00. He said bring it over, looked at it at 4.30 and had 1 in stock to replace it. Work finished fast with high quality and out the door by4.50pm.Talk about caring for a new Customer, long day I am sure for these folks, yet they went above and beyond to help me get a new tire on so that we could enjoy the weekend without driving on a doughnut!In this day and age, it is refreshing that we have local shops like this that exist and take care of their Customers. Good quality work at a fair price.Kress tire has now earned my business going forward for sure. Please check this local tire shop out for your tire needs, inspections, alignment, brakes and other needs.

Always friendly staff and prompt service! Most recently, pulled in with my spare tire on due to hitting a curb and blowing my tire out the night before. They got a new tire on and I was back out the door in less than an hour.

Called and spoke to Mike at 144pm asked if he had tires and could get me in today due to taking a long drive tonight. Not only could he get me in today but Mike sent Scott to come and pick my car up ;to bring it to their shop to fix and then brought it back to me at 259pm.. if that isn't what you call service than I have no idea what service is!! Will for sure return if I have any issues!

Had 1 mechanic quote me an outrageous price to fix leaking oil pan that was rusted. Mike came thru and saved me @ $300 w an accurate assessment of leak. Also had a broken windshield washer pump. No juice! They busted their behinds to get my car fixed in a little over a day. Staff friendly. Clean lobby. Wld totally recommend them to others. Car repairs aren't cheap but it helps when someone is trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly

Empty promise on an old car, not willing to be responsible for their job, asking more money for additional repair without guaranteeing to fix the issue. I wanted some refund, the owner keeps blaming my car being old. I spent $1,280 for nothing and car has now messed up adding more problems. Not drivable not sellable any more. Lots of headaches and waste of time for the last 3 weeks.

I love Kress! Everyone there is so nice, prices are good and they are honest. As a female walking into a shop with no knowledge of cars, I have been overcharged in the past. Kress doesn't add on unnecessary things, tells me what's most important and what can wait. Great shop!!

We had a flat tire. So we originally took the vehicle to NTB because it was the closest place to us. We had extra used tires to put on them and NTB refused because they wanted us to buy their tires. We then took it to Kress tire and they put them on with no problem! We really recommend coming here! They are very nice and reasonably priced!

I've taken my vehicles here for years - fair, reliable, great pricing, and HONEST! I have a brand new vehicle that's covered under warranty and I won't take it to the dealership bc I know Kress will do the work and not up charge me on stupid things (not covered under warranty repair). Thanks for the great experience Kress!

This is the best shop in town. I've been taking my cars there for over 30-years and the service is excellent. Mike and Char are wonderful people to work with. If you want great service at an honest price you need to call my friends at Kress Tire.

I was a walk-in to get my tire patched. They were very friendly and very quick. I was in and out in roughly 20 minutes. I haven't had any problems with my tire since then, it's like the nail was never there

I've been bringing my cars to Kress Tire for about 8 years and have always had such a positive experience. They're very friendly and honest and have helped me keep my car in good shape without trying to push for unnecessary extras like dealerships often do. Anytime someone in the area mentions car service and repair, I always suggest they bring their vehicle to Kress.

Best garage I've ever been to. Professional, friendly staff. Very helpful and affordable. They never try to take advantage of the customer by saying there's a problem, just to make a sale.

Got a slow leak from a tire purchased from Kress tire few months ago which made me realize the 2 tires I bought were not the correct size. Brought the car back in and the owner is replacing both of my front tires to the right size tires. I really appreciate the fact that he is willing to own up and correct the mistake. Owner is always friendly and helpful!

I took my vehicle there just to be inspected. Dropped it off in the morning and they were finished by noon. Made maintenance recommendations rather than telling me exactly what my car needed. Reasonably priced, quoted extra work and it's been pretty standard after comparing businesses. Definitely taking my vehicle back to Kress for any other service needs.

Kress Tire is my go-to for pretty much everything. After Steve s Auto on Babcock closed, I was really happy to come here. Mr. Krisch mentioned this place could handle my tire problems. They could, and they did! Thank you, Kress!

Very nice people. My stepson was in a bind and needed a used tire to get him by for a few weeks. Kress got us going for 25 bucks. We will be back for new tires in the future.

Mike is the best. I've known this for a long time, but I was recently reminded of it when I went to North Hills Toyota because the tire indicator light was on. They found a spike in the (nearly brand-new) tire and quoted me $150 for a new tire. I asked if they could patch it. They said size and placement of the spike made them unable to.I had them put the tire back on as-is, and took it to Mike. It was 15 minutes to close, and he still happily took a look at the tire. There was a spike, but his technicians said not only could they patch it, it was a standard, easy patch. I walked out 25 minutes later (his staff happily working past closing time) having only paid $10 for the patch.Every encounter I've had with Kress Tire has been pleasant, quick, and cheaper than elsewhere, with superior service. I heartily recommend them.

The front manager had me in and out in 10 minutes as a walk in to get a tire mounted. The mechanic and what looked to be the main guy in charge walked the tire out to my truck and loaded it in the bed. This place would get 10 stars if I could.

Honorable people. I dropped by truck off with a nail in my tire. They called the next morning and said it was fixed. They could have charged a lot more or tried to sell me new tires but they did just what was needed. Honest people. How refreshing! I'll be going back when I need them!

Would rate them lower if I could. CROOKS..Went for inspection and they said car needed shocks, they were leaking. Didn't believe them so went two other places and they said shocks were fine. Don't go here unless you want ripped off!

I just got tires put on for my work truck and I can't be happier. These tires are great, handling off road travel and snow no problem. They are very friendly and had the tires on my truck in no time at all. Thanks guys.

5 stars every time. There's not many shops like this anymore. It's nice when they can troubleshoot the symptoms for you and tell you your options honestly. They will even tell you when you don't need work done! Amazing right.

Cant say enough great things about Mike Z and his crew...fair, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Kress is the place for tires and all automotive repairs. Cheers to Kress Tire!!
